Geyuansi Review

The Pavilion Temple is located in Wuyuan County, Hebei Province. It was built in the East Han Dynasty and rebuilt in the Tang Dynasty. The existing buildings were reconstructed in Liaochu. The Pavilion Temple covers an area of about 6900 square meters. The main buildings are the Temple of Heavenly Kings, Wenshu Temple, East and West Accessories, Tibetan Jinglou, etc. The main building Wenshu Temple is the most complete temple in China with the architectural style of the Liao Dynasty. The temple also has the only Royal iron clock with a clear casting period (1114 AD), and the inscription of the clock has two characters: Han and Sanskrit.

This Wenshu Temple is a Liao Dynasty building, following the Tang and Song Dynasty architectural style, simple atmosphere, the top of the mountain is winged, although there are only three, the immersion still feels shocking, this is the charm of ancient architecture, there is also a same-age iron clock next to it, like ancient architecture passing by Wuyuan can not be missed.

I used to see the Geyuan Temple said that it was re-decorated in 2020. I still didn't believe it last time. Today, I saw that the word monument has come out. The red paint on the corners and corners has been painted, and the quaint and elegant feeling has been there.
