The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The river-view room offered a fantastic view of the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and the night scenery was absolutely beautiful. The service was also great, especially Zhao Fuming from room 310, who helped us solve many small issues; his attitude was wonderful and he was very capable. Also, a big thank you to the young man from the front desk, number 320, who actively helped us with our luggage and even took it all the way to the parking lot. He was hardworking and had a great attitude, truly commendable. I also have to mention my surprise with the Didi driver; the order clearly stated going to the high-speed rail station, implying luggage, yet he didn't pull up to the lobby entrance. Next time I'm in Guilin, I'll definitely choose the Lijiang Waterfall Hotel again. Highly recommended.

The Lijiang River flows right by our window, and in the distance, you can see Seven Star Crag. The ambiance is top-notch, and the location is absolutely superb. Breakfast was good, and the service was decent. As it was a holiday period, the price was quite steep. My only slight dissatisfaction was that once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled, and a full payment is still required even if you cancel. This feels a bit petty and not what you'd expect from a renowned international brand.

I chose the Jingxiang Hotel for my recent trip to Guilin, and I had an amazing experience, which I highly recommend. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Binjiang Road, just a stone's throw from Elephant Trunk Hill, and the Li River is practically at your doorstep. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Sun and Moon Pagodas and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and getting to Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street and the food streets is also incredibly convenient, making travel a breeze. The hotel's design is truly unique, blending traditional residential styles with modern aesthetics. The blue brick and glass curtain walls harmonize perfectly with the surrounding environment. The interior decoration is rich in local cultural elements, with antique furniture and rustic patterns creating a refined yet warm ambiance. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of a mini-fridge and complimentary drinks. 😊 The hotel's service also left a deep impression on me. From the butler-style reception at check-in, every step of the way made me feel exceptionally well-cared for. The front desk even thoughtfully provided a list of recommended local eateries, making it easy for me to discover delicious local cuisine. Speaking of food, the Alifang Restaurant on the 7th floor is definitely a highlight. Its 270° unobstructed terrace offers panoramic views of Elephant Trunk Hill and the Li River. Whether it's breakfast or afternoon tea, you can enjoy it accompanied by these beautiful sights, which feels incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was abundant and exquisite, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, the Guilin Jingxiang Hotel gave me an unforgettable stay. From its location and facilities to the quality of service, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guilin, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This was my first time in Guilin. A friend had stayed at their Yangshuo branch and highly recommended it, so I booked this hotel directly for my stay in Guilin city. The check-in experience was excellent, but what truly amazed me were the unique river views available from the hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant, and pool. The weather wasn't ideal during my visit, but on a clear day, I imagine you could catch breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and evening glows – no wonder it's been on China's most beautiful hotels list for 25 years. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, even better than many chain luxury hotels. The riverside garden also offered a chance to go fishing 🎣. The breakfast was the most abundant and, in my opinion, the best I've ever had at a hotel. Guests also get a complimentary travel photoshoot. The photographer was great at eliciting emotions, and the edited photos were aesthetically pleasing and clearly not AI-generated, which I really appreciated. It's also very close to scenic spots and the high-speed train station. Highly recommended!

A perfect fusion of Italian aesthetics and Guilin's breathtaking landscapes! Imagine waking up to panoramic floor-to-ceiling views of the Li River – the river scenery is like a flowing ink wash painting! You can even see Elephant Trunk Hill right from your bed, and look across to Ta Hill and Chuanshan Hill! This divine perspective truly makes time stand still! The QIN infinity pool is incredibly photogenic, looking as if it's seamlessly embedded into the emerald-green mountains and waters of the Li River! I could sit by the pool and daydream for an entire afternoon. And the hotel's dome, adorned with 14,000 glazed ginkgo leaves! The halo of light cascades down like feathers, and looking up feels like gazing at a sparkling galaxy. Just ahead is the Intangible Cultural Heritage experience space, where you can try your hand at traditional crafts and live like a local Guilin resident for a day, haha! We stayed in a river view room this time, and the room facilities were very complete! Taking a bath in the large bathtub in the evening was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. The highlight is the unobstructed panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows! You can admire Guilin's stunning landscapes right from your room. Sitting with my sister on the chairs, overlooking the river, felt so healing – I honestly feel like I could spend an entire day at the hotel and never get bored! Besides breakfast, fruit, and snacks, the hotel also provides customized calming essential oils for each room and a one-hour art photoshoot session. There are so many spaces in the hotel that are perfect for taking photos!

As a seasoned traveler, I genuinely love Holiday Inn 😊. I stayed for three days and was very satisfied; I slept well and had a great time exploring. The customer service was also excellent. The hygiene was impeccable, everything you could need was available, and it was cleaned daily. The location is fantastic too – right downstairs is a pedestrian street, and all the attractions are close, about a 10-15 minute walk. If you're tired, a Didi/taxi will take you right to the hotel's main entrance. If you're with a tour group, they even pick you up and drop you off at the main entrance, which is super convenient. The customer service staff were very attentive, enthusiastic, and polite. We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us for free to the last available river-view room upon our late-night arrival. We even got to experience the Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere with a bamboo pole dance and fireworks on the rooftop, which was a unique experience in a different city. In the morning, I woke up early to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, and the view of the mountains, rivers, and bamboo rafts was absolutely beautiful and serene. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, and a big shout-out to staff members #12 and #48 for their excellent service! 👍🏻 The only minor downsides were that the road leading to the hotel at night was quite dark with few streetlights. Also, I'd suggest putting an air freshener in the bathroom, as there was a not-so-fresh smell, I'm not sure if it was residual plastic or something else.

This was my first time visiting Guilin, and I stayed at an amazing hotel… The first set of beautiful photos from my Guilin city trip were taken right here at the hotel! There's a sky garden on the 14th floor with panoramic views of Guilin's stunning mountains and rivers. In the morning, the sunshine fills the entire courtyard, making it wonderfully warm and cozy. In the evening, you can catch the beautiful sunset glow, and the night view is absolutely breathtaking 🫨. The breakfast on the 13th floor is also very extensive. You don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy Guilin rice noodles, a daily essential for Guangxi locals. Make sure to grab a window seat – the first rays of morning sun hitting the table felt incredibly blissful. The guest rooms are clean and bright, with complete facilities. They even have a laundry room, gym, and a kids' play area. The attractions in Guilin city are quite concentrated. Elephant Trunk Hill, Binjiang Road, Jingjiang Prince City, East and West Alleys, Sun and Moon Pagodas – you can pretty much walk to them all. They’re about three to four kilometers from the hotel, so getting around is very convenient. Just grab a shared bike on the street for a nice city walk. 🏨 Guilin Lijiang Boya Hotel (Two Rivers and Four Lakes Branch) 📍 Located at No. 95 Zhongshan North Road, Diecai District (Beiji Square), 5 meters northwest.

During the May Day holiday, I took a family of seven out for a trip. After a long consideration, I finally decided to stay at this hotel. It was a very good experience! The location is very good, with convenient transportation in the city and avoiding the downtown area of the scenic area. It is very comfortable~ The room type is also very good. We can clearly feel the store's care for the loft we booked. They specially put sponge strips on the second floor to prevent people from hitting their heads. The details are very satisfactory. The breakfast is also very rich, with oil tea and rice noodles, and the taste is very authentic. Finally, I must praise the hotel's service. Small desserts will be prepared every night, and there will be souvenirs on the last day. The service staff who contacted us during the period were very considerate and would help recommend nearby attractions! In short, it was a great value for money experience. The room has an amazing ambiance, perfect for stunning photos. The amenities are incredibly comprehensive; you can just move in with your luggage. The breakfast selection is rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and you can even enjoy unlimited coffee – I'm so happy! The service is very attentive, with every staff member greeting you with a smile and ready to help with anything. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and East & West Alleys, all within walking distance. They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Super high value for money, definitely recommend it to everyone!

We stayed for two nights this time. The location was very convenient, and the room was spacious with a direct view of the Sun and Moon Pagodas over the lake. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and offered a free travel photoshoot with three complimentary photos. The photographer was professional, and the makeup artist was dedicated. We ended up choosing the 499 yuan package, and the photos turned out great. The breakfast on the 8th floor was quite extensive, and we could enjoy it on the balcony while taking in the scenery. We also received a complimentary massage with our room booking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay this time! 👍

👏 **Location:** The hotel is surrounded by plenty of eateries, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Plus, there are electric scooters right downstairs, ready for use whenever you need them. 👏 **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was quite good overall. As someone who's a bit of a neat freak, I did tidy away some decorative items and gave surfaces an extra wipe, but I was still impressed. 👏 **Facilities:** The facilities were decent and functional. There were no old or persistent stains, which was a big plus. And they even had automated curtains – pretty cool! 👏 **Service:** This truly deserves a special shout-out! The front desk staff immediately upgraded our room to a suite upon our arrival. Wow, that was incredibly delightful! Our child loved it so much they didn't want to leave, and we'd definitely come back if we get the chance. Excellent service!

The hotel was great! They upgraded our room for free, and it was well-equipped with good decor and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The lobby's self-service tea and snack bar offered a wide variety, including freshly ground coffee without sugar. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the No. 1 entrance of Elephant Trunk Hill, just a ten-minute walk. They also provided travel guides, which was helpful for getting around. Free parking is available right in front of the hotel. Plus, they have a children's slide and treadmills, among other amenities.

The location of the hotel is very convenient near the Wanda business district. It is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. There are many choices of food in the surrounding area. The supporting facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is so-so.
