The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE.
We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms.
We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us?
When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space.
After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed.
We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms.
In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous.
Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms.
Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.From$135

My colleague and I had pre-booked rooms with King-size beds, but we were given rooms with narrow Twin beds, which were uncomfortable. We were told that, unfortunately, there were no King rooms available, although judging by the light coming from the windows, half of the rooms appeared to be empty.
The worst part was that the two of us were given rooms at the very end of the hallway on the ground floor, directly above the parking exit. It was unbearably loud starting at 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, right above this parking exit, there was a flag with the hotel logo that was poorly secured, and it squeaked all night in the wind. From 5 a.m., deliveries began through the parking area, with carts rolling back and forth, creating an unbearable rumble and noise that echoed through the rooms.

When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. This hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise given its close proximity to the main station (about 5 minutes walk) which can give rise to some dubious hotels.
This one, however, even if it next to a major renovation project and so somewhat hidden away, is really excellent.
It is smart and clean throughout and the staff are helpful and polite.
The room itself was large - more like an apartment - with a work area and glass-topped desk and cooking facilities (microwave and hob). There is also a fridge which contains a range of soft drinks and beer and which are included in the room price. The well-equipped bathroom even has its own built-in radio.
The hotel also provides facilities such as washing machines and, in spite of its location and the work going on around it, was peaceful and quiet at night.
The breakfast was superb - probably one of the best in any hotel, offering a wide range of fresh and homemade fare and giving you the perfect start to a day enjoying everything the city has to offer

Location is very close to Munich Hbf,just across the road. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Our room has ensuite toilet.. But was quite small. You will need to put on the bed sheet, pillow case, etc your side, and at the end of trip, u will need to bring everything down to the laundry cart. They have happy hour at the bar.. Music play thru out the night till 2plus am. Extended check out time after 10am will be extra euro per pax which I think is very reasonable. Cleaner came into room at around 10am, everyday. There was once we will still in our room, we got a shock, as she did not knock the door, just open with her access card. Only then we realised she came everyday. Overall quite nice. Really convenient location near the FlixBus station and the hotel staff was very helpful even though I checked in very late at around 2:30am.
The beds were clean, but the bathroom looked like it was cleaned every few days as the rubbish bin filled up till it was overrunning after 3 days, then the trash bag was changed, same with the bin in our room. One more thing, their beds creak a lot (especially the upper bunk bed), and they only have 2 USB ports up at the beds (1 of them did not work for me), so if you have anything with a type-c or a normal EU plug, you have to plug it in downstairs near the table or next to the door, which is inconvenient for someone like me who has a computer (I think there were a total of 3 sockets in our 6-bed room).From$14
