"For those who need to go to Terminal 5, it's a pretty good choice for an overnight layover. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there's also a McDonald's nearby, and within walking distance, you can find delicious Turkish kebab. Just remember to pay attention to the bus schedule and the location of the bus stop for the next day to the airport. (We and other strangers who were also going to the airport originally waited for the bus across the hotel, but it didn't stop and drove away. We had to quickly check the information and walk to the bus shelter at the other end of the hotel.) In any case, I wish all travelers good luck."

"The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night after my flight arrived in London late. The hotel’s direct link to the airport made it incredibly easy to find, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick overnight stay. Highly recommend it for anyone arriving late or catching an early flight!"

"Less than 10 minutes from Heathrow airport, as a matter of fact we could see the runway from our roo. Staff we encountered, receptionist checking on & out, restaurant staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. Our room , double and king size bed and still plenty of room to move around. Everything clean, toiletries in bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities. Bus to airport a couple of pounds, picks you up from hotel door. Will definitely stay here again"

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"It’s decent, bed was comfortable. Bar area is very nice it’s quite expensive. Hotel has gym pool and sauna which is nice and you get 2 free bottles of water in the room and which is also a nice touch. Breakfast tiny bit disappointing in my opinion. Would stay again overall."

"Heathrow has always been tricky in terms of finding a good hotel pre-flight but despite not being the Ritz, the Styles hotel is very good indeed, especially at the Trip price. The room had everything for a comfortable night sleep, breakfast ( in the price) was first class and the staff were very helpful. Sipson is very close to the airport. Bus stop right outside. Two stops to T3. Don’t waste your money on a taxi! We will be back for sure."

"Lovely hotel. Very convenient for visiting Shenyang, and close to shopping area as well as tourist spots. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast was great, and the laundry was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend 👍"
