The room has a first-class view, the equipment in the room is enough to cook, and the family is very happy. The room directly sees the beach and the beautiful view of the Guang'an Bridge. The location is excellent and there are many restaurants, which is simply first-class.

Fabulous hotel with amazing location and views. The lounge and restaurants are on 30/31st floors with plently comfortable seats placed to make the most of it. The gym and pool were of high quality with same views. Food (Italian restaurant) and drinks ( wines and cocktails) were fabulous. Location is great for Haeundae beach with many restaurants and cafes around. Pricy but worth it. Breakfast was too expensive ( S$ 55/ £35 pppn) but lots of cafe options around

The location is great! Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still enjoy stunning ocean views from the hotel's gym and restaurant.
The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic.
The only slight downside was the room facilities. Overall, it was quite dim, with no bright lights. When we first checked in, the shower had a slight sewage smell (perhaps our room hadn't been occupied for a while), but it was fine after the evening cleaning.

Resort is absolutely stunning and location wise is on a quiet side but plenty of restaurants nearby. A relaxing place away from too much tourists. Nearby is the new Lotte theme park and luge park.
Staffs are very friendly and attentive but communication is very tough.
Restaurants in the resort are very nice and plenty of choice. It also has a convenience store that sells everything.
The restaurants and facilities operation time is very weird, with certain limitations. One of the swimming pool not in operation and we were unaware.
Certain amenities not provided due to government policy but I strongly dislike soap bars as shampoo and no tv in the room. A tablet is provided if you need some entertainment for your children.
We would like to stay again in the future

The rooms were comfortable, but the air conditioning was extremely loud. I stayed in two different room types, 807 and 1007, and the AC in both was so noisy it prevented me from sleeping. The pools weren't freely accessible; instead, you could only use them during designated time slots. To make matters worse, different room types had access to different pools, making the entire system feel overly restrictive. It was such a hassle that we ended up not using any of the pools during our entire 4-day stay. Room 1007 was particularly terrible: from 7-8 AM every morning, there was an incredibly loud noise. They claimed it was the pool pump?! Absolutely infuriating! Furthermore, many of the staff couldn't speak any English, making communication virtually impossible. This is hardly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The location by the beach offers a great view, and the interior facilities are top-notch. However, there are a few minor inconveniences. To get to the beach, you need to walk through the hotel's commercial area. Parking is also a bit confusing; guests must use the residence parking, not the hotel's. Additionally, reaching your room from the parking lot requires an elevator transfer. While it becomes easy to navigate after a few visits, it can be quite perplexing for first-timers.

Both the location and facilities are fantastic! Parking registration took a little longer than expected or didn't always process smoothly, so the staff had to manually open the gate for us repeatedly. Nonetheless, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The location is fantastic. The breakfast spread was incredibly lavish; there was so much delicious food, my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach! The service was excellent, and the young male and female staff members were all incredibly good-looking, like pop idols.

Hotel itself giving luxurious feeling but service from staff here a bit cold from overall experience compared to my experience with Signiel in Seoul.
I have requested a special occasion as a birthday celebration but received happy anniversary wish card inside the room instead lol hahaha

I went with my family and the owner took such good care of me ㅠㅠ I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't not write one.. It almost felt like home, there was nothing that wasn't there, and if you asked for something, they would do it right away. The location was also good. Gwangalli Beach and Millak Market were both close by. It was quiet, convenient, cozy, and comfortable like home. I went to a luxury hotel the next day, but I missed this place so much ㅠㅠ Next time, I want to stay 2 nights.

Wow. It was nice. The weather was windy and cold so I thought I wouldn't be able to use the jacuzzi, but it was. The water was hot and the wind was cold. It was a really wonderful spa time hahahaha

Excellent hotel right on the beach in bustling Busan. Superb service throughout. My only slight negative would be a) the size of the bathroom (despite booking a premium sea room) and b) the cost of the evening meal. Thankfully there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in a leisurely walk by. The bathroom was very basic and older in decor despite the rest of the hotel being a recent refurbishment.

What truly set this room experience apart was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless and quick, handled by a very friendly representative. This level of proactive, genuine hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
But the real showstopper was the private ocean view terrace. Waking up and stepping out to see the vast, sparkling sea was an unforgettable experience. The terrace was spacious and comfortably furnished, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun set. It truly gave the room a luxurious, resort-like feel.

The hotel pool was great and relaxing, the service was excellent, and it's a short walk to the beach. However, the sea was cold and rough, so be careful! The hotel offers fantastic views, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient.

Highly, highly recommended five-star family-friendly hotel, everything exceeded our expectations!
1. The location is excellent. You can take an airport limousine bus directly or the subway. Haeundae Beach is right outside the door, so you can play on the beach in the morning, take a walk in the evening, and then head straight back to the hotel to rest when you're tired – it's incredibly convenient! However, transportation in Busan isn't always the easiest, so we mostly took taxis when going out.
2. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers, and the service was superb. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view family suite, which featured a slide in the room, two bathrooms, and free access to the sauna and executive lounge.
In short, it's absolutely fantastic. Besides being a bit pricey, there are no downsides. If we get the chance to visit Busan again, we'll definitely stay here!From€116

The hotel room is incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the ”king-size bed” was actually two double beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most ideal setup. On a positive note, I absolutely loved the toiletries provided—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—all packaged in a cute, environmentally friendly way. The bathtub offered a partial sea view, but being on the second floor, it did have a downside: people on the ground floor could potentially look up and see you if you took a bath during the daytime.From€102

The location was incredibly convenient; you could spot the hotel right after exiting the subway. It was also just about a 10-minute walk to Haeundae Beach. However, the only downside was a mirror positioned right next to the toilet. The front desk explained that it was for a maintenance access panel. Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.From€68

Clean and compact room. Like the bed the most, we had a good sleep for our 3 nights stay. CU is right next to the hotel. Just a 4–5 mins walk to Haeundae Beach and the nearby food street. A great location and very convenience if you are looking for food and shopping. In front of the hotel has the bus stop which makes it very convenient to wherever you plan to go.
However, if you choose to rent a car like myself, the parking is at a different building which managed by 3rd party operator. However it is free. But the operator only open from 9am to 10pm. At such, you can leave before 9am, or you can’t come back to park after 10pm

I stayed in a single room on the 16th floor with an amazing view, and it was quite affordable. Perhaps because it was the innermost room, it wasn't as noisy as some reviews mentioned. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was free, so don't set your expectations too high. The cleanliness was good. There's no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, so bring your own.
The Haeundae Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for watching the sunrise or grabbing a late-night snack. Right outside the hotel, there's a rapid transit bus that goes to the KTX station. For solo female travelers, I highly recommend it!From€31

Great location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues.
However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage.
Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient.
Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement.From€34

would like to share my feedback regarding my recent trip to Busan, Korea. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and learned a lot about the local culture, food, and lifestyle. It was a memorable journey, and I especially appreciated the well-organized Max Out Tour, which provided a great opportunity to explore the city in depth.
In terms of accommodation, I felt more comfortable staying at Nampo Hound Hotel Premier, which suited my preferences well. I would also like to commend our tour guide, Mr. DK, for his excellent guidance, knowledge, and hospitality throughout the trip.
Overall, it was a wonderful and enriching experience, and I would gladly recommend this tour to others.

The hotel has a great location, just next to Busan Station, which is very convenient for anyone catching the KTX.
There is a free laundry area on the rooftop, but do note that detergent is not provided (or possibly not refilled), so you will need to bring your own.
The room cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheet had stains, and I even found a used eye mask pouch left behind by the previous guest. Toothbrushes are also not provided, so remember to bring your own.
On the positive side, the room has a large bathtub, which the kids absolutely loved.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness and amenities could be better.From€29
