Would be even more ideal if the hotel is able to provide water daily instead of just day 1.

The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant. Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient. As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant. We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great stay overall. We particularly like the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who raise the level of service to a high level. The valet parking was excellent, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We would have expected more for a hotel of this category and price range. The hot dishes were unfortunately cold, and the famous currywurst without casing was fried for far too long. The biggest criticism for us, however, was the quality of the baked goods - they were rock hard, even worse on Sunday. The selection of cheese and sausage was also rather boring and not very creative. In addition, breakfast was the same on both days, which is often more varied in comparable hotels. Another point is the chairs in the breakfast room, some of which had very worn or broken leather - a replacement would be desirable. Despite these criticisms, our stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is really great, and the whole team deserves a lot of praise! We would be happy to come back.

Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties. Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.

This is a nice hotel which is located very near Charlie Checkpoint. It is also located next to several interesting museums, underground train, a few nice restaurants and a really nice cafe. A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

A really lovely hotel, the rooms decor was great, the colors, set up and furniture all matched well with each other and was a visual feast for the senses. Very convenient as the hotel was just a few mins walk away from Theresienwiese station. Only downside is they don't have toothbrushes and slippers but just bring your own and you'll be fine. Laundry is free too, and they have a small gym for you to get workouts in. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I love how they have their own social events such as a drinks party and movie screenings. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!!
