We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

The hotel's location is great, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive, especially Lucas (I'm not sure if I spelled his name correctly). The front desk is up a small flight of stairs, and when we checked out, he specifically told us to call him when we were ready to go down, and he would come help us with our luggage, as my mother and I had quite a bit. When we arrived, the front desk staff also helped with our bags, but I forgot to ask her name. Everyone provided excellent service. The in-room toiletries are of good quality, and there's a smart voice control system. The only minor downside is that the room is a bit small. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was clean, fresh, and didn't have any strange smells. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The room had great natural light and good ventilation. All the daily essentials were provided, there was plenty of hot water, and the internet was fast – very comfortable to use. The soundproofing was good, and the public areas were also tidy and well-maintained. All the staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. This place offers excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its incredible attention to detail. After my booking was confirmed, they called me to ask about my arrival time and if I had any special requests, so they could prepare the room in advance. Their thoughtfulness really touched me. We're a family of two, and our room had a king-size bed and even a projector! We could watch member-exclusive movies for free, which saved us a trip to the cinema. Seeing my child so happy made us happy too. Highly recommended!

Choosing this hotel for my business trip was incredibly stress-free! The lack of a gym and breakfast didn't impact my experience at all, as all my core needs were met. Being right next to the subway station made getting around super convenient, and I never felt rushed for client meetings. The sky garden lobby on the 6th floor was a delightful surprise – lots of greenery and fresh air, which instantly helped ease my work stress during check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The fridge was perfect for drinks and fruit, and the huge projection screen with Tencent membership was a lifesaver for unwinding with some TV after work; it's even better if you have your own membership for watching shows. The butler service was absolutely amazing; they responded instantly on WeChat and were incredibly accommodating, bringing me printing paper super quickly. Professional and thoughtful, this is definitely my top choice for business travel!

They respond promptly to any request, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is a fantastic and thoughtful amenity for travelers, keeping things clean and hassle-free. The breakfast spread is extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, with authentic flavors and plenty of choices – I was completely satisfied. Overall, the environment is clean and comfortable, and you can tell they've put a lot of care into every detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Starting off with the service desk task: they were efficient and nice. But stepping into the room we've got a different room than we booked. This room however was slightly larger and had a kitchen we didnt really need it but we ended up using the fridge so it was useful after all. I only wish staff has told us about the change before we stepped into the room. The room itself was spotless, clean every single spotwe looked at. Thank you foe the cleaner for this. Really made our stay very comfortable. We didnt know much about the location before coming here. But found out It's perfect if you like busy streets with lots of food, drink and shopping options. We also visited Huaqiangbei during our stay, it is two stops away with the green subway.

They have an airport pick-up service, which is a nice touch overall. **Airport Transfer Service:** Just give them a call. **Facilities:** Complete and convenient. **Cleanliness:** Perfectly clean and hygienic. **Environment:** The surroundings and the hotel itself are good and convenient. **Service:** Attentive and generally acceptable to everyone. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were complete and well-equipped. 😀😀😀 We had a fantastic experience. It's close to the pedestrian street, making shopping very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay! 😀

The weather in Shenzhen is great, neither too hot nor too cold. In this digital age, planning your trips is a must. How can you find an affordable and comfortable place to relax for a day? First, you need to sort out accommodation. Hotel standards vary, and so do prices. I chose the Quchuang Hotel, which is close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Of course, there's always a difference between the photos in the booking and the actual place; in this era of technology, photos are often filtered, and celebrities are packaged. Online shopping often differs from what you receive, and I'm okay with that. The hotel is a bit old, but it's clean. There are many subway lines nearby, and because it's on a lower floor, it can be a bit noisy. That's the trade-off for convenience – you win some, you lose some. However, the front desk does provide earplugs. If you're looking for a five-star experience for just 200 RMB, this isn't it; there are hotels nearby starting from 500-600 RMB. I ultimately chose this one for its better value for money.
