Location of the hotel was great with many eateries around but that was about it. At first glance, the room looked ok; however, it had a foul and fishy smell upon entering. It was small but if you are just looking for a bed to rest and a bathroom to wash up, it will suffice. Not recommended for people who are not petite in size as it is really cramped. The lighting was dim and there was no window; it took a while for my eyes to get used to it and after that, I realised that there were dust and hair everywhere, even on the bed. Upon further scrutiny, I saw ants - endless trails of them, crawling on the walls, along the bed, on the table, in the bathroom. I took videos but unfortunately, only pictures can be posted here and the ants were too small to be seen and appeared as white dots. Some even came onto the bed. It was really uncomfortable and made me feel itchy all over. As the air conditioner was very dusty and the bed was right underneath it, there was black dust all over the sheets. The towels had holes in them and they were dirty. There was litter in the shower area and I found a cockroach crawling on the sink in the bathroom. I can understand about the thin walls and hearing noises along the corridor but cleanliness is something that cannot be compromised, even in a budget/3-Star hotel. In fact, there are cleaner and cheaper hotels in the same area. I am deeply disappointed because I was there to celebrate my birthday and it was indeed unforgettable, in a very terrible way. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Reserved a night birthday staycay of king premier room, including breakfast for 2, for my birthday via Trip.com app. Check-in process was a breeze. The customer service person surprised me with a huge birthday cookie and wish. The amenities were ample and easy to locate. If that was not enough, you can explore all around nearby attractions in always happening Orchard Road. Square footage of the room was spacious for just the 2 of us. Bathroom and soaking tub were well used. With premier rooms & suites booking, we enjoyed complimentary experience at co-working space on level 15. Local snacks and free flow of choices of coffee, tea and other hot drinks from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even order in-house food menu to be served there. Got a complimentary parking. Lastly and importantly, the breakfast spread. Nasi lemak with specific sambal nasi lemak was so sedap. So was grilled prata pieces with dhal curry and there were yutiao...pastries...cold cut...porridge...congee...mushroom soup and oatmeal...breads and buns...and the list went on and on 😋 We were spoiled for choices of breakfast that served from 7 to 10 AM. No fuss check-out. Not forgetting a must IG worthy, picture perfect iconic stairs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 Will certainly make a return staycation and easy-peasy booking via Trip.com 😀 Thank you

The overall service of the hotel was excellent. They welcome us with complimentary chocolates when we told them we were there to have an early birthday celebration for my wife. They sent their staff to help us when we could not connect our mobile phone to the TV. Not forgetting the excellent views from infinity swimming pool and room. They made the stay pleasant for us. However, they could improve on telling guests how to get to the Skypark. The staff of the club were not too friendly when we lost our way and asked for directions.

Stay was very good. Location wise very nearby to brasbasah mrt and walking distance to bugis station. Room was assigned high floor. Found a cockroach in the room lol. Should be normal. The walls were not 'sound proof' as i could hear clapping sounds in my room from the next door. At night, while i was movie marathon, i was laughing and the next door knocked on the wall to shh. Lol. Annoying. No bottled water as they have dispenser outside your room. Smart tv but no netflix but able to screen cast from your phone. Bathtub has leaking issue. Next moment i turn, the whole bathroom was flooded. Also there is deposit to be given upon checking. My take note to standby cash.

An interesting concept to try out if one hasn’t been in this layout before. We were greeted with welcome drinks. However MEMO brunch menu (see photos) which we ordered was disappointing and it’s not worth the dollars. Thank god we were given disc as hotel members otherwise it wouldn’t be worth. Nevertheless, the MEMO crew is friendly and polite, and their coffee and croissant are both good. For the amenities, we were disappointed that the treadmills were faulty during our stay. Other than that, the location was convenient and accessible.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

Had one of the best experience staying here. We booked the Urban Suite room to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday with our family members. Upon checking in, they gave my daughter a little box of chocolate which is so thoughtful. I went to ask for another one cause my daughter finished them up so quickly lol. And the receptionist took a bigger box this time and said to share with the whole family. How sweet. We had to wait a little longer for the room to be ready but it wasn’t really a big deal cause we could still wait in the room while they clean up the living room. The room we booked comes with breakfast but initially it’s at a restaurant which is not halal certified. Luckily there’s another restaurant that’s available for breakfast and it’s halal certified. So we were told to go there instead. There’s a playroom available near the lobby which is great to get the kids to play together. And we got a late check out at 3pm.

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Bugis Junction MRT, that gives excellent access to a ton of options. There are also alot of entertainment venues available and is near to city centre. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful, and also meets the customer's needs when asked. (I needed to borrow umbrellas for quite a number of times) 5/5 for front desk. At first it was very dirty, but we checked in after midnight so we just tried to sleep. Room was humid until after AC was full blown for an hour. Pillow was the worst part. It smelled bad. We ask for cleaning next day and they swept the floor which made everything looked better. But pillow still smelled. I don’t recommend the place if you are in to cleanliness.. we just needed a place to sleep. So we are not that picky but,,,, sigh,,, but they asked everything I asked for. Cleaning, Towels, waters. Also hot water was great too.

I recently found out this is a new branch of ST Signature hotel. Based on the site, this branch has cheaper option compared to the Bugis Beach branch. Stayed for 4 nights at the Cabin Private. The room is big enough to fit a queen bed, with enough leg room. Toilet is a bit small and cramped though. You have a smart TV and a small fridge in your room. I chose the room with the window, but since my room is facing a building, I think the window is not really necessary. You'd probably be better off with the windowless option (although the difference in price is not that big). Staff are very accommodating. They answered my inquiry in advance and allowed me to leave my luggage as I arrived in SG in the morning. They even allowed me to check in early (around 2pm). In terms of facilities, they have a chill area at the 3rd floor, water refilling station and cooking hub at the lobby. They don't provide breakfast though, but there are a lot of options in Bugis Junction which is just walking distance from the hotel. They don't offer laundry, but there are two laundromats close to the hotel (one behind Marrison/Lion Peak hotel and one in Waterloo Center). As for the distance, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Bugis station (it's closer to East-West line/Green line than the Downtown/Blue line) and Bugis Junction and Bugis+ malls. It's about 15 minutes walk to Suntec City. If your bus to SG (from KL) stops in Bugis area, this is a very good option. Will definitely choose this hotel when I return to SG in the future.

Location is excellent . From the airport to the hotel we took MRT and change in Tanah Merah. Hotel is just a short walk from MRT station. At MRT Bugis station lots of good food. Not only that we went to Gardens By the Bay , little India, China town and nearby areas by just walking. (30mins ) and see beautiful houses along the way. Staff all very friendly . Great stay indeed. I have been coming over to Singapore many times and this hotel is great for location .

Although the room is small and well-equipped, although it is in the bar street, it is very quiet. The price-performance ratio of SGD 200 per day is not bad! I read some reviews earlier that there is no wifi. I guess the tenants don't know that the wifi password is written on the key card, and the first letter must be capitalized to enter accurately. The Internet speed is very fast. In addition, the bedding is very clean. Of course, it is understandable that a large suitcase cannot be placed on the small floor of a capsule hotel room. Since we don’t have big boxes, we thought it was okay. It is very close to the Bugis MRT interchange station, five or six minutes away, and you can walk a long way to the underground shopping mall to avoid being exposed to the scorching sun. From Bugis Interchange to Changi Airport, you need to take the Green Line and then change to the Airport Express, which is very convenient and takes about 50 minutes. This hotel is located in an area that should be historical. It is very close to the historic Ruffle Hotel. In the past three minutes, you can go to the long bar there to drink a Singapore Sling. If the weather is not hot, or at night, you can walk from the hotel towards St. Andrew's Church and walk to Marina Bay to see the Merlion and the Sands Hotel. Worth a try. I booked a staycation at the Naumi Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I got the Patio Room under the impression that the patio would be interesting and would offer an alternative hang-out place for us. The initial impression of the hotel was good. There were quite a lot of interesting art pieces scattered all over the hotel. Check-in was swift. The elevator was however a little slow, so a couple of times we ended up using the stairs, which was much quicker than the elevator. The Patio Room was quite a disappointment though. It was small and looked tired. Toilet & bathroom were separated from each other by a piece of partially-frosted glass, so you could essentially look into the other cubicle. Would be quite awkward if one was using the toilet while another was showering. The tiles were a little stained, giving a dirty appearance. The patio was utterly useless - the space was tiny. The swing was badly stained and small, we barely could sit on it, not that we intended to as the cushion looked disgustingly dirty. The light bulbs hanging overhead were not working and some filled with rainwater. I had thought the patio would give us another view of the outside or another space to hang out. NO! Other than being too small, it totally lacked privacy, as guests staying upstairs could easily see us from their windows. There was no view at all, the background was just a pathetic ugly fake plant wall. The bed was fine, pillows were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see even a bolster was provided. An Apple TV was also available, though you'd need to log into your own account to watch shows. It was nice that drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary - a nice welcoming gesture, although similar stuffs could be bought from the 7-11 convenience shop downstairs. Overall, the experience was fine. Location was perfect, in the city and near the Bugis/City Hall MRT station and many restaurants/eateries. Renovation/Revamping of the rooms is long due. Don't bother paying more for the Patio Room (4th floor). Get a room on the higher floors.

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

The Raffles Hotel is very good. After readjustment in 2019, the experience of staying several times is perfect. The room is comfortable, the bathtub is large, the water pressure is sufficient, and the welcome drink is delicious. The only point deducted for the facility is because the gym is still weak. But the gym has coconut water to drink, which is the only thing I have encountered so far. The breakfast is very delicious, it should be the number one in Singapore.

Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.
