How Do I Ask for a Trip.com Price Match for Hotel?

• Submit your price match request with supporting proof (e.g., screenshot or link of the lower price) before the deadline shown on your booking page. Deadlines vary by region — some regions require submission by noon local time the day before check-in, while others allow submission up to midnight local time the day before check-in. Always refer to your order page for the exact cutoff time.
• Await review: Trip.com will typically review your request and notify you of the result within 24 hours of submission (or one working day, depending on region).
• Receive refund: If approved, Trip Coins will generally be credited to your account within 1 working day after you complete your stay. No refund will be issued for canceled or uncompleted stays.
