The Yalu River - formerly the Chinese inland river, now the border between China and North Korea. The DPRK islands in the river - Saiyu Island and Sindao border China's land. The estuary is currently shared by both sides. The Yalu River originated from the southern foot of Baishan Mountain, the governor of Jilin Province, and the upper reaches of the old name Jianchuangou, and the dry flow flows through Jilin and Liaoning provinces. The Yalu River is 795 kilometers long, with a basin area of 6.19 10,000 square kilometers (the basin area in China is 3.25 10,000 square kilometers), annual runoff of 327.6 billion cubic meters, and many tributaries such as the Hunjiang River, Xuchuan River and the Balu River.
