The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Momo at the front desk provided excellent service and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Beijing Road, with plenty of food options downstairs. The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were comprehensive and new. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful. Environment: The hotel environment is excellent, very clean and tidy overall. Facilities: The facilities are modern and new, and they even have a smart speaker (like Google Home/Alexa) which is very intelligent and convenient for your stay. Hygiene: The bedding was very clean. The hotel also offers breakfast and airport pick-up service, which is very considerate! Location-wise, there are many great restaurants nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

My stay at Hilton this time was very satisfying. The room's decor created a sense of luxury, and the lighting and bedding were both comfortable and showed thoughtful attention to detail. The floor-to-ceiling windows brought the city closer to the room, allowing me to sunbathe while overlooking the streetscape during the day and enjoy the dazzling city lights at night. The guest relations manager was enthusiastic and attentive, doing their best to provide service that met my needs. The only downside was that the hotel has central heating, and the in-room air conditioning couldn't be controlled, so it always felt quite warm.

The welcome coffee offered by the hotel can be redeemed for a latte, Americano, or hot milk. The room style is quite new and unique, and there's a subway station downstairs, making it convenient for getting around. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The service was very thoughtful. Happy Hour (Cocktails): The cocktails were great. Exclusive Double [Coffee] Special Coffee Drink Voucher: The Americano was good. I would definitely book this place again next time.

Great location in Guangzhou. One can reach here easily using metro from the airport. It’s easy to get around the city from this location as well (taxi, bus, metro or hail ride services). Nice room with all basic amenities. Great daily cleaning service. Good communication with host. The room could do with a mini refrigerator, a microwave, plates and cutlery set, at least. ☹️ However, overall, I did have a great time staying here in Guangzhou and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of traveling to this city.

Choosing this hotel was an excellent decision! First off, the location is superb, with a shuttle bus service to both the subway station and the airport, making getting around incredibly convenient. Secondly, the room was spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom, in particular, was very modern with plenty of hot water. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out was the service; the front desk lady patiently answered all my questions and even helped upgrade my room, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options to suit all tastes. All in all, it was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely be back!

This hotel stay was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They quickly handled my check-in and proactively offered tips on local restaurants and transportation, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy; the sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned with a full set of quality toiletries. The biggest surprise was the hotel's location in a foreign trade business district, where you see many friendly international guests – so friendly, they even broke my social anxiety, haha! The breakfast spread in the morning was also varied and delicious, with hot congee, buns, eggs, and fruit. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the Canton Fair, which is a huge bonus. When checking out, the staff even asked about my stay experience, showing they really value guest feedback. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends!

Located in Haizhu Plaza, the hotel boasts an excellent location and is easily accessible from the airport via subway. While it's an older hotel and the bathroom is a bit small, the rooms are spacious and offer lovely river views. Watching the sunrise from the breakfast restaurant on the 39th floor is a truly spectacular experience. Nearby attractions include Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Dafosi Temple, the Museum of the Nanyue King, and Tianzi Pier for Pearl River night cruises. The Tao Heung Tea Restaurant on the 2nd floor is a long-standing establishment, popular with local seniors for dim sum.

The room was very clean and the environment was great. It's also very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The customer service was fantastic; they kindly upgraded me to a room with a window for free. I'll definitely stay at Yingbin Hotel again if I visit Guangzhou!
