GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money, and my stay was fantastic. The facilities are quite comprehensive; the lobby even has a nine-compartment convenience stand and provides free cookies and candies, which is a really thoughtful touch. The staff are all very enthusiastic and proactively offer hot towels, providing truly attentive service. They also kindly asked if I was going to Disneyland and mentioned a shuttle service. Unfortunately, I didn't go to Disneyland this time, but they said the shuttle is very good and takes about 20 minutes, which is super convenient. The lobby has a children's play area, which is another great perk. The room also includes a free laundry and drying service, which is incredibly considerate; they wash, dry, and return your clothes to your room. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with everything. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, being close to Wanda Plaza, and the shuttle service is also a nice bonus.

SSuoFlareI've never willingly given a hotel a perfect five-star rating, but this one deserves it. The location is absolutely fantastic, right above IFC and surrounded by major shopping malls. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Disney Store, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Bund. Even though it's a 10-year-old hotel, you really have to stay here to understand just how incredibly well-maintained it is. The service is practically on-demand; they respond to almost any request incredibly quickly. While they don't automatically deliver takeout to your room, you can call concierge and they'll bring it up. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and everything tastes delicious. 'Variety' is relative, of course – it can't compare to places that specialize solely in breakfast, but it's very good nonetheless. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any family or friends who need a place to stay in Shanghai.

AAnonymous UserThe check-in process at this hotel took an exceptionally long time. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice an array of 'influencers' taking photos in the lobby cafe. To my surprise, when I went to the restroom, there was a pair of influencer bloggers squatting inside, aggressively taking pictures. I wondered if this was some kind of marketing strategy orchestrated by the hotel. It really left a bad impression. The hotel lobby design, however, is elegantly chic. The room faced the main road, and the amenities were compact and refined, with a French-inspired decor. The regular prices are acceptable, but the year-end prices felt a bit overpriced. To top it off, there was a mistake with the final bill. Hotel staff called to inform me that their machine was faulty and my deposit was incorrectly charged as a consumption expense.

AAnonymous UserThis resort is the absolute best! Angel escorted us to our room when we checked in and even gave the kids bath toys, which they loved. Cynthia was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with a speedy check-out and asking about our stay. The baby absolutely adored the pool! We'll definitely be back to try other room types next time. The Bund's 'Three-Piece Set' view is absolutely stunning, such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very quiet. I've already recommended it to several friends, and even my local Shanghai friends are planning to go experience it – it's that amazing. Choosing this high-end hotel when traveling with kids was definitely the right decision. Mini bar: A pleasant surprise!

MM56655****🌟 **Arrival Experience: A Welcoming Embrace** From the moment we stepped out of the car, the concierge team greeted us with genuine smiles and prompt service. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, swiftly handling our check-in while thoughtfully introducing the hotel facilities and special services. The lobby's elegant design and subtle fragrance instantly made us feel relaxed. 🛌 **Guest Room: A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Technology** The room was spacious and well-laid out, with breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was the epitome of comfort – high-thread-count sheets felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the complimentary daily replenished drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch. 🍽️ **Dining: A Top-Tier Feast for the Senses** Breakfast offered an abundant selection, from freshly squeezed juices and local specialties to Eggs Benedict; every dish was exquisite and delicious. The evening dining was stunning, perfectly blending traditional flavors with creative twists. The lobby bar had an elegant atmosphere, and the mixologists were incredibly skilled. Room service was also swift and efficient, with no compromise on quality. 💎 **Facilities and Service: Impeccably Professional** The gym had state-of-the-art equipment, and the pool's water was crystal clear with a serene environment. What impressed us most was the attitude of all the staff – every employee we passed proactively greeted us and offered assistance. Housekeeping service was incredibly responsive, and the turndown service was meticulous, even down to the thoughtful placement of slippers. 📍 **Location and Surroundings** The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Nanjing Road and The Bund, making getting around extremely convenient. ✨ **Summary: More Than Luxury, It's About Heartfelt Care** This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience of being well-cared for and full of delightful surprises. Pullman Shanghai Jing An truly exceeded expectations; every detail showcased respect and care for guests. If there were an option beyond ”five-star,” we would undoubtedly choose it. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their efforts; we will definitely be back!

RRussellinSGLoved the service here and attention to detail. Staff were all so friendly and made us so welcome. Really outstanding! From the time we stepped out the car, all the staff made us feel so welcome. The concierge even helped me to book a late night snack on ******* then paid for it on his app when mine wouldn’t work. Really superb service! Location was great too. Short walk of maybe 8 minutes to the Dapuqiao (Line 9) station inside the Sun Moon shopping centre with lots of eateries. Very near to Tianzifang which is 15 minutes walk. Great specialty coffee cafe called Danro Coffee within 10 minutes walk. And within 5km to many major sights in Shanghai within the Huangpu area.

MM352091****The hotel is ideally located on the Shanghai Bund, offering excellent proximity to famous landmarks and stunning scenery. It's just a short walk to places like Waibaidu Bridge and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Bund and the 'Pudong Three-Piece Suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers) from their windows, a truly breathtaking sight. Whether it's day or night, the hotel's prime location makes exploring and admiring Shanghai's beauty incredibly easy and convenient. The service quality is generally highly praised, with special recognition for the exclusive concierges, Coco, Kaly, and Eva, who are exceptional, professional, and enthusiastic.

DDengmamaThe package deal I got was excellent value for money. The room decor was stylish and modern, and the lobby layout was quite innovative. Plus, it was super convenient to access Xintiandi directly from the hotel's entrance/exit. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the local snacks tasted great. The free happy hour for guests on the first floor (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) was fantastic, with a wide selection and excellent service 👍 I'll definitely be back for another stay! 😍

MM38820****Just a few quick points: Firstly, the hotel's location is truly excellent, right on the Bund, directly facing the Oriental Pearl Tower. The views are superb! Secondly, before check-in, a hotel staff member, Ms. Anna, contacted us by phone. She patiently discussed our preferred room type, making the entire check-in process smooth, quick, and satisfactory. We ended up being upgraded to a Bund and Pearl Tower dual-view room, directly facing the Bund and with a side view of the Pearl Tower – visually stunning! However, unfortunately, foggy weather spoiled such a beautiful view! (A tip: If the weather is this bad, there's really no need to pay extra for an upgraded room like this; you can get better photos simply by going to the Bund itself.) Thirdly, during the upgrade, the front desk informed us that breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were included, and we just needed to provide our room number to enter. However, there was no need to provide it; we could just walk straight in. This was strange 🤔. Does every room booking include these? Because from start to finish, we never had to give our room number to enter! Fourthly, regarding the hardware, it's well-maintained, and the environment is very clean and comfortable, but it is old. Fifthly, for the software, the white room curtains completely reflected in the floor-to-ceiling windows, affecting photo quality. Sixthly, the bathroom: no shower cap, no amenity kit, no disposable toilet seat covers, and there was a bathtub but no bathtub liner 😣😩! Finally, the air conditioning – surprisingly, there was no cool air mode, only fan-only. The air circulation in the hotel room was really poor; I hope this can be improved! Overall, the value for money was quite good, and the restaurant food was delicious! Lastly, a big thank you to the thoughtful and lovely Ms. Anna, who even gave us a little bear 😊.

BBaishuimuThe hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean, and the lounge team provides excellent service. It was a very pleasant stay. I booked this stay because my child had an exam and we needed a hotel close to the test center. I also specifically requested a quiet room, and the hotel was very accommodating. During our stay, the room was cleaned promptly, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel's 38th-floor lounge is definitely worth a visit. It offers great views and timely, attentive service. The afternoon tea selection was also very good. The ambiance is elegant, making it perfect for a casual drink or a business meeting.
