This guesthouse might not be luxurious, but it's incredibly clean and tidy. It meets the basic needs of skiers, offering a drying room and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) at a reasonable cost. It's conveniently located, just a 5-7 minute walk from Hakuba Goryu, making it easy to transfer at Escal Plaza for the Hakuba Valley Shuttle to other ski resorts. Plus, it's handy for visiting the hot springs at Escal Plaza. It's very friendly for skiers without a car. The price is fair and reasonable; there were no special price hikes even during Chinese New Year. A special mention goes to the staff, who are friendly and welcoming, always trying their best to assist guests of different nationalities. The only slight drawback is the soundproofing isn't great (though I believe this is a common issue with guesthouses in Japan).

The hotel service was great, and the hot springs were fantastic – loved the milk too! The East Wing is more convenient for accessing the public hot springs. However, I have to complain about the restaurant. There was a typo on the menu (appetizer listed as '24mouth' instead of '24month'), and when I kindly pointed it out, they acted as if I was deliberately looking for trouble. The shrimp on the second day wasn't fresh, and the chef wasn't very friendly when they brought out a replacement dish. This restaurant seriously dragged down my overall hotel experience. The poor service in the restaurant alone cost them two points.

The hotel was cozy and close to happo-one resort, the happo bus station, and a few ski/snowboard equipment rentals. I stayed in a traditional tatami room - I enjoy sleeping on the mats with just a comforter but there were mattresses available in the closet for those who prefer it. The best part of my stay was the customer service. I had to drop some luggage off before check-in to hit the slopes, and when I returned, not only was my room ready for me, my luggage was taken up as well. In the evening another staff member enthusiastically help me set up the ironing machine as I needed to quickly steam a shirt, and provided recommendations on places to eat. Highly recommend a stay at great value

I was very impressed!!! The hotel is great, the staff are great and very kind. The location is also good, although it's a bit far from the station, but there's a shuttle service from the hotel. You can ask the staff to pick you up or drop you off. The hotel is beautiful and right next to the Hakuba Goryo Iimori ski resort, just 10 steps away! 😂😂😂 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

The accommodation offers a beautiful view and a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly newly renovated. Everything feels modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful place to relax.

An older-style hotel, but very clean. It has separate onsens for men and women. Breakfast is served as individual sets. The hotel also has a dinner restaurant, which is convenient because going out to eat without a car isn't easy. The futon-style bedding was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was a bit small. It snowed while I was there, and it was beautiful because the hotel is located in the mountains.

Very welcoming guesthouse owner, the owner family kindly provide me breakfast and shuttle service to bus terminal, which I very appreciate and help my a lot in the snowy conditions. The bedroom I stayed are clean and tidy. The guesthouse comes with cozy bathrooms, small onsen and even a Finnish sauna room, a very comfortable to stay after a ski day.

The accommodation was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. You need to bring your own toiletries. The view from the accommodation is beautiful, situated among the mountains, like a summer camp abroad. The bungalows were very comfortable and cozy.

Awesome hotel, outdoor hot springs! The room is clean and comfortable, the food is OK, the ice cream is delicious, there are many monkeys on the tree in front of the hotel, it's very interesting, downhill is Happo-one. There are many free buses to various ski resorts near the hotel. If you take the bus, you should get off at Goryu Hotel to avoid walking uphill with your luggage. I have to praise the high-quality guests and front desk of the hotel. The child forgot his watch when taking a hot spring bath at night, and found it at the front desk the next day.
