Excellent 10-night stay! I spent 10 nights at this beautiful, spacious hotel and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — easy to get around and close to everything. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Service was consistently great throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and the restaurant was one of the highlights — delicious food every day! Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a lot of variety and great quality. The restaurant staff were also lovely and made me feel very welcome. This hotel offers great value for money. With the comfort, service, and food, I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent city view and very helpful and friendly staff, however the room looked a little old and pillows were too soft. The light in the toilet was flickering at times and although the selection for breakfast was plentiful most of the items tasted pretty blend. Despite all that we had a comfortable stay.

Sukhumvit Bangkok|5.68km from city center
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit! While not your typical large chain hotel, it was new and very cosy, with just enough amenities to make it a convenient and pleasant stay. While about an 8 to 10 min walk away from Thonglor BTS station, depending on your pace, there is a free shuttle provided every half-hourly that ends at 8pm daily for added convenience. Additionally, should you require things like a shaving kit you can ask reception or house-keeping and they will promptly deliver it to your room. While the deluxe room did not come with a tub, the toilet was spacious, and I really liked the body wash and shampoo provided. The water pressure was also strong though it did not quite translate to the rain shower. There is a slight smell of sewerage upon entering the room, but once the key is inserted into the room slot and the aircon is switched on, it quickly dissipates. I did not personally smell the smell of stale smoke along the corridors and the room which I had read in reviews. I really liked the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood, and I slept really well during my 3 night stay in room 213. Though there was a really noisy family next door on the last night - the walls are quite thin and definitely not soundproof - it got all quiet by midnight. The pool area isn't huge but nice enough to lounge and chill. The deck area receives plenty of sun in the mornings, so it is perfect to tan. Do note, however, that the pool water is very cold. As a whole, will I be back again, yes. Definitely. The coziness of the room and the location within the safe neighbourhood of Khlong Toei as well as the convenience of the location made it such a wonderful experience. I certainly hope the hotel continues to be kept in good condition till my next visit.

I was looking at hotels in Bangkok before finally choosing Ramada again as I had stayed there before. Ramada's twin suite is very nice. My only comments are the shower water pressure wasn't too great, the trash bin wasn't emptied everyday, the bathroom lights were a little dim & the 1-seater sofa was not comfortable to sit on as the seat cushion kept sliding out. The shower floor was extremely slippery when wet but fortunately the hotel provided a non slip rubber mat. I highly recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast. The food was good & the view of Chao Phraya River from the restaurant was fantastic. Without a doubt, I will choose Ramada again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The hotel is located at the heart of Bangkok with walking distance to main shopping malls, e.g. CentralWorld, Platinum Fashion Mall etc. There are cafes and good massage places in neighbourhood areas as well. The hotel provide ala carte made to order and semi buffet styles, covering a lot of varieties. What truly impressing us is their service standard. We faced some little issues in the room and they fix up immediately. Apart from that, the concierge manager Dew also took an extra step the next day to make sure our trust in hotel’s commitment to guest well-beings. We are thankful for all staffs’ professionalism and service excellence. We will definitely come back if we are back in Bangkok and recommend to others.

I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train, and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tend to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower's surroundings are much quieter and serene. It is good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also, this hotel is huge with its surroundings uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. There is no need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall. Around the hotel, there are many small traditional Thai style shops, trendy cafes and decent massage services. There is also a cinema in a shopping mall nearby that has also a supermarket, foodcourt and many wonderful restaurants and eateries.

I stayed at the **Ambassador Hotel Bangkok** in a **Standard Twin Bed room** in the **Square Wing**, and overall, it was a decent experience for the price and location. **Room (Square Wing - Standard Twin Bed):** The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of decor. It's located in the Square Wing, which has a more classic feel compared to the newer Sky Wing. If you're looking for something more modern, the Sky Wing may be a better choice. However, the Square Wing still offers good value and a restful night's sleep. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was included in the stay, which was convenient. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, there were enough choices for a simple meal. The dining area can get quite busy during peak hours, so there were occasional delays in food refills, but the staff worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Going a bit earlier might help avoid the rush. **Location & Facilities:** The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sukhumvit, close to the BTS Nana station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, including a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and tried their best to assist even when things got busy. **Overall:** This hotel offers **good value for money** if you're looking for a central location in Bangkok. It’s a large property with a mix of room types, and while the Square Wing is more traditional, it’s still comfortable. For a smoother experience, consider checking breakfast timings and possibly exploring the Sky Wing for upgraded rooms.

The rooms were clean and had a fridge microwave and a kettle. They have a good complimentary service, providing four bottles of water, two cans of Pepsi, two packets of instant noodles, and tea and coffee. Their staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. In the building is a ”let's relax spa” so you can unwind after a long day of walking. It has a decent pool and a small gym with plenty of equipment. It's in an excellent location. There's a train station a few minutes away called Samyan MRT, which you can travel to Chinatown or the grand palace. It's also opposite a shopping centre for convenience. There are nice restaurants nearby if you want to try something different.

Very happy with the super convenient location, right next connected to Ratchathewi BTS station, just a stop to the BTS connecting to the Airport Rail Line. Bonus is very friendly and helpful reception and other staff, and buffet breakfast is reasonably priced (inclusive in room rate), and therefore is better than expected, some variations everyday to some food categories. Room for improvement is to include a kettle so no need to walk all the way to lobby area to get hot water from the water dispenser. And like most review suggest, the hotel lobby looks grand, but rooms need some refurbishment. Also, the TV is really small and top high up.

This was my third stay at Red Planet (Surawong), and overall, my experience is always pleasant—the staff are friendly and professional, which I really appreciate. That said, there always seems to be *something* that goes wrong. This time, it was the Wi-Fi. The room I was in had such a weak signal that I had to go down to the lobby just to get online. For a six-day stay, that’s honestly unacceptable—especially since they’re already aware of the Wi-Fi issues in that particular room. It’s ridiculous to think the problem would just fix itself! Eventually, they figured out that moving me to another room would solve the issue, but why it took three days to reach that conclusion is beyond me. Still, like I said, the staff were great, and I’d stay here again—but they *really* need to get the Wi-Fi sorted out once and for all.

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

I stayed here for a few nights, and while everything was adequate, nothing was spectacular for the price paid. The pool was tiny, the gym lacked equipment for a decent workout, the rooms were fine and fairly soundproof. The biggest problem was that the water dispenser in the gym had very stale water, and bits of yellow stuff in the water when it was dispensed into my water bottle. I drank this water and had diarrhoea 4 times that day. I only realised it was this water when I filled my bottle again the next day, smelled the water and saw the nasty things floating around inside. The beach is just a boat ride away, and the hotel has a paid shuttle to Patong and Central shopping mall, which makes traveling very convenient.

Karon Beach Phuket|17.56km from city center
We have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants. I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children. All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you. The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service. A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too. I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen. My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music. Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive. I look forward to seeing the finished renovations and visiting again in the future.

The hotel reception area. The wall decor is nice. But there isn't any air con as it is very hot... Even in the only restaurant which is the coffee house also no air-con. Night time is ok but not during day time.. They should not do any open cooking at the dining area cos this make the half of the dining area stuffy with smoke n hot...(Under the roof) They should do it in the kitchen...These make things better n your gUests will definately appreciate it. The room have shower but no bathtub. Room consider small but the toilet is gOod enough.

During my recent stay at Panphuree Residence, I encountered several aspects worth noting: Food: The breakfast offerings were satisfactory but lacked variety, with nearly the same options each day. Gym Facilities: The gym was small but adequate for maintaining a basic workout routine. Water Provision: The hotel provided only two bottles of water daily, which felt insufficient, especially considering I booked a room for two people. Housekeeping: The cleaning staff were generally kind and warm, contributing positively to the stay. Late Check-Out Policy: The hotel imposes a 300-baht charge for late check-out and enforces this policy strictly, even for delays as short as 20 minutes, without prior notice. Overall, while there were positive aspects, certain policies and amenities could benefit from improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Patong Beach and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. However, during our multi-day stay, housekeeping was quite limited when it came to restocking essential items. For example, we ran out of toothpaste, and while we didn’t mind reusing the toothbrush, it was inconvenient to be without toothpaste. That said, when we called to request more, it was promptly delivered to our room.

Check-in process took forever!!! Went there in mid-December, high season. The queue was long and my check-in was handled by 4 different staffs (1 gave me form to sign, the manager then assigned the room, 1 more collected deposits, 1 more created the key)- overall took about 10-15mins not including the queue time. I just think the check-in system poorly managed. A lot of customers were complaining. Aside from that the hotel is beautiful. Swimming pools were lovely, all facing the Patong Beach and sunset. Some areas of the hotel (e.g stairs) could be maintained cleaner. Spa was superb! Spa buffet for 2 hours amounted to just S$50 (1,350 baht) and you can choose two options between body massage, body wrap, body scrub and facial. Totally worth it! Spa staffs were professional. Have read other reviews and the conclusion to me is that hotel overall experience is hit and miss. Recommended to stay maybe only during low seasons.

Amazing hotel! Although the room was small, it was clean, spacious enough, quiet, and had a pleasant scent. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. While the hotel is relatively close to Patong Beach, I chose not to walk due to some darker streets along the way. Instead, I took a motorcycle, which was a fun and quick ride back to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it!

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

the hotel staff and the breakfast are fine and the room is not bad at all. The location is ok but the view to the bay from the skyview restaurant on the top floor is unforgettable. Actually, this hotel is a very beautiful hillside garden that has some downsides as well. As it is built on the hillside, you have to walk up a 30 to 35-degree incline to get to the hotel entrance.
