The location is quite prominent, making it convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk lady was very attentive, kind, and patient, and she even helped look after my luggage. The overall experience and comfort were excellent. She also patiently and promptly resolved any issues I brought up. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel in the future.

After a long search, I finally settled on this hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding commercial area is well-equipped with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping, making daily commutes very convenient. The hotel's decor is simple yet luxurious, providing a quiet and secluded escape from the hustle and bustle, with excellent privacy. The room was spacious and bright, the facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough. The front desk service was thoughtful and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. My entire stay was relaxed and worry-free. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Had an amazing time here in Mercure Hotel, located at prime location, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even went the extra miles to recommend the best dim sum place to dine in, tourist sightseeing places and small little tips for us to travel around China. The hotel received taobao parcels on behalf of of us too and they did an amazing job. Hotel room is very clean, sufficient gym equipments and most importantly the laundry room is fully equipment with washer dryer and iron. Will come back again.

The room layout is well-proportioned and comfortable, with efficient use of space, making for a truly pleasant stay. The facilities are brand new and functional, spotlessly clean and odor-free, which made for an amazing experience. The price is affordable, offering excellent value for money.

This hotel, in my opinion after staying there a few times and comparing with those similar in the vicinity; Just great! Airport transfers provided; friendly and helpful drivers, followed by friendly Front desks personnel and clean rooms. Not to forget about its location with great food with reasonable prices. I’ll be back! Uploaded photos of the great food that I had 8 minutes away.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

The room was very clean. I come here often, and the service from Xiao Wang was very welcoming. The facilities are also excellent.

Good location and not too many units so breakfast area / dining is not over crowded. Near Underground train station, walking distance to famous Beijing Lu night shopping, convenient location with culinary joints along the streets including local food, popular Dim Sum restaurant next door, Beer joint across the street, Museum next door. Good price for high floor and amenities which include washing machine for self-washing of clothes; decent breakfast, afternoon tea, night-cap snack. Friendly staff. Some speak English. Night view include lit up Canton Tower in the distance

Location near to airport, maximum 15 mins drive. Good for passengers with overnight transit. Free shuttle bus is provided at specific timing. Contact the hotel upon and arrival for pick up and arrange for departure with the receptionist. Amenities in the room are complete and comfortable bed. No breakfast available. No morning call.
