Vishan Keys Hotel is a fantastic choice for large families. We stayed for a few nights in late March and were blown away by the service. Even when I realized I’d overbooked our two rooms by one night, the management was extremely understanding and easy to deal with. The hotel is very accessible by car, though it’s worth noting for those with a private bus that the street is a bit tight; our bus had to park a few blocks away. However, the staff was amazing—they helped our group (which included several kids and elderly family members) by carrying some of our heavy luggage from the hotel right to the bus. Between the superb service and the lush, green interior decor, we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

This is a family friendly hotel which exceeds our expectations. They have provided excellent services, and served a great selections during breakfast. The hot latte has added so much value to the whole dining experience. What stood out among other hotels, is the amount of quality washing machine and dryers. The room layout options are plenty too. Big families like us really appreciate having choices on the combination of 2/4/6 pax in a room. We would definitely return when we revisit Xiamen.

This hotel, located on Zhongshan Road, offers a 4-star experience with all the essential amenities. They have a self-service laundry room, a gym, and even a stunning sky garden which is great for photos. A sky garden on Zhongshan Road feels quite luxurious! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly diligent and responsible, ensuring everything is spotless and well-maintained every day. It's always refreshing to come back to a pristine room. The front desk service is excellent, with all the staff being very polite and always greeting guests warmly.

My stay at Yidu Chaosu with friends for this Xiamen trip truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Zhongshan Road and Xingfu Road, making it super convenient to get to other attractions like Xiamen University, Baicheng Beach, and the Eight Markets. Even though it's located in a residential area, it's less than a minute's walk in, so it's tucked away from the main road, offering a quiet escape. The overall soundproofing is pretty good, as long as people aren't being overly noisy. The room has a wet and dry separation, is clean and tidy, and is decorated with great style. The natural light is excellent; it's a shame Xiamen has been rainy lately, otherwise, the photos would have turned out amazing. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, not only sending check-in instructions in advance but also recommending many local favorite snacks and lesser-known spots, helping us avoid a lot of tourist traps. They were always responsive on WeChat, providing excellent service. The ladies were all very friendly and approachable. There's also a large terrace on the rooftop with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is superb. If you're visiting Xiamen, staying here is definitely the right choice. I highly recommend it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near a business district, directly opposite a shopping mall, and close to both the airport and Xiamen Station. Service: Roki, the front desk staff, was incredibly nice! He was very proactive in helping us with any issues, going above and beyond. All the hotel staff were very friendly, patient, and attentive.

We called the hotel, asked to be pickup as soon as we arrived at T4 and the driver picked up us right away. Room a little bit old but towel and bed sheet is clean. Right in front of the hotel there is a very good restaurant with low price and full of smile owner. At morning, thanks to the free airport shuttle, we arrived early without any hustle

Superbly located in a quiet leafy neighborhood next to a beautiful lake (good for birdwatching during spring). Very well maintained hotel premise - despite its 3-decade old history - kudos to hotel management. The central atrium is impressive with a nice historical mural, ideal for a delightful afternoon coffee or evening cocktail. Has a 15m open-air pool that is open throughout the year (a rare gem in Xiamen) - sparklingly clean water, refreshingly cool, with nice view of the lake through the pool terrace. Adjacent to hotel is a cosy bar / F&B enclave - offering a variety of foodie options. The on-premise Italian and fusion-Vietnamese restaurants are very popular among locals and tourists alike.

Service: Five stars definitely go to the front desk ladies! Their service was absolutely amazing!!!!! They proactively offered detailed travel tips and were incredibly accommodating, recommending local specialties and even souvenirs we could take home. You really can't find a hotel this good elsewhere – what more can I say, Shenzhen is yours! They also handled any issues super promptly. We booked a 1.5-meter twin room, and the lady at the front desk immediately upgraded us to a 1.8-meter bed. I also want to commend the cleaning staff; the room was spotless. Amenities: Pretty good! There's a projector, though the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty and kept cutting out. For screen mirroring, you need your own membership, otherwise, you can't watch much. You can also listen to music 🎶. Environment: Simple and clear. The lobby is bright with plenty of seating for guests to relax. The hotel is only one floor, and Gulangyu Island is right across the street, so transportation is quite convenient. Just remember to close the windows when you sleep, as the traffic outside can be very noisy – it's not very soundproof. This hotel offers good value for money, perfect for guests who aren't too bothered by minor details. The hotel's front entrance is quite small, but surprisingly, there are many rooms inside. The room itself was spacious, and the twin beds in my room were 1.5 meters wide. My particular room didn't have a window, so it was hard to tell if it was raining outside. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making dining and shopping very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit dated; the toilet seat was loose, and the air conditioning and bathroom exhaust fan were quite noisy, which might be an issue for light sleepers. We were so tired from sightseeing during the day that we slept soundly through the night. The breakfast selection was simple but sufficient to fill you up, though it lacked any distinctive Xiamen local dishes. There's a Holiland bakery nearby.

The staff proactively looked after our family's needs, such as providing children's amenities and arranging luggage handling. It perfectly catered to both adults looking for relaxation and children wanting to play, making it ideal for a family vacation. Overall, it's a benchmark for high-end hotels in Xiamen.
