The location is excellent, with numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, just a 0.5-minute walk from MRT Station Exit G. However, please note that while there is a TV, it can only be used by projecting content from your own mobile device through apps like YouTube. It’s surprising and disappointing for a four-star hotel to lack basic amenities like access to free public channels, such as CNA, for guests to enjoy local television.
Additionally, the room is only lightly cleaned every three nights for sustainability reasons. While towels are changed, it’s concerning that the toilet bowl isn’t included in the cleaning, as hygiene should never be compromised.

This was our first time staying here, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The service was good, the room was simple but well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. A big plus is the convenient location right next to an MRT station.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The room floor could have been cleaner (it’s advisable to use the hotel slippers) and there was some dust around the window area next to the bed. The room does not come with a refrigerator, as the fridge is shared and located outside, and housekeeping is not provided for stays of fewer than three days.
