Ramada by Wyndham South El Monte
3.3/5110 Reviews
This placed is very out dated. The room had holes in the walls, peeling wall paper everywhere. Even the picture on the wall has a hole in it. Light fixtures in bathroom where dirty and the plastic was turning brown instead of clear, because it’s so old. The pillows were 14 x14 inches long, and flat. You can hear all the noise from the street below, because the sliding doors don’t seal up properly.

aside from the rude employees its nice
Motel 6 South El Monte, CA - Los Angeles
3.3/541 Reviews
On this occasion I stayed at this Motel 6, finding the room and adjacent offices neat, clean and well staffed. The rooms are not typical Motel 6 rooms, i.e. containing small refrigerator, microwave and better bed. That to say a little more pricey and more upscale in contrast to most Motel 6's I've had the opportunity to stay at. I'm sure if you've stayed at one of these establishments the bed surly could be better and a microwave wouldn't hurt, but Motel 6 is in business to make money, in-spite of the changing temperament of the customer base, which if like me finds $60 a night at the threshold of Motel expenses vs $120 night for the aforementioned in South El Monte, CA. Based on the monetary rate, I would not patronize this establishment again, i.e. it's Motel 6 and not the Hilton in Miami, FL.
