good looking and nicely service for business and leisure . The cleanliness is good, but the mushala should be better if the ablution it is not too far. The food is okay and the service of the food is quietly very good. Maybe if there is lively flower or orchids flower not a plastic flower that is more better.

My family booked 2 rooms & stayed here for a night during our short trip to Yogya. Its location is not in the city area, but not very far from it. The street leading to it is quite narrow, but once inside the compound, it is huge. The resort is designed surrounding a lake which seems to be man-made. The ambience is tranquil & relaxing. Behind our rooms there's a small water passage & the sound of water is very calming. Truly an oasis & highly recommended.

For the first time I check this hotel because near Ambarukmo Plaza, then there was a lot street food on jalan Wahid Hasyim. I'm sure you're never feel hungry in the middle of night. Easy Check in and helpful staff, This hotel did'nt provide mineral water bottle, but they provide you a glass water jug, so you can reffil as free flow . #this is i Loved.. Amenities is good, all fungtion in room runs well. I have reserv for superior twin room, its possible if you want extra bed. They have smooking room if you want, so you can note on your reservation. The room is so comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I tried the breakfast buffet and everything were so good also tasty. Don’t forget to try their best selling coffee menu, named KPR (Kopi Pasti Rindu). OMG that was taste so yummy! Porta’s location itself near with the touristy locations and culinaries. Recommended for solo traveler, with friends or family, and business trip. Definitely will be come back and stay at Porta if I’m at Jogja ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead. But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician. But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either. Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta. But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

One of the best place to stay in kaliurang,very nice room,with affordable prices. But...went there last sunday,riding my bike,and the security said just to park it nearby car parking space. No roof no nothing to cover from rain and unfortunately heavy rain coming and our helmet was fill with the water,nobody try to safe it from the rain. Pool is so-so but i still enjoy the awesome scenery from there. Improve the cleanliness also cos i found the used soap in the bathroom and some dirty plates outside my room from sunday afternoon until i checked out monday morning they still lying there.
