Very well equipped hotel, large room. Located right on the port of Portopiccolo. Parking garage costs €20/day, used to be free. Unfortunately there is no other parking option. Great breakfast, very friendly staff.

Excellent room service, The location facing the sunset is lofty. But this hotel is a hive. A comfortable but impersonal hotel.

A magnificent hotel in an extraordinary late 19th-century building. Elegant rooms equipped with slippers, bathrobes, iron, ironing board, soap, shaving kit, safe, etc. My room also had a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and two chairs. Everything was very elegant. There was also a wet bar with a Lavazza coffee machine and kettle, and of course, pods and tea. A convenient wardrobe and dressing area with space for suitcases. Top. Breakfast is served in the building's original and antique-decorated rooms, featuring mosaics, marble columns, and antique furnishings. If you arrive by car, you can park in front of the hotel and give them the keys. They will take your car to and from the hotel for €12, plus the €20 daily parking fee. Recommended. Bravo, Paris Hilton!

Frequent weekend awayer's we loved everything at this boutique style hotel. The staff and front desk were aware of our needs before we were. The vehicle valet parking truly convenient as parking in Trieste can be daunting if you don't know your way around. We loved breakfast and it was beautifully presented and cooked to order. We could have sat eating all day! The room was fitted with an amazingly comfy bed and pillows and the decor delights the senses. We will certainly return to this gem.

The hotel locates at a really nice place, and is very close to the guest house of ICTP. It has perfect surroundings with great sight of the sea. The service is great too, both at the front desk and in the cafeteria.

I loved our overnight stay at The Modernist! It’s a chic, smart, arty hotel in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all the shopping, bars and restaurants. The room was spotless with tea, coffee, minibar and toiletries all provided. The restaurant and cocktail bar serves creative cocktails, a great buffet breakfast and a fabulous dinner - we enjoyed them all!!

All right. ! Accommodating and clean good starting position.

We got to the hotel at 10 pm and we got our room like at 11. The air conditioner wasn't working. We asked the hotel people to turn it on, but they said we don't need it. We went to the room and it was hot, they turned the ac but it wasn't working. A male receptionist was really nice and helped us. He brought us a fun. I would like fron TRIP more than 5 coins. We just can sleep from 1 to 8 and we paid 168 plus taxes.

Очень понравился отель. Недалеко от остановки автобуса и почти напротив круизного терминала. Замечательный и отзывчивый персонал. Все вопросы решались с дружелюбным отношением. Очень вкусный завтрак в замечательном месте.
