The Airport Marriott is one of my favorite hotels. Its modern, clean, the staff are super friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks on site or you can order room service and the food is delicious. This particular trip they gave me a free upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel when you're in Nashville. It's worth the money to stay here and Uber downtown if necessary.

The room is very large, with an inner and an outer room. The bed is large and 1.8 meters wide. It is no problem for two people to sleep. It is very comfortable. There are refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, pots and pans. It is no problem to cook something simple. There is a gym, a swimming pool, and a laundry room on the third floor. The laundry load is $2, which can be exchanged for quarters at the front desk and coin-operated. There is also a small shop at the front desk where you can buy laundry detergent (travel size). The breakfast is very simple, including bread, coffee, yogurt, and waffles. Across the road is Vanderbilt University. The hotel is less than two kilometers away from the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a restaurant called Hattie. It is delicious and highly recommended.

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff and amazing Christmas activities. Our one conplaint is the cost. With the expense of the room they need to be more cost effective in other areas to help families out especially during these times. 45 per day for parking is extreme and the food prices were priced 45 percent higher then most other food in the area. Other then that amazing time with my wife.

Nashville Broadway Nashville|1.65km from city center
The Conrad Hotel is in Midtown, on a street which becomes Broadway. It is about a 20 minute walk straight down that street to Downtown, so convenient for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of the area without the bother of driving or taxis. It is newly built, and the rooms are well designed, with lots of cupboard space and a modern bathroom. My room had an L=shaped chaise longue fr relaxing, and a well-lit desk for working. Both at the desk and by the bed, there were ample power sockets and effective free WiFi. Flight cancellations and re-routing meant that I arrived at about 11pm, only to discover that no food was available even on room service, as the kitchen closed at 10.30. Being rather frazzled after a trying day’s travelling, I made something of a fuss. This attracted the attention of the night manager, who sent out for takeaway food for me from a local restaurant, and would not accept payment, either for my food or for the drink that I had with it at the bar when it arrived. When I checked in, I was told that the concierge would be on duty at 10 the following day (Sunday). When I duly turned up at 10 am, wanting to arrange a private city, I learned that the concierge was “taking a couple of days off”. However, again, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. One of the people on the front desk took over, arranged my tour for me, and give me good recommendations for sights to see. Even the door men were friendly and genuinely helpful. So, 5 stars for the amenities and the excellent staff. But why does such a great hotel catering for international travellers shut its kitchens at 10.30: and why does it only have one concierge? That means only 4 stars overall.

The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. The room will look like a log cabin, plus The decoration of animal specimens is very interesting. The middle part and the first floor of the pyramid are shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and shooting clubs. The top floor is the observation deck and the steakhouse. The hotel is relatively new, the room is relatively large, that is, the windows of some rooms are facing the indoor shopping malls, the shopping malls are exquisitely arranged, and the view from the room is also a scene. In short, to travel to Memphis, this is a place worth living.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received here. At check-in, we were greeted as Platinum Elite members and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received Platinum benefits. There is a charge for valet parking, but the cost was a bargain, for the service. We ordered room service for dinner, for which there is an additional charge, but it was well worth it, because - again -we had exceptional service. Food was very good for dinner and even better, for breakfast. Our room was very clean, with soft beds. It was more quiet than we had anticipated, but that may be because Beale Street is actually about a block away. Hotel is in a great location, right across the street from Fedex Forum and the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum. Easy drive to Graceland. Also, there are many great restaurants within 1 to 2 miles of this hotel. We will definitely keep this hotel ”on the radar” for a future visit !

The check in process was fast, the front desk staff was good and professional. Easy parking, in quiet neighborhood, inviting lobby, clean hallways. Great hot shower temperature, clean beds. Had following issues: 1. WiFi did not work and the hotel insisted we called the toll free number provided by them ourselves to solve it, which I believe it's the hotel's responsibility to provide easy access WiFi and resolve technical issues on their end. 2. General Manager, Leslie Mitchell, would use more active listening and empathy, rather than came across as defensive, unresponsive, careless about the customers. 3. No hairdryer, nor extra roll of toilet paper, nor complimentary bottled water upon arrival of the room. 4. Shower head had water pouring toward the further wall across, would be better if properly position to have water flowing right in the middle of the bathtub/shower room or towards the interior wall away from the shower curtain/outside. 5. obvious carpet stains, and door stain as well as fell-off paints. Sheraton is known to be a reputable hotel chain, and haven't stayed with Sheraton for a long time, not a good experience, especially with bad attitude and poor customer care from the general manager in this location.

The room is gorgeous. Bed is so comfortable (although a little high for me t 5ft 2). Slept well great bathroom. Lacked in towels. Loads of hand towels, but when asked a staff member for some towels she said she could only find 1 large towel. No daily service to yr room, unless you request it. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast not worth 15 dollars. Little choice, cold and over cooked . Plastic spoons? Overall a shame, the rooms are gorgeous, but he lack of staff interaction and attention to services is inadequate. I wouldn’t stay here again

We got to the hotel super early just expecting to check our luggage and return later for actual check in but to our pleasant surprise the room was ready. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative during our whole time at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great it's a short distance to downtown and Beale Street which was why we booked . AutoZone baseball stadium is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to so we figured why not check out a game and sure glad we did it was a blast and very affordable. We had a few dips in the pool which came in handy after a few hot afternoons exploring the city. It was our first time to Memphis but 100% not our last . The live music, food and friendly people we met makes Memphis a definite city we want to return to again.

Was here for a conference at the adjoining conference center. Don't let the close proximity to the Renasant tempt you to stay. Half of the people I traveled with had broken air conditioning in their rooms, some having it break in the middle of the night. I had to switch rooms as the first was 85 degrees and had ants crawling on the AC unit. The bathroom makeup mirror was broken and so were the racks holding the shampoo and conditioner. The second room was a little better but was still very dirty. There was a dirty washcloth left in the sink for the first two days. The duvet and carpet had dirt on it and part of the floor was sticky. The hallways are stuffy, humid, and musty, the elevators seemed like they are falling apart, and the skybridge to the conference center smelled like mold. As others have mentioned, the restaurant in the lobby is extremely expensive for what you get so don't bother. The hotel is also on the edge of downtown and we didn't feel very comfortable walking to places. The place really needs a refresh.

My first encounter with Bryon parking my car with his pleasant personality and mannerism was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Memphis and guided me in every right direction of this amazing city. Afterwards we had the opportunity to speak with Chevalain, Erandy and Chris at the front desk. Their warm welcome to Memphis made my check in and check out process more like being welcomed/departed by family. Ms. Tara did an amazing job cleaning our room daily. Each and everyday our room was spotless. Also Mr. Dee met all our pool needs and made sure water was appropriately cleaned and comfortable for all guests. There were serveral other hotel staff that i didnt get the chance to get their names. But hopefully all the staff get the recognition they deserve at this hotel. This experience with this staff was truly amazing. I look forward to visiting your city again and will certainly stay here. Thank you to such a great family oriented staff.

THE most hospitable hotel stay I've had in many years !! The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. For the first time, in a long time, I felt like a welcome guest. This is a boutique hotel only five blocks from Beale St. It's relatively small and kind of quaint. The room was clean and neat. Mattresses were very comfortable. Towels were big and fluffy, and we even had very nice robes in the closet. The room was big enough without being too big or too small. It even had an wonderful shower. The hotel is just completing a major renovation, although I saw none of it. Our only impact from the renovation was that we missed the restaurant reopening by two days. This was not a problem, there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. I will make a point of returning to the Napoleon Hotel next time I'm in Memphis.

My wife and I spent one night at The Edwin Hotel and it could not have been better. We tried to make the most of the on-site amenities and visited both Whitebird and Whiskey Thief. Both were great experiences. The next morning we had breakfast at Rembrandts in the nearby art district. Our room was a welcome change from chain hotels and was nicely appointed. Our view was mainly of the Hunter Art Museum but we could see the Tennessee River also. The location is a huge plus and we enjoyed walking across the Walnut Street Bridge and over into Coolidge Park. This is one of the best hotels we have ever been to and would love to return.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and it was extremely nice! The breathtaking ambiance when you walk inside to the bellmen with the hats and curtesy they gave us when we first arrived. Our room was on the 10th floor end unit as we walked inside was kinda small but the bathroom was big! Quiet room, pillows were ok but bed was very comfortable! Room service was great but only Friday-Sunday, very disappointed as we stayed through Monday. I love in room service fir breakfast especially! The restaurant was superb and our waiter Chris was absolutely perfect! The bartender in the front bar named I believe Barry was such an amazing guy! Good food in there to order as well! Anything you needed the front desk accommodated very nicely! The tour of room 311 was definitely a must! Valet Parking was a bit pricey but worth it! The hotel is decent but we had a very uneven experience. I think some of it was unique circumstance. We originally booked a corner 2 queen bed room. The check in process was fast and efficient however when we went to our room we immediately noticed a fair amount of mold build up in the shower so we asked to change to another room of the same type. The bellman hadn’t even put the bags in the room yet so it made it easy to change. The next room we went in appeared to be fine until my daughter open the blinds and we found a wasp behind it. Thinking it was no big deal I removed the wasp from behind the blinds but then noticed 2 more. I looked up in the very top corner and nestled all the way up was a wasp nest. The bellman was still with us unloading our bags so we both snapped pictures of it and we obviously had to move again. This time they put us in one of the suites which we very much appreciated the gesture. The room was quite spacious so that was nice. However, it only had 1 king instead of queens which meant someone was going to have to sleep on the couch. This ended up being me so I pretty much didn’t sleep for a few nights. Also the room was a handicap room so the shower had no door and only a shower curtain that was about 3 feet off of the ground. So you had to shower in the corner or the shower and water would get everywhere in the bath room because there was nothing to stop it from splashing. The final night we were there the manager who was on duty offered to comp a dinner for my family given all of the changes. Again, we appreciated the gesture as we didn’t ask for that all. That meal took over 2 hours because the service was very slow. I’m pretty sure they had a 13 or 14 top seated at the same time as us so that was likely the reason. This meal actually ended up on my final bill so it wasn’t comped at all. I didn’t have the energy to fight it so I just let it go. I thought the staff was friendly and they tried to accommodate so that was all appreciated.

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

If being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

Great Value! Central location super close to the interstate and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Would walk in the daytime but taxi/uber at night. Friendly staff. Well appointed room with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, drop zone with an area to sit, store shoes and lots of hooks to hang coats and bags. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Generous complimentary breakfast with sausage, eggs, cereals, bagels, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles and juices. Private exterior courtyard on side of hotel with tables and chairs. Hotel was a bit worn but renovations are underway. I would stay here again and recommend.

I'm looking forward to staying here this week. I visited Chattanooga a few weeks ago, and stayed at a different Hilton property. This trip, we wanted to stay by the river. Before heading home from my previous trip, I stopped into the HGI, and what a wonderful staff. Emily and Christine told us about the hotel, gave us food and drink establishment recommendations, and room recommendations. All this when our reservation is 3 weeks out. If they treat you like that when you're not a guest, that's all you need to know about how they'll treat you while there. Most importantly, they gave me the restaurant choice to celebrate my bride's birthday. See you soon!

We stopped here on a return trip from visiting friends in Virginia. The hotel is at the foot of Lookout Mountain so the view is mostly trees but in a pleasant, quieter location outside of downtown Chattanooga. There is a Cracker Barrel on the same road just below the hotel. We easily drove back into town for supper at Carraba's. The lobby was very inviting with a mountain lodge feel and a crackling fire in the fireplace. We had a suite with separate sitting room and bedroom on the 3rd floor. Ask for a room facing the mountain - we had a view of the dumpster from our room. (Not mad about the dumpster - every hotel needs one. Just didn't think about asking for a specific view.) The room was very clean with one exception - some hairs left behind on the wall of the shower stall. The color pattern of the tile might have camouflaged them so that housekeeping overlooked them, and it was not a deal-breaker for us but might warrant some additional training for staff. The breakfast area was busy on a Tuesday morning, so much so that coffee and food items ran out and were being replenished by possibly the only worker responsible for the buffet. He was trying his hardest to stay caught up to the many guests and I suspect this was just a staffing problem, possibly someone not showing up to work the breakfast shift. Every hotel associate we encountered or spoke to was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

This is a very old hotel so don't expect luxury. The Rooms were large with great large glass windows and doors that open to a balcony to sit outside. The rooms were clean and the A/C was ICE COLD the way I like it. The hot water for the shower was was great and hot. Our room was 210 and the best in my opinion we had lots of trees off our balcony so the birds ate bread right in front of us. The pool was a very fun pool that was two levels opened until 11PM. The putt putt was free. The Breakfast buffet was $8.95 and was abundant in choice and delicious, The location was great and convenient to walk everywhere. Grocery Store was across the way. I booked this 4 hours before I showed up and got the room for $51.00 Taxes are high state and resort taxes so beware. Oh and one last thing Parking was FREE great deal in itself because parking in this town is expensive. This hotel is located two buildings down from the Gatlinburg Covention Center.

Remodel was in progress during our March 2024 stay. I don’t know if that was relevant to the blaring smoke alarm at 8am on a Monday morning but that was a very rude awakening and rough start to our trip. Pros: Nice friendly staff. Room and bathroom were very clean. Location and parking were perfect. It was worth the negatives to be this close to downtown (quick walk). Pancake restaurant next door was a plus. The pool and hot tub looked nice although we didn’t use them. Cons: Did Courtyard invent a new bed size? That felt like the smallest King bed ever. Another review mentioned this too. Very odd bed situation. Pillows were awful. 4 of 6 window panes were permanently fogged so the view that should have been amazing was 2/3 diminished. The Bistro, although staffed with helpful and friendly employees was depressing and empty. The cold food in the Bistro frig looked old and sad (yogurt parfait had separated and pooled substantial liquid in the bottom for example.). The seats were all cracked and badly worn. I was extremely hesitant to order food but the coffee ($3.50 for plain coffee) was tasty enough as it was the only option other than making your own with tap water in the room via the provided single-serve pot. Fairfield’s lobby coffee station was sorely missed during this Courtyard stay! The things that can and hopefully will be addressed during Courtyard’s remodel will allow for us to give this hotel another chance one day perhaps.

So first off let me say that this hotel is still an ok place to stay. I would however also say that by charging 300+ a night for a room you have certain expectations, and those were not met this trip. From the outside, the hotel was lovely as always. The lobby seemed clean but had a few minor issues, and the furniture seemed like it could use a refresh. So my initial impression was favorable. We got to the room and at first glance, things seemed ok, but when you started looking around that's when the issues started. First, the chair had a fabric piping that was half torn off. The carpet seemed to be really worn in spots and could have used a cleaning. The shower had a patch job that looked like someone with no experience slapped calk around the edge of the shower and the drain; it was seriously an eyesore. Then when my daughter went to take a bath she told us it looked like something black was on the walls. Sure enough, there was something black on the wall. I am no mold expert, but it appeared to be black mold although I have no way of confirming that. Then we went to look at the beds before we got in and one bed had a blood spot on the mattress cover that lined up perfectly with the mattress itself so I know that no one even attempted to clean it; all they did was slap a clean fitted sheet on the bed. The mattresses on the beds are so bad that my wife and I woke up with sore backs every morning; I never used to have a problem with their beds in the past so I can only assume that the mattresses are in need of replacing. Also on the balcony when the HVAC unit is running it sounds like you are sitting next to a jet engine. I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the past and do not remember the HVAC being so loud on the balcony. Also, they claim to be short-staffed on housekeeping so they only offer room cleanings once every 3 days during your stay. That means if you need towels, toilet paper, or the trash taken out you have to call them which is not great for what you are paying for this room; I can see every other day, but seriously every 3 days is ridiculous! The hot tub had tiles missing and water was leaking through the opening of the backer board which I cannot imagine is good for the hot tub. Also on all 4 nights of our stay, it looked like the hot tub got cleaned 1 time. When you are charging 300-500 a night for a ”standard room” depending on the time of year you have expectations that things will be taken care of, and that your room will be clean and well-kept. I used to pay 150-200 a night for this hotel and the hotel was immaculate, so clearly someone is taking the money and not reinvesting in the property. I stay here to escape the bad experiences that I've had at other Gatlinburg hotels, and that used to work until this trip. I really hope they reinvest in this property and gut all the rooms to do a complete makeover because otherwise there is no way this hotel is worth the price they are charging current

I really wanted to love this place. The location is perfect to quickly get to the attractions in Gatlinburg without fighting traffic and the views are incredible. The food from vista grille is surprisingly delicious for hotel food and the welcome cookie was so good. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are the best. So polite and friendly each and every time. But this place is busy. It is a convention center and there was an event every day during our stay. There is not ample parking to accommodate a packed hotel during peak season and daily events. Allowing guests to park in the fire lane seems like a major safety issue. The rooms are a decent size however, the beds are not great unless you like sleeping on a worn out extra firm mattress. The rooms also need a deep cleaning. I understand that there is a quick turnover between guests but these rooms haven’t had a good cleaning in years. There was hair left behind from a previous guest in the bathroom and years of dust behind the couch. For almost $300/night, I expected more.

We were on a road trip from Wales, and after staying here in 2019, we chose it again for 1 night between our 2 days in Dollywood as it provides the excellent, and complimentary, TimeSaver pass and shuttle to the park (parking is free at the hotel). Logan on the desk was fantastic - thank you very much!! The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable and homely. The decor is tasteful (with Dolly pics here and there) and there is a great coffee shop on site where you can also buy cinammon bread (why wouldn't you?). Minor quibble with the room which was on the 3rd floor (2nd UK), but at the very end of the building so a little bit of a walk for our tired legs! But the room itself was as our previous visit, very comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful with a butterfly garden, fire pits for smores, lovely pool (also an indoor pool), kids play areas and a covered area that shows family films in the evenings. Pokeberry Lane is a nice little gift shop selling Dolly, Dollywood and Dreammore souvenirs. Unfortunately the budget on a 2-week road trip from the UK means we had to restrict ourselves to 1 night - but if the price was just a little bit less we would have definitely stayed the full 4 nights we were in the Smokies. That being said, it is a very well-appointed hotel and probably worth the price in today's climate.

Had an overall pleasant stay at this nice hotel. My wife and I decided to come in for a three day weekend and spend some time in the pigeon Forge area. I will say overall we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The bar and restaurant was nice. The room overall was nice although the HVAC can get quite noisy and that really needs to be addressed. Also, we paid for a balcony view of the river and yes, it is a view of the river, but overall it’s just kind of a muddy looking river and a major construction site right behind it. I wouldn’t pay the extra for that particular room if I am ever back in pigeon Forge again. I would stay at this hotel again though. The room was nice. Bathroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This hotel should be the standard that every single Marriott aspires to! We are Bonvoy Gold members and travel a lot. Through the years, our family of four has stayed at dozens of Marriotts up and down the entire east coast, and while some are better than others, this one sets the bar above and beyond. From the moment we pulled up, we were impressed. The facade of this hotel is beautiful. The grounds were pristine and the landscaping was really pretty. Parking was easy and convenient, something we really appreciated after a 12 hr car ride from New York. When we stepped inside, the lobby took our breath away. The decor is gorgeous. It is very modern with rustic touches and everything is immaculate. They pipe their citrusy signature scent throughout the entire hotel and it smells absolutely amazing! Check in was super easy and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. I was also equally impressed with our room. For anyone who has read some of my previous reviews, you know that I bring my own cleaning supplies with me to go over the room whenever we stay at a hotel, and a lot of times, the Clorox wipes and Swiffer pads come off the surfaces filthy. Not here. This place is CLEAN!! I am very particular about this, so if you are reading this review and you are a clean freak too, you can trust me that this hotel will totally meet your standards. The room furnishings are pretty new and the carpets are clean. We got a room with two queens and a sofa seating area, since my husband planned to work from the room each morning, and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a small fridge (my only complaint was that it was too small, it only fit a few bottles of water, no room for dinner leftovers which my teens enjoy having in the room in case they are hungry during off meal times). There is also a microwave. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the amenities. This hotel was designed for families and for comfort. It really is like a home away from home. There are so many cozy seating areas all over the grounds, a huge stone fireplace in the lobby with the fire going at most times, two fire pit areas, lots of seating to eat, a courtyard with cornhole games, two pools (an indoor pool, as well as the amazing lazy river pool), a hot tub, an arcade game room, a bar and a lounge area in the lobby with a giant connect four game on the coffee table. Throughout our 4 day stay, there were cleaning people in every area of the hotel all day. I really cannot say enough how impressed I was by the level of care that goes into maintaining this hotel. Even the elevators and the water stations in the lobby were immaculate at all times. The location was great, right on the parkway, only minutes from all of the main attractions. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know who is interested in visiting the area. This was probably the

We have stayed here several times in the past. As you can see by my previous reviews. Unfortunately the renovations must have been cosmetic. The place again is looking very tired. I actually watched a cleaning lady use a lint roller type of contraption on the end of a broom handle to “vacuum “ the floor. Not one vacuum cleaner was seen anywhere on premises with any cleaning lady. One lady foot mopped the bathroom floor with a dirty guest towel. It’s like a restaurant, once you see the bad things no matter if they improve, you can’t unsee it. So I’m done with this hotel. I’m sure it happens everywhere but when you see it. 🤔🤔 you start questioning everything . The breakfast was like it was cooked way earlier. We got there at 7:30 and the biscuits were rock hard. We asked for fresh and she said that’s it. The eggs were room temp and everything else is mediocre. The waffles were good. Very low grade syrup. It’s Best just use butter and fruit. I get it times are changing and food prices are rising, but if it’s sub par just stop offering it. The room prices were on par with others around the area but the amenities were definitely lacking here. The whole place smelled like my grandparents basement from the 70’s. Not too terrible but a definite musty damp smell no matter where you were in the hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was adequate once you stopped noticing the musty smell. BOTTOM LINE: This used to be my go to place for price and convenience and quality in pigeon forge. Maybe it’s a combination of factors, staff, environment, inflation etc why they have let it get into a motel 6 category but I’m done with this place for good or until some SERIOUS changes are made. We had a family weekend and we had three rooms here. All members felt the same as I do. Unfortunately it was me that made the reservations for the family so I had to endure the complaints. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO UNLESS SOME LARGE CHANGES ARE MADE. **side note. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional

This was our best hotel stay in ages. We were checked in by Natalie, who was friendly, helpful, and just fun. She made sure to get us a quiet room and made sure we were clear on how to get to our evening's destination. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The wifi took a bit of finagling to get connected, but once we got it connected, it stayed connected and worked well. We slept soundly and comfortably, waking up refreshed. Check out went smoothly. This hotel has all the makings for a premier city hotel: location, being adjacent to the convention center, as well as downtown restaurants and more; the appearance is very nice, from the lobby to the room itself; and the staff shows that approach to service one looks for when traveling. All of this and more, and it sounds like we are headed for a nice quality stay: But not so fast…. The Good: The lobby is simply beautiful, with clean modern lines, but still giving that welcoming feel. The front desk help was simply amazing: Abbi and Abbey were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and prompt: Enjoyed my conversation with them, and the valuable information learned. And of course there’s Ed, an older “guest relations”type gentleman, who greets everyone with a complimentary glass of champagne; and somehow remembers the names of each and everyone he speaks too; remarkable. The rooms are modern and inviting; even the bathrooms have a nice upscale feel to them. So far, I’m overly impressed, especially in this price range…. But The Bad: Not a deal breaker, but when opting to pay more for a room with a view, we didn’t exactly get one from our 3rd floor room. A friend of ours booked a normal room, and ended up on the 5th floor with a view; and for much less money. Feels like paying for an upgrade is a waste of money. Also: Off n on during the night, emergency vehicles were blasting up n down Henley Street with the sirens blaring. I certainly understand being in the city, you’d expect this on a normal basis; but the walls of the hotel certainly showed their thinness. These sirens were very loud, and we weren’t even in a room facing Henley. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but still worth noting. And then there’s the $28 fee for valet parking(no self parking). It just seems a bit much in my opinion. The valet guys do a nice job, so I’d rather tip them more, as to see the hotel charge this much. The Ugly: I hate to find anything that qualifies as a deal breaker, but… We returned from dinner, and couldn’t get the tv to tune in: I’m not sure why it said “no signal or connection”… No big deal, as we were worn out from all the youth basketball games we attended, but it would’ve been nice to at least watch a few mins of something. But the one major letdown I cannot overlook, was an A/C unit malfunction. We woke up to a pool of sweat, and called the front desk. The gentleman showed up, looked at it, and said he could have engineering look at it at 7am. Well, not sure what he thought we’d do for sleep, as it was simply too hot to just doze on off: And strangely and disappointingly, no one ever followed up the next day. Of course this type of hotel design doesn’t have windows that can be used for ventilation, so there was no relief period. I don’t think either of us rested much if any, so it pretty much ruined the entire stay. Things happen, but maybe an offer to move us to another room, which wasn’t an easy task in the middle of the night,

Probably the nicest of the Embassy suite locations I have visited! Right in the heart of Downtown Knoxville's Theatre District. You are walking distance to entertainment, shopping, restaurants - one block down from Market Square where live concerts are held and a less than 10 minute drive to University of Tennessee campus. And that's just the location! The amenities are remarkable and the hotel itself seems brand new with very upscale modern feel to it. Their cocktail reception is on the second floor with an outdoor setting option as well as an amazing rooftop bar (separate from the hotel-so guests cannot charge to room) that spilled into the hotel's swanky rooftop pool and lounge area. I enjoyed a full moon and a couple of glasses up there. There was an expanded market with an array of toiletries, snacks, microwavable foods, a wide variety non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as an entire gift/souvenir section for UTK fans! There is also a local market across the street for anything more that you might think of. The room was a generous space with the usual closed door bedroom. The decor was minimalist sleek, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. I really appreciated the motion sensor night light in the bathroom. Breakfast was well staffed and always replenishing the food and coffee, extensive with the usual omelet station and a very nice dining area overlooking the grand main lobby. I will say the fitness center, although a nice facility with brand new equipment and provided just a little more than your usual few treadmills and a rack of free weights, it is strangely located right at the entrance of the hotel with glass windows all around for anyone to see walking by the hotel or into the hotel. So I did not use it. Also, I understand why there is only valet for this hotel as parking is a challenge downtown. It would be nice to inform guests that they have the option to park in the public garage where the 3rd level walk way leads directly to the hotel. We were only informed of this once we had already checked in and our car was with valet. All in all, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville - it really felt like a Conrad hotel but at Embassy Suite prices!

Janice, formerly known as ”Strephanie the Old Fashioned Queen” provided service, attention, and delicious drinks to a degree that most hotel bartenders would dare to travel to. Janice had looks. Janice had sex appeal. Janice was punctual, most of the time. However Janice had skills that would put East Tennessee's best bartenders to shame. Her attention to detail was undeniable as seen in the large, delicious, smooth ice balls in my old fashioneds. I once saw a man walk up to Janice, hold his empty wine glass up to her, and say, ”more please.” Janice filled his glass promptly, way past where I would've filled it, and accepted a $56 tip. Great work, Janice, for an average Pinot Grigio. That guy was a total tool, though. Janice was ”Bright as a Button” and her smile radiates throughout the bar...and my dreams. I'll miss you, Janice. Until next time, 8:55 will always be a memorable time in my heart. You know why. Ring my bell, Steph, ring it.

We stayed here for a single overnight, and it was fine for that, but I wouldn't stay for a prolonged trip - would have been a bit cramped for that. Room configurations leave something to be desired - despite having space for a regular door, bathroom door was instead a sliding barn door, which leaves gaps and means privacy is not really possible. They also have the aesthetic choice to offer an opaque glass wall opposite the shower that is viewable from the bed area - I wish hotels would stop doing this. I was sharing this room with a friend, and neither of us have a desire to see the other nude, no matter how blurry that image may be. Functionality gives way to trendiness and its to the hotel brand's detriment. Aside from these issues, bed was very large and comfortable, water pressure was good, and the hotel was nicely situated near a grocery store and shopping area. Very clean as well. As we stayed so short a time, we didn't really see much of the staff, but service was very nice and efficient during check-in. Not a bad place to stay, but just know what to expect.

well, it was satisfactory. it wasn't new or fancy, but affordable & functional. the fridge, microwave, wifi, TV &AC all worked. it was supposed to be an entirely smoking-free location, but the room reeked of it. probably should've requested a different one, but chose to tolerate it. breakfast was ok. mostly carbs, but they did have (powdered?) scrambled eggs & sausage. beyond that, not much keto-friendly...but that was enuf. one knock, i kept trying to book a room with the whirlpool, but it website kept telling me it wasn't available, then offering it at a higher, then again a higher price. so settle for without. its not worth a 60% increase! another knock is the swimming pool was all locked up, dry & being redone (for how long??? much dust visible on the plastic!) overall, was worth the stay & the price, tho not perfect. met my minimum needs.

We live in Kingsport and had a mini-honeymoon weekend here after our wedding. We loved the charm of the hotel and the bedding was so comfy. Could you tell me where to order those pillows? We also had a couples massage at the spa while there and that was exceptional. Everyone was very nice from check in to check out. We will definitely stay here again, maybe to celebrate anniversary. Thanks again for such a nice stay!!

This was a quick overnight trip. We arrived late but Abigail still welcomed us with a smile when we arrived. As Diamond members, we were pleased that an upgrade was still available and found the suite clean and large. We took advantage of the hotel buffet (normally a cost but we received a credit for our status). There was a great selection and the food was hot. The attendant could have been welcoming. Tbh, her phone seemed more important than smiling and cleaning up after the guests. The gentleman at checkout was friendly. We would stay at this hotel again.

The pictures offered a bigger view than accurate, but overall happy with the hotel. The women running the office was both friendly and efficient, could definitely multitask. Her husband came out to offer help, but she was on top of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again!

We are a non profit who rented one of there very large convention rooms for a semi formal dinner and we will absolutely be renting again in the future. The service was impeccable the venue was beautiful and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went off perfectly offering assistance with any thing and everything to ensure everyone had a wonderful time. We also made use of there onsite bar/bartender which made it possible to provide a cash bar in a safe and managed environment (we normally would not be able to noir do we offer alcohol) as we are a non profit and lack proper insurance for such things. The bartender was extremely nice and worked hard to make sure everyone got what they wanted and the prices were extremely reasonable. And last but not least several of our attending guest opted to rent rooms after the meal and have reported similar quality to the rest of the venue including cleanliness and great hospitality with their stay. So for any one looking to book a room and or use some of the wonderful facilities they offer we highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

There are things we expect when we stay at a hotel with the status of a Hampton Inn. Since the pandemic I have seen most places struggle with maintaining their level of quality in both the establishment as well as their staff. Although the rooms could have been cleaner in areas the staff made the difference for me. ”Matt” was a young man who greeted me and it was with such professionalism and enthusiasm it turned my tired from driving mood to a happy to be here mood. In my interactions with several of the staff they were all very pleasant and professional. All in all I will stay there when i am in town because of the staff.

We live in Western North Carolina and were hit hard by the remnants of Hurricane Helene. We traveled to Johnson City to get a generator and decided to spend 5 nights to be able to enjoy power, water, tv and food before heading back to devastation. When we checked out, the invoice was $600 plus which was accurate. When I checked my credit card a couple of days later there were several charges totaling over $1000.00 plus. Called to question the extra charges and received a credit but not for what it should be. The rooms need repairs and updating, especially carpet. Beds were comfortable. Most everyone except the Manager were pleasant and accommodating, especially Julia. They need to work on emptying trash bins at the entrance and to check the grounds. Too much trash in the grass and in the bushes.

Let me begin by saying that the staff here were amazing! Alister and Sharon were fantastic! They made my stay feel like I was gathering with friends and were so polite and courteous I felt like royalty! The night I came they had a guest reception where they let you drink beer or wine and have snacks for a few hours and it was free! The breakfast was loaded with delicious food, hot and fresh! My room was immaculate and clean. The lighting was good and the bathroom was peaceful. The water pressure was perfect! They have a pool and a spa with an exercise room as well. They have a business center with a printer which was convenient. In closing I want to personally thank both Sharon and Alister! Sharon was a perfect hostess during the guest reception! She was warm, funny, and a breath of fresh air! Alister was most accommodating and never hesitated to help me when I messed up my key cards a bunch of times due to my magnetic clip on my wallet. He was engaging, positive, and relatable! These two are by far the best ambassadors your establishment could hope for. Thank you guys and I will be back!

I had to pay twice because I booked through trip.com and accidentally booked the wrong night. The representative spoke with the hotel manager who then gave permission to cancel the reservation. After days dealing with the trip.com representative, I came to the conclusion that I was never going to get a refund. What a rip off. I will never us that app again.

Arrived on May 5th for two weeks of training in Cookville. Upon arrival to the hotel in the evening, I was greeted by gentleman working the front desk. Following day after day when arriving or departed he would greet guests including myself. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and more than helpful when needed. During my stay, I requested to utilize my Marriott status for a room upgrade. The front desk associate Isabel was more than helpful getting this arrangement completed along with the manger during the hours I was in class. Each morning there was complementary continental breakfast. From the years staying at numerous of the Marriott properties, I would rate this breakfast above average. Again greeted each morning by Gitte working in this area. She literally would clean the tables after each and every person finished. Along with making sure everything was stocked and would check on items if they were not out to each guests liking. In my opinion, that’s a person going extra mile to make sure the guests were happy Overall, very happy with my accommodations, the pool area, and the gym. Just off the highway, close to everything.

We stopped here on our way to Pigeon Forge. Check in was fast and the cold water and chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice relief from a long hot drive. We had a king bed room facing the back of the property. Quiet area. Room had a separate living area with sofa and coffee table. We didn't use the refrigerator or coffee maker. Hair dryer located in bathroom. Breakfast the next morning had several choices. Wish we had had time for the indoor pool
