I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel many times, and this time Joy handled my check-in. The process was smooth and communication was excellent. She was very responsive and efficient in addressing my small requests. The suite's interior was impeccably clean. Areas like the sofa and coffee table, which are frequently touched, were spotless, and the bathroom glass and floor were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The suite's layout is practical, with distinct sleeping and living areas, which is convenient for personal tasks or entertaining guests. All appliances worked perfectly without any issues. Staying on a high floor was great; external noise was well-isolated, providing a very peaceful atmosphere in the room. The hotel's public areas are well-kept, and even during peak hours, elevator wait times weren't long. Getting a taxi for outings was also very convenient. Having stayed here multiple times, the actual living experience in the suites has consistently been excellent, which is why I keep choosing this hotel.

My stay at the Sheraton Grand Shenzhen Futian was excellent overall. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with direct underground access to the Convention & Exhibition Center Metro Station, which means no getting wet on rainy days. It's also super easy to get to major shopping districts and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. I particularly want to thank the hotel staff; when I had an urgent issue, they responded quickly and patiently assisted me, helping me properly resolve the unexpected situation. They were professional and thoughtful, truly saving the day. Five-star recommendation – this will be my top choice when traveling to Futian, Shenzhen.

It had been a while since we traveled, so my family and I decided to try out the Hilton for a weekend getaway. Check-in was super fast, and the staff were incredibly considerate of my elderly family members, making sure everyone felt comfortable. The service from everyone was very kind and welcoming. It was a rare family trip, and we had such a happy stay. We didn't have to wait long for the elevators, the room lighting was soft and pleasant, and there were plenty of light and healthy options for breakfast. Getting around was easy too. Overall, there was nothing to complain about, and we had a great experience.

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. It's been a while since I brought my family to stay at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. On the day of check-in, Max contacted me and enthusiastically arranged for us to check in directly at the Executive Lounge on the 29th floor, which felt very welcoming! He also helped upgrade us to a suite on the 30th floor and thoughtfully arranged a small bed and a little tent for the child. Previously, he made a personalized key card for me, which I still carry. This time, he made a cute bear-themed key card for my child with her name printed on it, and she absolutely loved it! I've also stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou, Tianjin, and Beijing before, and they were all excellent! But I feel a special connection to the Four Seasons Shenzhen; every time I come back, it feels like returning home. Perhaps this is the true essence of a top-tier hotel. The Executive Lounge has seen some changes; breakfast is now served as a set menu, which is quite good. They prepare just enough portions for the number of guests, which is quite eco-friendly. I feel the entire hotel has a very strong environmental consciousness, including the packaging of toothpaste and the wooden toothbrushes, etc. APEC Shenzhen is coming up soon, and the Four Seasons should be the official hotel, meeting very international standards. The Bose sound system in the room is also a nice touch. The Executive Lounge experience was great this time; the supervisor, Cecilie, was very warm, and Chadi even came over personally to greet my family during dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. Oh, and the outdoor pool was open in the summer with a perfect water temperature. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying again!

My overall experience at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was excellent this time. During my stay, there was an unusual noise coming from the air conditioning in my room. After I called to report it, duty manager Zain responded immediately. He patiently listened to my concerns, sincerely apologized, and promptly coordinated with the engineering department to inspect the room. He followed up on the progress throughout, proactively offering a suitable solution. His service was both professional and thoughtful. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the environment is quiet, and the location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The hotel truly showcases the service heritage of a long-standing five-star establishment; they don't shirk responsibility when facing customer complaints and handle issues efficiently and appropriately. I'd especially like to commend duty manager Zain for his excellent crisis management skills, approachable demeanor, and thoughtful handling of affairs. I stay at this hotel several times a year, and when I visit Shenzhen again, I will continue to choose Crowne Plaza Futian. I also highly recommend it to other travelers!

Hotel room: The room was spacious and comfortable, and even had a private balcony. It's an undeniable fact that the hotel is a bit old, but the service and cleanliness were still commendable. The soundproofing in the room was also good; even though it was on the second floor and directly facing the hotel entrance, it was very quiet once the windows were closed. Coincidentally, a typhoon hit, and my original plan was to travel to areas around Shenzhen for the weekend. Due to the typhoon and high-speed rail cancellations, I had to change my plans and opted for a staycation in Shenzhen. I was drawn to THE LANGHAM's unique British charm, and after much deliberation, I chose this hotel. Although it's been open for a while, I was a bit worried the facilities might be outdated. However, comparing it to the most beautiful lounges in London, I impulsively booked an executive room. Upon arrival, a small hiccup delayed my check-in. Afterward, a thoughtful male staff member at the front desk noticed and guided us to the executive lounge on the 22nd floor to check in. There, Peter, who assisted us, was incredibly warm and demonstrated the professionalism expected of high-end hotel staff. He thoughtfully asked about our preferences and led us to a comfortable spot in the lounge. Throughout our time, the lounge staff — Emily, Via, Yulia, and Caron — also showcased what a 'most beautiful lounge' should be, with attentive service and impeccable attire. The variety of drinks and other offerings in the lounge was extensive; we basically didn't want to leave. Stepping into the room, a strong British ambiance immediately enveloped us, truly reflecting the brand's unique character. The room offered panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay through its 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to experience the city's vibrancy even from bed. The hotel breakfast was also rich and varied; I tried the beef noodles, which were excellent, and the desserts were a big plus. Thanks to the professional service and the brand's distinctive style, I felt the joy of a vacation without even leaving Shenzhen. THE LANGHAM is truly worth it!

This was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

The room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable, so I slept exceptionally well. Getting a good night's sleep in a hotel is very important, and this is high praise indeed. The hotel's decor is stylish, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety is rich, and the taste is unparalleled. The Cantonese breakfast was delicious, and the egg rolls and eggs Benedict were also very good. The only downside is that if you go late for breakfast, you might have to queue, but there are plenty of seats, so even if there's a line, it moves quickly. The coffee and tea at breakfast are also excellent. Freya, Winky, and Monuca at the front desk are very thoughtful. They genuinely care if you're enjoying your stay and promptly address any issues that arise during check-in. The front desk for check-in is on the 33rd floor with a great view. The executive lounge is a nice place to relax and unwind. Afternoon tea consists of two types of cake and some beverages. Dinner is relatively simple but has everything you need, including a noodle bar, which shows a good effort. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I return. However, there are three minor drawbacks I must mention: 1. One side of the hotel faces a large construction site, so the view isn't great. There's not much the hotel can do about this, as it's already well-maintained, but the surrounding environment does detract a bit. Perhaps future stays could compensate for this view deficit. 2. Light leaks from one side of the curtains, which can slightly affect sleep. 3. For such a high-end hotel, the complimentary water was Nongfu Spring with a red cap. While Nongfu Spring is good, I feel an upgrade to the water would be more fitting. Hygene: The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The cleaning staff were all smiles and greeted me warmly, which put me in a good mood. Service: Whether it was the concierge on the first floor or the staff in the executive lounge/breakfast restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby. They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room. We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea. Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food. Overall, we loved everything, thank you!

Shenzhen Nanao | Stay in a French Garden and Watch the Sea 🌅 Mello is absolutely stunning! Found a French Riviera-inspired B&B in Shenzhen 🏡 Mello truly has romance etched into its soul. White walls + French courtyard + endless sea views – every shot looks like it's straight out of a movie 🎬. The housekeeper even provided thoughtful sleep eye masks 💤. Open the window to a sunset over the orange sea 🌇. Sunlight streams into the room, making even the air feel gentle. The courtyard is fragrant with lemon trees and passion fruit, and you can spend an entire afternoon on the swing. A cocktail and a tipsy view of the sea are so therapeutic. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach 🏖️. It's uncrowded with clear water, super comfortable for walking on the sand and watching the waves. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get up ✨. 📍 Mello B&B (Jidiaosha Store) No. 81 Dongshan Village, Dongshan Community, Nanao, Longgang, Shenzhen #ShenzhenB&B #ShenzhenSeasideB&B #NanaoB&B #FrenchStyleB&B #ShenzhenWeekendGetaway #ShenzhenExplore #SeasideResort #HealingB&B

Seriously unearthed a hidden gem! The environment is incredibly healing; opening the window reveals stunning views of green mountains and trees. The air is fresh, it's wonderfully quiet, and it's so relaxing to be away from the city hustle. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!

Two adults and one child. The room size was very satisfactory, and we could even make tea. The environment was clean, new, and quiet. There was a complimentary sweet soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They paid attention to details, with an online concierge before and after check-in. We had a very comfortable stay. We'd definitely prefer this type of accommodation for future visits.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen! As an established five-star hotel in Futian CBD, its location is exceptional, within walking distance to Chegongmiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The lobby boasts a low-key yet luxurious design, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and feature a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The mattress is soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team; the Guest Relations Specialist was patient and thoughtful, efficiently responding to all our needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with authentic Cantonese dim sum. The gym and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless; the Marriott standard is definitely upheld. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

This was my first stay at a St. Regis, and overall I was very happy and comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to check in, I experienced a signature St. Regis feature: butler service. The staff at the front desk were very patient during check-in. The room itself was very comfortable with great views, and staying at the St. Regis saved me a lot of hassle.

To be honest, I had really high expectations, but the overall experience didn't quite live up to the brand and price point. Facilities: A bit dated. The charging options in the room were only USB, even though Type-C is becoming increasingly common now. The bathroom fixtures were also quite basic and old-fashioned. The mini-bar was completely empty, and they even required a deposit for it... and the TV couldn't even screen mirror, which was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast: I also had high hopes for breakfast. The food selection itself was decent, but the service was really not good. Replenishing cutlery, food items, and even some condiments was incredibly slow. When it's busy in the morning and people are in a hurry, such slow replenishment is really frustrating. Finally, here are a few photos of Yantian Port. The scenery is actually quite nice, it's just a shame about the hotel's 'software' (service/facilities).

The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. Breakfast was quite substantial, but the executive lounge was a letdown, with very little on offer. Compared to Westin executive lounges abroad, the selection of food and drinks was significantly worse, likely due to cost-cutting measures. Overall, considering the price, it's decent value for money.

The room's location is excellent, and it has double-glazed windows for soundproofing, so it's a good recommendation if you're not overly sensitive to noise. The room's decor and cleanliness are up to Hyatt's usual standards, and breakfast is also good. However, the light dinner I had at the coffee bar was quite concerning. There was essentially only one person handling drinks, taking orders, and serving food, and by the end, I felt awkward even calling them. If you're just looking for a place to stay, it's fine.

I stayed here with my daughter for a competition. The hotel is right by the sea, offering a graceful and comfortable environment. The room was clean and bright, and the staff were incredibly service-oriented, especially the lobby manager who helped me with several requests. I can honestly say this is the best Hilton I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was plentiful, and the beef brisket noodles were exceptionally delicious. When I asked the server if I could have more brisket, I ended up with more brisket than noodles [crying with laughter][crying with laughter] – it was the first time I'd had two bowls of rice noodles for breakfast at a hotel! This Hilton truly exceeded our expectations. My daughter even commented on how wonderful and attentive the service was, and she wants to come back again.

I used AI to summarize my overall stay, and here's my experience: This stay was a disappointment because the hotel pool, which I specifically wanted to experience, was completely unusable for various reasons. It rained continuously for all three days of our stay due to bad weather, and on one day, an orange rainstorm warning was even issued. On top of that, my daughter inexplicably developed a fever on the first night. Although the hotel was very thoughtful and arranged a late check-out on the last day, my daughter hadn't fully recovered. Even when the rain stopped, the sky remained gloomy, and I didn't dare let her swim, which made this trip quite unpleasant. If I couldn't use the hotel pool, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is located right next to Exit C of Overseas Chinese Town Metro Station, with only a short open-air section. However, if you're pushing a stroller, you need to be extra careful as there are a few steps along the way where you'll have to lift it. To get to the nearest Yitian Holiday Plaza, you need to take one stop to Window of the World, which is a bit inconvenient. What I liked: Simple birthday decorations were provided. Room Quality and Design: The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, and the lighting was easy to adjust. I particularly liked the reading/night light design next to the bed, which was very practical. (It would be even better if disposable bath liners/bags were provided, like in other hotels.) Excellent Service Attitude: The front desk team provided excellent service, they were friendly and always smiling. I especially want to praise the male staff member in charge of the carousel; he performed magic tricks and managed the facility, all with a very kind service attitude! Recreational Facilities: The outdoor playground and carousel facilities at the hotel were excellent, and my children had a wonderful time! Areas for Improvement: Room Amenities and Facilities: After the room was cleaned, the tea bags were not replenished. For a hotel of your caliber, the attention to detail in amenities is clearly lacking. Additionally, only instant coffee was provided in the room, with no coffee machine or milk, which is slightly inferior compared to other hotels in the same chain (such as Marriott or The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Blue Lagoon). Fruit Quality Control: One of the apples in the welcome fruit platter in the room was rotten to the core when cut open. I hope the hotel can strengthen quality checks before delivering items to rooms to ensure fresh produce is provided! Insufficient Bed Space: The double bed was relatively narrow, making it quite cramped for one adult and a 10-year-old child to sleep together, severely affecting sleep quality. Overly Thick Mattress: The mattress thickness was a bit exaggerated, making the bed surface too high and very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed. Facility Safety and Hygiene: In the small indoor building block playroom next to the outdoor playground, the blocks were slightly worn. I even found instances where the outer layer of some blocks had peeled off, exposing sharp wooden edges, which is very dangerous. Please make sure to strengthen cleaning and maintenance and immediately replace damaged facilities.

On the first day of our stay, we heard there were a lot of guests, so it took quite a while to get a children's bathrobe. However, the service was much more responsive on the following days. I suggest setting a wait time for the robot when a guest doesn't open the door, to prevent it from waiting indefinitely and delaying other service requests. The room offers great privacy, and there's a thoughtful drying rack on the balcony. They also provide very soft plastic slippers, so I barely wore my own shoes. The air conditioning was very comfortable. It's a shame the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, but we could watch Hong Kong channels. The breakfast buffet was very generous, feeling like an efficient production line. There were always freshly made changfen (rice noodle rolls) and noodles ready for immediate pick-up, and the cold and hot dishes at lunch were also delicious. Ordering delivery and shopping for groceries was very convenient; you could pick up everything from the delivery cabinet in one go. The beach here has coarser sand, and the waves are quite large, which is perfect for frolicking by the sea – a unique kind of fun. The hotel beach isn't far from the public swimming beach, so you can bring a swim ring and experience the deeper waves. The hotel also has many family-friendly facilities. Free amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor playground, while paid options include a sightseeing train and a petting zoo. On Thursday noons, there's a free children's painting activity in the lobby, which my child absolutely loved.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel it was different from other business hotels. There was no cold, procedural feeling; the concierge proactively remembered my surname and greeted me softly when I passed by. During check-in, the front desk, based on my booked room type, automatically arranged a room with a better view. The lobby even had iced lemon tea to cool me down from the heat of my journey. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise. The freshly made wonton noodles had a rich broth, and the pleats of the har gow (shrimp dumplings) exuded authentic Cantonese flavor. Even the Western croissants were baked to a perfect crispy outside and tender inside. The gym and pool facilities were also quite good. On the day of checkout, because I was rushing for my high-speed train, the front desk prepared my invoice in advance and had the concierge take my luggage directly to the parking lot. This kind of 'subtle and seamless' service is more comfortable than any forced attempt to please. From now on, when I come to Shenzhen, Mission Hills Resort & Hotel will definitely be my top choice!

My two-day, one-night stay at the Quchuang Hotel (Futian Huaqiangbei Metro Station Branch) was incredibly comfortable, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend it. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Huaqiangbei Metro Station. The bustling commercial district is within walking distance, offering a wide array of dining options and shops, making commutes and shopping exceptionally convenient. It's perfectly suited for both leisure travelers and business guests on short stays. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, handling both check-in and check-out processes efficiently and smoothly. Their service was attentive and gentle, and they proactively helped with travel inquiries, making me feel truly valued. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with a tidy and spotless environment. The bedding was changed promptly and was free of any unpleasant odors. The room layout was well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was stable. All daily facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment at night for a restful and relaxing sleep. The common areas were neat and orderly, and the rooftop even offered complimentary laundry facilities, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. Considering its prime location in the bustling Futian area, the hotel's pricing is very reasonable, and both its facilities and service level offer exceptional value for money. This brief stay was a fantastic experience. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again on future visits to the Huaqiangbei area in Shenzhen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers.
