Traveling with my baby, I was very satisfied with our stay. The service, facilities, and environment were all incredibly comfortable. The toilet in the room was very smart, and the hotel is close to both the Bund and a pedestrian street. The subway station is also very convenient. I highly recommend it!

book this hotel last minute because i have a transfer flight. have to wait in the airport for 10hrs but pudong airport dont have any shower facilities or rest area (unless in the open). thankfully, there is one room available and front desk is super helpful. i book the wrong dates but still managed to get a refund back. Will recommend this hotel if anyone need a one night stay. ps. there's a huge walmart across the street (didnt shop there because i was rushing but should be a good location)

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the famous Changzheng Hospital, literally a 2-minute walk away. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and constantly smiling. The room itself was quite spacious and exceptionally clean. The mattress had a nice bouncy feel, and out of the four pillows provided, two were latex, which was a great touch. The bathroom even had a convenient rack to hang laundered clothes, and the toiletries were good quality. I was also very pleased with the central air conditioning. In the mornings, there are tons of dining options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast was also very generous. Huanghe Road, a renowned food street, is right there. For the price, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's a fantastic hotel, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again.

The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow! **Location:** Just a few minutes' walk from Shanghai Railway Station and the subway, not far from the main road. There's a FamilyMart and some restaurants downstairs. **Facilities:** A proper hotel with an elevator, air conditioning, and self-service laundry. The shower had good hot water. The wooden furniture looked a bit dated but seemed durable and of good quality. It appears to have been renovated, and the renovation quality is decent. However, I have to complain about the Wi-Fi speed – it was excruciatingly slow! **Soundproofing:** Average; I could hear conversations from the next room. **Cleanliness:** Relatively clean. **Environment:** Both inside and out, it was neat and orderly. **Service:** They proactively offered a room upgrade (perhaps due to fewer guests during the off-season) and could store luggage for us. **Breakfast:** Although breakfast was included, they actually provided a 15 RMB voucher per person to use at a neighboring restaurant. You pay for what you choose, and anything over 15 RMB needs to be paid out of pocket, which felt a bit like a rip-off. However, if you plan carefully, it's manageable. The breakfast quality was relatively average, but it was available from 6:30 AM, which is convenient for early travelers.

Facilities: We booked this hotel for a concert, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. Environment: As for the location, it's a bit far from Tangqiao Metro Station on Line 4, about a 15-minute walk. Service: The service attitude was excellent across the board, from the front desk reception to room service and restaurant staff. Hygiene: The room was clean and dust-free. Breakfast: I have to praise the breakfast; there was a wide variety, including both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great too.

Location: Excellent location, very close to Nanjing Road, The Bund, and East Nanjing Road Subway Station (Exit 7). Transportation / Access: The hotel has two entrances, but I highly recommend using the main road entrance as it is much easier to find. You only need to walk a short distance into the alley. Searching the hotel on Amap works perfectly—just copy the hotel name from Trip.com and it shows up right away. Very convenient. I usually returned to the hotel around 10–11 PM; the alley entrance can be a bit dark at night, but it’s a short walk and felt safe. Room: The room was very spacious with plenty of space to open large suitcases comfortably. The bathroom was also very large, clean, and had no cigarette smell at all. Amenities were complete, including a hair dryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste. I stayed on the 4th floor, and had a beautiful view of the Oriental Pearl Tower ✨ Service: Luggage storage before check-in is available. The staff were friendly and made an effort to communicate using translation apps. I stayed for 5 nights, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day, replenished tissues, and replaced bath towels, hair towels, and bath floor mats daily. Everything was very clean ✨ Cons: The room is not completely soundproof, so you may hear some light noise from outside during check-out hours. This was not a major issue and did not affect the overall pleasant stay. Price: I stayed during the Christmas and New Year period, and the price was around THB 1,9xx per night. which is great value for money. Highly recommended 😀👍🏻⭐

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Jason of the front desk, he assisted us with all our questions and went the extra mile in making our stay a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, near the major attractions in Shanghai, convenient for walking to the Metro or hailing a ride thru Didi. There were lots of food options near the hotel and the area was safe for tourists. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The room was spotless, and the location is excellent. I was in Shanghai for a business trip to attend a client conference, and having breakfast available at the hotel was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thumbs up!

After landing at Pudong International Airport last night around 10 PM, it was too late to go home, so we opted for a nearby hotel that offered airport shuttle service. We hurried to catch the 11 PM shuttle. In the morning, shuttles depart for the international airport every 50 minutes past the hour. The shuttle service was quite good. However, the hotel's facilities were really subpar. We were initially given a standard room, but the shower drain was clogged. The staff kindly upgraded us to a family room. Unfortunately, the sink in the family room's bathroom caused my right thumb to bleed quite a bit because the drain stopper was so stiff and wouldn't budge. The entire room felt quite stuffy, and the hotel itself seemed old and rundown. Even the new room we were given had drainage issues... Its convenient location is a plus, and for just one night, my expectations weren't high, so the price was acceptable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up. A warm bowl of congee was a nice touch too.
