Only two skinny pillows with paper disposable covers on a double bed - no towels just thin paper disposables - no coffee or mugs or spoon despite a kettle / no safe / no mini fridge / the tiniest TV ever - it may have been freshly re finished but it’s not a hotel … it could be so much better considering it’s great location - guess profit got in the way ….

Stayed one night in Macau. The hotel location was quite easy to find, and public transport was very convenient. The facilities were also excellent, exceeding my expectations. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs. I'll definitely come back again!

Hey, I’m stay alone in this hotel. I would say the staff is so nice. We can borrow their charger pay 100mop the day we check out they give it back. Don’t need to use the adapter in this hotel. I speak Chinese to the staff and a bit English. The reception know English 2.5/5. Have TV, hair dryer, towel Shampoo, Soap. The cleaness I give 3 becuz it seem like the floor haven’t been mop for whole day. The Toilet tissue is wet completely wet the whole roll they didn’t change😂 Very nice place to keep the budget low tbh 😂 For the location: near the famous souvenir shop Vegeterian Farm, near the bus stop. Not to close or far to the senado.

Certainly, here's a hotel review without mentioning the hotel's name or the city: --- **Rating: 4.5/5** I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in China, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area, just a short walk from major attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, making it an ideal spot for tourists. **Rooms:** The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. **Service:** The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, and the concierge provided valuable recommendations for exploring the area. **Dining:** The hotel’s restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious Chinese and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring everything from traditional dim sum to Western favorites. The quality of the food and the service in the restaurant were top-notch. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful indoor pool. The conference rooms and business center were also very well-maintained and convenient for business travelers. **Overall:** My stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, superb service, and an unbeatable location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit. ---

The place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. There’s a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay. I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area. Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.

I paid $65 USD for one night at this hotel, and honestly, it shouldn’t cost more than $20. I chose it because it was the cheapest option I could find in Macau, but it was a letdown. If you’re staying for more than one night, I strongly recommend spending a bit more for a better hotel. The place is extremely outdated, and the room had a noticeable cigarette smell. There are ventilation openings near the ceiling that let in both noise and conversations from outside, so I kept waking up throughout the night. On the positive side, the bed and sheets were perfectly clean and odor-free, which was a relief. Communication was a challenge – the staff don’t speak any English at all, so you’ll need a translator app to get by. Overall, it’s a bare-minimum option that didn’t live up to the price.

One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

It was overall a good experience. The hotel style and atmosphere is great. There is a good combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The bathtub was excellent!!!!! Really outstanding. The service was good and the breakfast was nice. The only issue I had (and this might be unique to my personal experience) is that the restaurant closes early and there is not many other food options in the area. There isn’t even a close convenience store or anything like that. Due to traffic at the border I arrived right after the kitchen closed and then had to try and order takeaway which was a big hassle. Anyways~ overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

Cosy in-house atmosphere, Beautiful gardening and swimming poolside facilities allow one's relaxation and revival. Nice breakfast in the comfortable dining hall.. Public transport is easy to reach the town, 10 min to Coloane, 30min to Taipao and 45 min to Macau by bus. Recommended for the physically capable. Without lift, accessibility may have to be considered. Bath tub deep, hv to be cautious for the smaller sized guests.

Facilities: The entire room was green-themed with a strong Chinese aesthetic, which I personally really liked. My favorite part was the balcony; the lighting, ambiance, and views were all excellent. The bathroom was also very clean. Service: The front desk offered a free room upgrade, giving us a large balcony. The balcony setting was fantastic, offering views of the sea, Macau Tower, and the cross-sea bridge. The surrounding area was quite peaceful, and the location wasn't as remote as some negative reviews suggested. It's actually quite close to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, just a 6-minute walk, and there's a bus stop right outside the entrance. Location: The hotel is situated on Penha Hill, close to attractions like Lilau Square and Dom Pedro V Theatre. The environment is serene and definitely worth staying.

My friends and I stayed for two nights and our overall experience is ok. We arrived Macau late and waited for the bus to the hotel which is very convenient and the bus stop is already very near the hotel. Checkin process is smooth without additional deposit required. We enjoyed our first meal at the restaurant beside the hotel. The receptionists we encountered are nice and friendly, knows English. The room itself is just right, cannot open all luggages at the same time. The toilet and shower is not separated so the water will splash all over, hope they can consider putting a shower curtain. Towels, toothbrush, rubber slippers are provided. The bed is too hard for us and so we don’t like it and actually not able to sleep very well. Soundproof is also poor can hear the snoring from other room. Overall still good stay with good price.

I booked a high-floor twin room and was immediately impressed! The artwork on the walls was exquisite, and the bedding was incredibly soft. Even the toiletries were Swedish Byredo, with a cool, sophisticated scent. I particularly loved the Andaz slippers – vibrant and bold in color, comfortable to wear, and very durable. [Eng Kee Bakery Souvenirs] What a thoughtful welcome gift! To my surprise, I received another box the next day, which was perfect – one to enjoy and one to give away. 😄 [Andaz Lounge Privileges] With cookies 🍪, champagne 🥂, drinks 🍹, and nuts 🌰, it was a great spot to relax and chat after a long day of sightseeing. 🥣 The hotel breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, catering to different regional tastes. It's rare to find a hotel where the Shanghai pan-fried buns burst with soup when you bite into them! The puff pastry items were also excellent, with just the right sweetness and perfect flakiness. I recommend the almond pastry, pistachio pastry, and croissants 🥐. 📍 The hotel's location is super convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk to both The Venetian and the Galaxy Resort.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the Shiliupu bus stop, and if you take the bus to the 'Xin Ma Lu' (New Road) stop, it's just a 3-5 minute stroll. This place has two other branches nearby, but this one is the largest, has the newest rooms, and boasts a bigger facade with a small leisure plaza out front. For check-in, they require your travel permit and customs slip. Communication in Mandarin was seamless. The room was listed as 10 sq m on the booking, but it felt much larger in reality, and the ceiling height was good too. It definitely felt significantly more spacious and better than a 10 sq m room in Hong Kong. Complimentary bottled water was provided, along with disposable bath towels, and the toiletries were quite good. It's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's; we went at 9 AM the next day for photos and there weren't many people around, haha. The Koi Kei Bakery egg tarts are super delicious!

Unexpectedly stranded in Macau, we rushed to check in at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I thought it would just be a quick, temporary stop, but instead, we received an incredibly touching experience. Not only did the hotel proactively upgrade our room, but when they learned my husband had mobility issues, they specially arranged a wheelchair. The staff meticulously assisted us the entire way, pushing him steadily into the room and making sure he was comfortably in bed before they left. The upgraded room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, instantly washing away the fatigue from our late-night journey. This unexpected stay was made incredibly warm by the hotel's heartwarming service. Their thoughtfulness and care truly left us feeling immensely grateful. A great place! Stayed there for 1 night but would gladly stay for longer and would definitely come back if I happen to come to Macao again. Not new, but tidy and comfortable. The room was exactly as on the pictures, my window faced a small playground/park, not a bad view :) You could open the windows. Great location, a walking distance away from almost everywhere in the area. Check in was smooth, the staff asked for a 100$ deposit which I was ready for and provided 100 HKD I had on me. The deposit was returned upon checking out. After the check out they let me leave my bag for as much as I needed so I went on to explore Macao without the extra weight on me. The room was spacious, the areas nicely separated. The shower had a glass wall. Shower gel and shampoo provided, but I have a little suspicion it was the same liquid poured into 2 different bottles because it smelled the same lol did not bother me since I only stayed for 1 night. there was also a dental kit, a hairdryer, hangers, tissues, disposable slippers and even a shaving kit. there was no soap but I asked the reception and they kindly provided me with 2 small hotel-like bars. 1. The location is excellent, right next to Yaohan, and Grand Lisboa is also very close. Across from Lisboa is a large bus terminal with direct routes to Coloane, Hac Sa Beach, Rua do Cunha, etc. You can also take the Grand Lisboa shuttle to the border gate and Grand Lisboa Palace. It's about a 6-7 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of food options along the way. 2. The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are actually well-maintained, and the indoor carpets are quite clean. 3. There are USB ports, but it's still better to bring your own adapter (my phone charger has two Type-C ends, so the USB port wouldn't work). 4. For this price, what more could you ask for? It's basically one of the best value-for-money options in Macau.

The room we chose had an excellent view, and with the current Alice in Wonderland theme, the garden design was truly fantastic. The only thing that bothered me the most was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people talking as they passed by in the corridor, which negatively impacted my sleep quality. The hotel offers many dining options, and most of the staff were quite friendly. However, on the day we checked out and needed to take the shuttle bus, the attitude of one staff member was so bad that I really wanted to file a complaint. This experience alone is probably why I won't be staying here again. After all, there are so many other choices available.

Unacceptable Attitude from Front Desk and Lobby Security My morning flight landed in Hong Kong, and after picking up my husband (who was utterly exhausted from his flight from Italy), we arrived in Macau around 11 AM. We immediately went to the front desk to inquire about an early check-in, as we were both extremely tired. Despite having called Ctrip beforehand (whose customer service was excellent and who confirmed they would arrange an early check-in if a room was available), the hotel flatly refused, insisting check-in was strictly at 3 PM. We were forced to wait in the lobby. Exhausted, we eventually dozed off. A security guard then approached and *kicked our chair*, yelling loudly, ”Get up! Get up! Hey! Hey!” It was incredibly humiliating and made us feel like refugees. This wasn't a one-off incident either. Unable to endure this treatment, I finally spoke to the lobby manager. His attitude and prompt action, however, were commendable. He immediately intervened with the front desk, and within half an hour, we were finally able to check into our room. This entire experience was truly appalling and utterly disheartening.
