We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated.
The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay.
One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience.
The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable.
The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.FromUS$108

Although Meisu is a little distance from the subway station, there are beaches/snack stalls along the way, so it's okay. The estate itself feels old, and the swimming pool is deserted, but once you enter the house, you’re in another world;
The cleanliness is better than expected, the bed sheets, towels, quilts, sofa and bathtub are also clean and tidy;
Customer service contacted us via WeChat, and the Wifi, door password, and how to get to Meisu were all clear. Even nearby attractions are introduced one by one. Although the response is not immediate, you don’t have to wait too long;
The facilities are very complete. The bathroom supplies are all there. The refrigerator can freeze (which is good for a normal hotel). There is a giant screen with movies to watch, but VIPs can't watch them. However, you can use Air View, and you can prepare your own movies if necessary.
There are two sets of kimonos for everyone to take photos, and the surfaces are very clean. There are also sufficient charging stations in the room, and a charging cable is provided. The bathtub is on the terrace, with disposable bath bags provided. Draw the blinds at night, turn off the terrace lights, and people downstairs won't see you when you stand up.

I initially booked a room in the South Wing, but upon arrival, the room wasn't ready yet. I promptly requested a switch to the North Wing. The room size was just right, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a beautiful sea view from the window.
The breakfast was plentiful and tasted good.
The pool was a bit disappointing. It was only about 0.8-1 meter deep, making it suitable mainly for younger children. The water quality also wasn't great; there were quite a few fallen leaves floating around, and no one was clearing them out!FromUS$114

Manager Zeng upgraded me to a sea view room, and with my platinum card suite upgrade, it perfectly transformed into a two-bedroom apartment! 😍
Everything else was great, excellent value for money at this price. The only downside is that out of three pools, one is always closed for cleaning during operating hours, except on weekends. I don't quite understand why they clean it during open hours. Plus, the front desk didn't mention it at check-in, nor did anyone say anything when I went swimming, but I got kicked out halfway through my swim.
It's a bit old, for sure. The TV was a little broken, and some outlets weren't working, but considering the price, it's still good value.FromUS$99

The hotel was really quiet and the room was super clean. We also took the kids to the Eco-Sports Commune, which was a very comfortable place to play with some amusement rides. Afterwards, we went to the Ice and Snow World, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also an aquarium right at the entrance with lots of things to do. Plus, there's a new shopping center with plenty of food options just across the street, making it very convenient. The shuttle bus service nearby is also great for getting around. We have enjoyed very much the stay at the guesthouse, it is just in front of the beach, very convenient. We stayed at the 5 rooms and the view was great in all the rooms. They provided all the amenities and more. Their staffs are all very attentive and polite.

The hotel's location is great, though the entrance isn't very obvious – it's actually right across from Huaqiangbei Road. You'll see a lot of international guests coming and going, many of whom are clearly young people visiting from abroad for business or travel. The geographical location is excellent, less than a few hundred meters from Huaqiang Station. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby, making it convenient for exploring various parts of Shenzhen. It can't compare to a grand hotel, but it's clean, which is a major plus.
Try to avoid lower floors, as you'll experience vibrations from the subway passing by, basically from day to night. I was assigned an end room on the second floor, and the subway vibrations were constant throughout my stay, which definitely affected my sleep.FromUS$28

Turns out Hampton Inn is indeed Hampton, and its Chinese name sounds so joyful and warm. The hotel pays great attention to detail, with many thoughtful touches. I got a 'lucky' goodie bag, and while I didn't take the small items (even though I could), it made me happy about my little bit of luck. The front desk staff were all smiles. The most impressive person was the lady in the restaurant; she was meticulous yet firm, and genuinely cared about whether we were satisfied. So, I took a picture of her name tag (Liu Mingjie) to remember her sense of ownership. A hotel that inspires its employees to genuinely promote it!
