This is an old-school five-star hotel with a prime location. It's directly opposite Elephant Trunk Hill Park and the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and two docks are within walking distance. The hotel boasts a very large atrium with a glass ceiling and a scenic elevator, which is quite unique. Breakfast is also good, offering fresh meat noodle soup or Guilin rice noodles. The tatami room seems to have been recently renovated and even has a small bathtub. The service is excellent, with all staff members greeting you warmly. The price isn't too expensive either. If the facilities weren't a bit dated, I would definitely give it five stars.

Visited Elephant Trunk Hill, Twin Towers, and Daofeng Bookstore in Guilin. All within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For Elephant Trunk Hill, make sure to go between 7:00 and 7:30 AM – it's cooler and less crowded. If you go at 10:00 AM, the crowds and heat are unbearable. From the hotel, walk along Binjiang Road for 5 minutes to Gate 3, enjoying the morning views of the Li River along the way. Enter Gate 3, keep right, and you'll see Elephant Trunk Hill. After that, exit through Gate 2, cross the street towards the hotel for 1-2 minutes, and you can visit the Twin Towers for photos. Once back at the hotel, walk another 100 meters to Yiren Road Pedestrian Street, which has lots of great food. We tried Agan and it was delicious. After dinner, walk back towards Binjiang Road for another 100 meters to Daofeng Bookstore. Their selection of books and cultural creative products is excellent, not just generic stuff. The hotel also upgraded us to a family suite for free, and even gave us an extra breakfast for our four-person group (it included two, my younger sister ate for free, and my older brother thought he'd have to buy one, but they gave us another one, which was very kind of them). The breakfast was delicious, with great rice noodles, oil tea, Western options, and fruit. Manager Jiang at the front desk was very professional and friendly. This hotel and its staff are truly impeccable.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the exit of Xiangshan Park, making it super convenient to walk to Dongxi Alley and the Twin Pagodas! There are also plenty of local specialty shops and restaurants nearby, so it's very easy to find food, accommodation, and transportation. The breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of options, and the Guilin rice noodles are especially delicious. The restaurant is on the 7th floor and offers views of Xiangshan. The hotel also has an underground parking garage and EV charging stations, which I really appreciate!

Our family of three had a fantastic stay here! The hotel grounds are huge, and our child absolutely loved the peacocks roaming around – we'd often spot them, which made the trip really fun. The room was spacious, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk even provided children's amenities. The facilities are comprehensive, with a kids' play area, a swimming pool, and even a sightseeing train. The back gate leads directly to the Li River. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Guilin rice noodles were delicious. Some facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't detract from our vacation. We didn't even need to leave the hotel to keep our child entertained. Our child still talks about the peacocks, so I highly recommend this for families with kids.

This resort hotel has a Chinese-style exterior and European-style interior. The rooms are genuinely spacious, and the bathroom is also huge, even featuring a bathtub, which my child absolutely loved. Personally, I think the value for money during a holiday like May Day is incredibly high! On the first night, my child's mother complained that the shower water pressure was a bit low. The next day, the front desk promptly moved us to a different room, right across from our original one. This was so thoughtful, the room change was effortless, and the service was excellent!

Returned for another stay at this hotel because of its beautiful environment and excellent hygiene. The service was fantastic all around. A special shout-out to the ladies working shifts on the 12th, 27th, and 21st (both day and night) for their exceptional service. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. This hotel offers exceptional service for its price point. Upon arrival, someone immediately assisted us with our luggage, and the lovely front desk staff escorted us to our room. The service was effortlessly attentive whenever we needed anything. I also have to commend the breakfast – the live kitchen cooked fresh dishes on the spot, with no shortcuts taken, and refills were prompt. We visited on a weekday, and they didn't compromise on food quality just because there were fewer guests. The rice noodles were delicious! Every breakfast item showcased local specialties while maintaining great flavor. They even had freshly grilled steaks, and the chefs were all smiles, which really brightened our day. It was very hot in Guilin in July, and my child spent an hour in the 5th-floor pool. They thoughtfully activated the wave machine for us! Even though the pool is small, it was perfectly adequate for kids to have fun, and they provided inner tubes and kickboards. The room itself was even better – we had a direct view of the Twin Pagodas. It rained that evening in Guilin, and the Twin Pagodas in the rain were absolutely stunning. I must praise the sofa on the balcony; it was incredibly comfortable! You could practically sleep on it – not those stiff, uncomfortable types of sofas, which shows real attention to detail. Upon arrival, I found that a section of the hotel was under renovation. There were a lot of construction materials near the elevator entrance and plenty of dust from the renovation on the floor. My family even joked that after all my careful searching, I ended up picking a hotel undergoing renovations! There was a slight formaldehyde smell inside the elevator on my floor, but it became very faint once we entered the room, almost unnoticeable unless you specifically tried to smell it. The room had no windows and felt a bit stuffy, which I knew before booking. There was a faint musty smell in the room, and I'm not sure if it was related to the lack of ventilation. However, the room itself was relatively clean. Overall, I really didn't expect the renovation... I was a bit taken aback during check-in 😮. I hope things improve once the renovations are complete.

Ha, the advantage of Lefeng is the fine decoration and 20+ square meters. It seems not as stable and practical as other cheaper brands. 1. There is a pull rod outside the bathroom door but not inside. In fact, it can be pushed open in both directions. 2. The faucet design is difficult to understand and control, and the wash basin is very small and splashes water. 3. The toilet paper holder is crooked and the paper fell to the ground. 4. There is no shelf in the shower. The toiletries are placed on the old crooked big bottle, which also fell to the ground. 5. The shower adjus**ent knob seems convenient but is actually difficult to understand. It is inevitable to be showered with a lot of cold water first. The top shower leaks and has a rotten hole. 6. The disposable slippers are small and dirty, and should be cancelled. Repair the bathroom quickly!

The luckiest thing about this Guilin trip was booking this hotel! The location is impeccable; I was able to see the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, the Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and the riverside night view was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very soundly after a day of sightseeing. The receptionist at 019 was exceptionally attentive, proactively offering tips on avoiding tourist traps, recommending authentic local cuisine, and patiently helping with luggage storage. The stay was incredibly relaxing and a top choice for any trip to Guilin; I've already recommended it to friends!

This hotel is super conveniently located near the Wanda commercial area. The room was fantastic, quite spacious, clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they asked about my room preferences during check-in and gave me a quiet room facing the residential area. The hotel also has a breakfast restaurant, a gym, and a laundry room, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you can't go wrong choosing this place!

This hotel stay was a great experience and added a lot of comfort to my trip. The location is excellent, not far from the main commercial areas and attractions. Getting around by taxi was easy with minimal traffic delays, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining and getting around very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and proactive, explaining the hotel's public facilities and breakfast times. They were happy to answer all my questions and responded promptly. The room itself was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with no strange odors or water stains. The soundproofing was better than expected, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from outside. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from hot dishes to pastries and freshly squeezed juices. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was just right. Overall, it's excellent value for money. If I visit this area again, I'll very likely choose this hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends who are planning to visit.
