For the night view of the top service and top chef, the chef kindly provides appetizer and dessert super surprises, every meal is carefully introduced, there is a red wine oyster dug from what Bay, the best Chuck tail in Australia and the super new mahi-mahi, The serant introduced a lot of sauces and let us pick it. When we didn't understand it at all [Erha] It was French. When we introduced, we pretended to be very pleasantly surprised. [Erha]

Aria Restaurant located in 1 Macquarie St | East Circular Quay, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, from here you can see the beautiful scenery of the Sydney Bridge and the Opera House. The food and service of this restaurant are also very good. We were a group of five, two of whom ordered a non-alcoholic set meal, one ordered a vegetarian set meal, and the other two ordered a regular set meal. The non-alcoholic beverages are rich in colour, although the taste does not match the dishes. All dishes are well presented. In the first four dishes, the taste of the food has a closely linked theme: crispy and soft. Crispy salmon ding; slightly smoked crispy sliced fish; vegetable fried fish; crispy roast duck. Very well balanced with different taste preferences of customers. The last dish was beef and was done well. Service was friendly and professional.
Every dish was outstanding. We enjoyed visiting with the many staff members who were very professional and friendly.

4/5Excellent
Food was good but not as the evening before. Staff was world class . Appreciated extras like really good gluten free bread. We weren't on the SOH side so the view was disappointing

Always rock solid - the scallops were sublime! Only two requests would be 1. allow people to order a la carte, as not everyone wants to eat a full 3-4 or more course meal. 2. the flowers on the wall were beautiful but not so great for people with hayfever.
