AAizhanAAAI am very satisfied that booked the Traders hotel. I was at the Traders Hotel with my Mom. We liked it sooo much! Administrators, managers, waiters, security guards and housekeepers, all people are just beautiful and friendly. Special thanks to the manager Rini, I apologize if I wrote it incorrectly. Every morning she greeted us with a smile and always wondered how we feel at their hotel.
And what delicious food there, I would eat there all my life! Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay in Malaysia even more pleasant! I advise everyone, both those who rest alone and those who travel with their family!
Thank you so much guys!

RRaingod5/5 Stars. The Majestic Hotel never disappoints. The colonial architecture is stunning, and the entire property exudes old-world charm. The rooms are luxurious and immaculate, the staff are incredibly polite and professional, and the food is fantastic. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides a perfect, peaceful escape right in the city. Highly recommended!

SSyahmi RashidI call Courtyard by Marriott KL South the ”Gateway to KL.” Having stayed here at least 13 times over the past two years, it is my go-to whenever I’m visiting by car. The location is ideal—about 30 minutes to both KL City Centre and Putrajaya (off-peak), making this one of the most centrally-located hotels between both locations.
The service is consistently professional yet warm. A huge shout-out to Syarif and Nabil; they always serve with a genuine smile and consistently go the extra mile for guests.
Regarding the breakfast at Substance: while the spread quality is still a work in progress, it has improved significantly since I first started visiting in August 2024. Kudos to the team for the upward trend!
GGuest UserBefore heading to Kuala Lumpur, I read countless reviews for hotels near the Petronas Twin Towers. There were always a few comments about cleanliness issues, which made me a bit worried before my trip. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent my stay was! We're a family of three, and both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The space was huge, with a kitchen and living room. Being on a high floor, we had a stunning view of the Twin Towers right outside our window. It was also incredibly convenient to walk to malls like Pavilion. Plus, having breakfast included made things even easier – highly recommend! 👍

GGuest UserExcellent apartment on the 41st floor with a view of the twin towers and with a balcony. Quick and convenient check-in. Beautiful and refreshing swimming pool on the 51st floor with a view of Petronas. Helpful management team, clean and spacious apartment. Close to many cafes and shops, and all attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommended for booking.

AAnonymous UserWe were surprised at how spacious the room was. High ceilings, with balcony, huge sofa in living areas, dining table, good kitchen and washer. Bedroom was huge as well with 2 beds and view of twin tower on the smaller window. Even the bathtub was overlooking the twin tower.
Good cleaning service. Staffs were responsive.
One of the best rooms we’ve stayed in so far!

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. They kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which was a big plus! The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of choices, including fresh-squeezed juice. The dining area wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was pleasant. You can definitely feel the service standards of a long-standing Sheraton hotel. The downsides are that the hotel is a bit old, the shower drain was slow, causing water to pool, and I found a lot of small ants on the bathroom sink. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would arrange for pest control.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with a large shopping mall right downstairs. The monorail is also conveniently located just below. It's only a few minutes' walk to the food street. The room is quite spacious. Before booking, I read reviews mentioning issues with hot water taking a long time to come on. Initially, I also waited 30 minutes without hot water. The hotel didn't explain this clearly. There's a switch on the wall outside the bathroom (see photo); hot water only comes 15 minutes after pressing it. I recommend pressing this switch as soon as you check in and get to your room. Breakfast is vegetarian. The downside is that there's very loud prayer chanting starting around 5 AM, which might disturb light sleepers. Also, this hotel has over 40 floors, and my floor alone has 22 rooms. There are six elevators in total, but you might still have to wait a bit sometimes, especially during peak hours.
GGuest UserUpon entering the room, I immediately spotted a cockroach 🪳. Other than that, everything else was great! The rooftop pool was super crowded, so I didn't even bother going in – the water looked a bit questionable. It seems like it's shared by several hotels. Still, it's worth it for photos! Oh, and we stayed in 13A. The first time we returned to the room, guests from the 13th floor kept trying to swipe their key cards on our door! Then they knocked, and I realized they had the wrong room (they were also Chinese and very apologetic!). I hope the hotel can make the floor numbering clearer. Later, someone else tried to swipe their card at our door again! It was a bit busy and chaotic... but the location is excellent, and it's great value for money!
