I rarely give negative reviews but the service at Raffles Sentosa was shocking. Extremely rude hotel lobby doorman, getting honked by a hotel staff driving a buggy when we were walking on the buggy/walking path within the hotel premises, the hotel refusing to bring more champagne and wine glasses for our visitors within visiting hours (because we are only entitled to 2 per registered guest), numerous buggy drivers driving right by us as we navigated the hotel promise on foot as the signs are extremely misleading. The villa itself is nice and new although the design can be a little inconvenient due to the distance from the sink (in a separate living quarter) to the living room. The pool is poorly designed so the water comes out more than a metre from the edge of the pool so keep your shoes far away. My groups of friends and I are in our 20s, going on 30 and we were there to celebrate one of us getting engaged. Overall the sense we got is that their treatment of hotel guests is unequal and unfortunately seems to be the kind of venue which sizes up its guest. Absolutely not worth the price and leagues below neighbouring options like Capella. We’ll definitely be headed back to Capella for the next engagement party that’s for sure.

To be fair, my room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM check-in, even though I had completed the pre-arrival procedure and paid the deposit in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a long time to get checked in. What was the point of the pre-arrival process then? Entering the room, there was a pervasive disinfectant smell, especially near the bathroom. At night, the creaking floorboards from the room above were quite loud, though I understand this is often unavoidable in older buildings. The bathroom water pressure was just average. On the positive side: The location is excellent, and the à la carte breakfast options were good quality, but the buffet selection was very limited. The so-called 'butler' service seemed to consist of a single brief encounter – that was it.

The hotel is themed around luxury and offers excellent service, but some details make it feel less cost-effective. For example, it didn't even provide phone charging facilities. As a newly opened hotel, it needs to improve in this area.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully blending historical charm with modern elegance and art. Its location in Sentosa is superb. Communication in Chinese was seamless. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always offering genuine smiles and patient service. The Chinese restaurant is excellent, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Thank you; I will definitely choose Capella again for my next visit.

We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening.  The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cosmetics were wonderful!!! Coffee, sweets and tea were delicious! It's unnecessary to write about the pool)), it's the icing on the cake. If you arrive early, you can go to the pool, it is very comfortable there.  We didn't have breakfast, after reading the reviews that it was easier to have a snack somewhere nearby. I can't say that there are a lot of ”eateries” nearby. Perhaps I would have bought breakfast next time. The transport accessibility is excellent, you can enter the subway from the hotel.  everything interesting is nearby. If there is an opportunity to stay there, you should do it))

The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.

This hotel boasts excellent privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for families seeking quiet, with few guests and no disturbances. We also appreciated the seamless communication in Chinese throughout our stay. Our family vacation here was wonderful; the service was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved the hotel. It's conveniently located, just one shuttle stop away from Resorts World. The rooms are beautiful, designed in an elegant English style. We highly recommend the ground-floor rooms with pool access – they're a must-choose for families with children!

Located within walking distance from Maxwell MRT. Accessible to many cafes and there is a 7-11 just located opposite of the hotel. Room is quite small so it will be quite difficult to move around if there are multiple luggages. Basic amenities are provided such as toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, shaving set & shower cap. However noted that there are no mineral water provided (Evian water is chargeable). There is kettle in the room so you can boil your own water or get it from 7-11 just across the street. Visible worn out look and dust is seen in the room. Also, noted some ants in the washroom. So cleanliness can be improved. Our room comes with access to their executive lounge but certain service such as afternoon nibbles are only available at Maxwell Reserve (walkable distance). Pool and gym are also only available at the other location. Breakfast and evening cocktail is available in the hotel itself. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with unique design, can consider to stay a night as it is located near to many food areas.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and exudes an old-money charm. Even with a more basic room type, you're treated to views of the Singaporean seascape or other captivating sights. The staff provides top-notch service and is incredibly prompt in assisting with any needs. The breakfast and lunch buffets are absolutely superb! It's just a 1-2 minute walk to the adjacent mall, and its Food Hall is highly recommended. The only minor drawback is that the room facilities are a bit dated; for instance, power outlets occasionally malfunction, but repairs are handled very quickly. The toiletries used to be a high-end Italian brand, and guests could take them as souvenirs. Recently, for environmental reasons, they've switched to large, refillable bottles, so taking them now incurs a charge.
