The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the Bell Tower. Right outside, you have access to Metro Lines 2 and 6, which is a great alternative during rush hour, perfect for catching an early train to the station in the morning or heading to the Grand Tang Everbright City in the evening. The hotel also has a laundry room, and the staff are very friendly. For breakfast, they offer a variety of Xi'an-style noodles. They even have plenty of bottled water available for guests by the staircase, showing their attention to detail. This was my first time staying in a room with a 2.4-meter bed, and it was absolutely perfect for parents traveling with a 7-year-old child!

You can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. The hotel has a small pool, and my child went three times. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but you can buy a group deal for it on Dianping.

I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

(😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter, and the subway is conveniently close, making getting around a breeze. The rooms are spotless and dry, and even though it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is excellent, so we slept soundly. The front desk staff were efficient, and the breakfast included a good variety of local snacks. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try on, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Betty at the front desk was very warm and friendly, and she helped us check the traffic restrictions for out-of-town license plates in the city. When she learned that our license plate was restricted on Monday but we had to leave early, she proactively contacted the restaurant to arrange a packed breakfast for us. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

My first time trying this place, and I thought it was great! I booked the cheapest room, which I think was a 16-person dorm, but the front desk lady upgraded me to a 12-person one. I even extended my stay for another night. The environment inside is quite peaceful. Everyone in the common areas is pretty respectful, except for a few loud shouts during billiards sometimes! Oh, and there were a lot of foreigners, couples mostly, chatting among themselves – it had a nice vibe. Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with everything and didn't prepare toiletries. When I went to shower, I even saw two guys coming out of the same stall, which honestly stunned me a bit. However, the privacy in the restrooms and shower rooms is excellent; they're all enclosed. The hot water comes on quickly, the water pressure is strong, and everything is clean. Everyone seemed pretty well-behaved. I mostly kept to myself, though, and didn't really interact with anyone. At one point, a foreigner asked me in English if he could use a stool. I honestly didn't understand anything he said, but I got his meaning and just waved my hand. He must have thought I was refusing him because he started to leave. I was so flustered I couldn't speak, just waving my hands around like fans, trying to convey my meaning. He must have seen my panic and understood, so he moved the stool. Only then could I relax and continue drinking my hot water alone. (I saw the front desk staff, both a guy and a lady, speaking English with the foreigners, and I was so envious! Ugh, I can only read English; I can't understand or speak it. I really need to practice my listening and speaking skills. I'll try my luck again next time.) Overall, I think it's a pretty good place. Oh, and its location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. But make sure you exit the correct subway station, or else a directionally challenged person like me will spend almost an hour wandering around trying to find it!

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. Let's start with the positives: the staff were enthusiastic. Otherwise, it was mostly negatives. The room facilities were old and dated. The management seemed chaotic. Just look at the lobby in the morning – it was full of tour groups or people doing who-knows-what, all loud and boisterous, like a chaotic marketplace. It definitely didn't feel like a five-star hotel lobby. Then, looking at the hotel entrance, cars were lined up in a long queue, completely blocking it. Buses were dropping off tourists one after another, and the road was totally jammed, with the doormen just standing there with their hands behind their backs, watching. The experience was extremely poor.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the bustling heart of Xi'an! It's directly opposite the Yongning Gate city wall, which offers a fantastic night view! For tonight's stay, they upgraded us to a family room! We could see the city wall right from our window! Just downstairs, turn right, and you're at Shuyuanmen Street! Walk a bit further, and you'll find the Stele Forest Museum – very handy! Staying at Atour is great because doing laundry and drying clothes is so convenient! Minor drawback: Parking isn't ideal. It costs 6 yuan an hour here, and since we were driving, our parking fee for just one night was around 70-80 yuan. We only bought one breakfast, but the breakfast area was really nice! I'd especially recommend coming here for the night views!

This was an absolutely superb experience with incredibly attentive service. Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

The price is affordable, and for hotels of its type, it offers great value for money. My booking only included one coffee coupon when I checked in, but the lovely lady at the front desk saw there were two of us and gave us an extra one. An iced coffee on a hot day is just perfect! The room was also exceptionally clean, and the cleaning staff even brought us two extra bottles of water. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite.

This stay was a truly delightful surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt their exceptional hospitality. Xu Wenjing at the front desk was incredibly friendly, the check-in process was smooth, and she even proactively helped with my luggage and patiently recommended nearby restaurants and attractions – her attention to detail was impeccable. Throughout the entire experience, the cleanliness, service, and facilities were all impeccable, offering far better value than hotels in the same price range. I've already added this hotel to my must-stay list, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. I'll also highly recommend it to my friends!

The room wasn't as bad as it looked in the pictures, but it also wasn't as bright due to the windows. I went on a Sunday, and there was a conference, two weddings, and a child's birthday party? The public areas were better maintained than the room facilities. The F&B department seemed a bit disorganized, but everything else was okay. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the concierge called ahead to communicate.

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

Overall, the room was good. It's right next to the subway station and very close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but since I was so tired from exploring all day, I fell asleep right away, so it didn't really bother me. The main reason for my good review is the excellent service – the staff at the front desk, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was also very meticulous and thorough.

Service: Every lady at the front desk was kind and extremely attentive. We checked out a bit late, and they extended our checkout time to 3 PM, which was really thoughtful. The staff even helped us with our luggage to the car and offered us drinks. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bedding and bath amenities were very clean. However, the pillows had a slight odor of hair oil. Environment: The surrounding area has convenient transportation. The Xigong University subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, including a pedestrian overpass. There are also street food vendors just a few steps away. My only complaint is that Xi'an surprisingly doesn't have shared e-bikes, only shared bicycles. Riding a bicycle to tourist attractions will make you question your life choices. I recommend taking a taxi or, if you're looking for a more affordable option, combining it with subway transfers.

Facilities: Very complete, everything you need is available and works perfectly. Hygiene: The cleaning staff tidies up every day, and it's quite clean. They also replenish used toiletries like toothpaste daily. However, there was a red oil stain on the sheets, which might have been overlooked. Also, it might be a good idea to check the shampoo bottles; I only opened the one for washing hair, but previous guests had left hair in it. Most people wouldn't specifically check this, but it's something to look out for in the future. Environment: The environment is excellent. It's close to the subway station, convenient for getting around, and not noisy. There are also many amenities nearby. Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and will bring anything you need to your room. The service is very polite and good.

This hotel is beyond words, I just want to say I'll never stay here again. I originally booked two nights but promptly canceled the second, and it was even a suite! The hotel's location is excellent, but it's also incredibly noisy. At 3 AM, the bar street downstairs was still going strong, it felt like sleeping right on the street. Then at 7 AM, the light seeped through the curtains and woke me up. This was by far the worst night's sleep I had during my entire trip to Xi'an. Breakfast was also terrible. It was served in collaboration with the rooftop restaurant, and the food looked like old leftovers. The soy milk was the color of rice water, and the watermelon was a translucent red. The restaurant, a sunroom, had no air conditioning and was stifling hot. The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. I won't be staying here again, avoid at all costs!

Right across from the Drum Tower, the location is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The staff cleaned punctually every day. When checking out, the front desk lady even asked if I needed two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't soundproof. However, I still love staying at Ji Hotel; I like its layout, the small tea table, and the black tea is good too.
