I almost didn't see this cemetery at all, sandwiched as it is between the Dallas Convention Center & Downtown Dallas. It's right next to Pioneer Plaza, with its awesome cattle drive sculpture, but it is much less noticeable. A lot of the headstones are missing and damaged, but it's still a neat place to take a walk in the middle of this very modern and ahistorical city (especially if you are looking for respite from the convention center!)

Pioneer Cemetery (Pioneer Park Cemetery) is next to Pioneer Square (Pioneer Plaza) and Dallas Cattle Drive Sculptures, and it is a place that has more meaning than scenery. The scenery is actually nothing particularly unique, with a large lawn, some trees, and some cemeteries.

A long historical heritage, large in size, worth visiting.

The surrounding area is very desolate, and no one will come here usually.

The south side of the town hall is the cemetery of John Bryan, known as the "first citizen of Dallas", and a green hill covered with different shapes of tombstones, most of which stand the statue of the Virgin, very simple. Only a monument to the south stands an obelisk-like monument with a bronze statue of a cowboy. "DEC 24 1810" and "SEP 8 1877" record the dates of his birth and death, sometimes for the character is so simple, but it seems to respect and cherish.
