"Dear travelers and hotel management, I liked everything about the hotel, but there's a big 'BUT' - the complete lack of refrigerators is truly awful. Even at the reception area, there's just a cooling cabinet, not a proper fridge. In your country, trying to relax without a refrigerator is really something else. Secondly, the pool needs cleaning; dirt is literally floating in it, and the floor is slippery. After one dip, you realize how dirty the water is. On our way, four dogs rushed at us, which wasn't pleasant. Beautiful green beetles fly onto the balcony."

"This review reflects the actual experience of my family during our recent holiday at the resort. This was our second stay here. Previously, I rated the resort 1 star due to poor staff attitude, but I agreed to delete that review after the resort contacted me and requested its removal. My family decided to return this time because we consider the resort's facilities to be relatively beautiful and decent for Quang Ngai. However, the actual service quality was disproportionate to the hardware, and there are serious issues regarding management and operations that are unacceptable: 1. Staff Attitude and Conduct: Service quality did not meet requirements. Notably, when we were dissatisfied, staff used personal reasons (fear of salary deduction) to ask us not to rate 1 star. Using internal salary policies to negotiate with guests while providing substandard service is extremely unprofessional. 2. Reception Department: Their working style was very rigid and robotic, especially the receptionist wearing the yellow Ao Dai. You cited resort rules and regulations to the customer; however, internal processing or asking for management approval is your internal matter. We simply wanted to switch from a King room to a Twin room (since the rates are identical), but the handling was incredibly rigid and caused significant disturbance to us. The reception team was indifferent and showed absolutely no care for the customer. 3. Housekeeping: They did not check the room thoroughly upon checkout, falsely claimed items were missing, and asked the customer for compensation. Only after re-checking did they confirm that all items were accounted for. 4. Breakfast Buffet & Services: The breakfast buffet was poor; my family stayed for 3 days and the menu did not change once. The "Banh Beo" (water fern cake) was tasty, but only because the resort bought it from a local vendor. There is no Room Service available. The only bright spot regarding service: The buggy drivers were very lovely and cheerful. Although the facilities have their merits, current operations and service are unacceptable. Management should seriously review their staff training processes. The resort claims 4-star status, but the service quality is only 1-star. True hospitality and guest support are completely non-existent."

"The hotel is located right at the port where the ferry from Sa Ky to Ly Son arrives. The staff is super helpful and friendly. However, the room's noise proof is quite bad since I can hear things and noise from the other rooms. But in general, I enjoyed my stay here and will come back if any."
