Guangzhou Trade Shows: Dates, Venues and Tips

Guangzhou Trade Shows

Guangzhou runs more large exhibitions than any other city in China, and almost all of them happen in the same eight square kilometres of Pazhou Island. That single fact explains most of the practical advice in this guide: the venues are walkable from each other, the metro serves them directly, and hotel prices in the district spike whenever a flagship show is on.

If you are choosing a fair, planning a sourcing trip, or simply trying to work out which week to fly, start with the calendar below.

Guangzhou trade shows occur primarily at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou, requiring registration via official portals. Attendances spike during the Canton Fair, necessitating hotel bookings three to five months in advance.

Two patterns are worth noting before you go further. The Canton Fair is the only show here that fills the entire city, and the only one where booking three to five months ahead is normal rather than cautious. And the year has six separate price spikes in Pazhou: March, April to May, June, July, September, and October to November. If your dates are flexible, you can often cut your hotel bill in half by shifting a week.

Canton Fair: The Most Popular Show in Guangzhou

A pavilion at the Canton Fair complex in Guangzhou and the escalator at the entrance

The China Import and Export Fair, universally known as the Canton Fair, is the largest trade fair in China and the reason most international buyers first come to Guangzhou. It has run twice a year without interruption since 1957, and each session splits into three phases with a short break between them.

Phase

Autumn 2026

Spring 2027

What is on show

Phase 1

15 – 19 Oct

15 – 19 Apr

Electronics, appliances, machinery, hardware, tools, vehicles, new energy

Phase 2

23 – 27 Oct

23 – 27 Apr

Housewares, ceramics, gifts, furniture, building and decorative materials

Phase 3

31 Oct – 4 Nov

1 – 5 May

Textiles, apparel, bags, footwear, food, medical devices, sports goods

The halls open 09:30 to 18:00, and buyer registration usually starts at 08:30. What surprises first-timers is the scale of the thing: over a million square metres of exhibition space across four areas, and a badge that matters more than your business card. Buyers register through the official BEST portal, which is free, and the badge is valid across sessions, so you only register once. Registering on site without pre-registering costs around CNY 200, about USD 28, which is an avoidable fee.

The practical advantage of the Canton Fair over specialist shows is coverage. If you source in four unrelated categories, you can see all of them in one trip. The disadvantage is depth: for a single category, a focused show will have more suppliers and better technical conversations.

CIFF Guangzhou: Where the Furniture Industry Meets

CIFF Guangzhou is the furniture world's biggest annual gathering by exhibition area, and it is the one show on this list that regularly runs across two venues at once. It splits into two phases separated by a week, which trips up people who book flights for the wrong one.

Phase one, 18 to 21 March 2027, covers home furniture: contemporary and suite furniture, upholstery, whole-home customisation, décor, home textiles and outdoor living. Phase two, 28 to 31 March 2027, switches to office and commercial space, hotel and healthcare furniture, and the upstream side of the industry including woodworking machinery, hardware and upholstery materials, running alongside CIFM and interzum Guangzhou.

If you buy furniture for retail, phase one is your week. If you specify for offices, hotels or contract projects, or you are sourcing components and materials, it is phase two. Both phases use the Canton Fair Complex and PWTC Expo, so the metro advice below applies unchanged.

GILE: The Lighting Industry's Biggest Stage

The Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, known across the industry by its acronym, is among the largest lighting fairs anywhere in the world, and it is where smart lighting, LED technology and IoT integration get their annual airing. The 32nd edition runs 9 to 12 June 2027 at the Canton Fair Complex, alongside Guangzhou Electrical Building Technology.

Architects, lighting designers, distributors and project buyers use GILE differently. Distributors come for product lines and price points; specifiers come for photometrics, control systems and integrated solutions. The show also runs a substantial programme of forums and design talks, which is where a lot of the technical content sits rather than on the stands.

June in Guangzhou is hot and wet, which is worth planning for. The halls are air-conditioned, but the walk from the metro to the entrance is not, and the afternoon downpours are real.

CBD Fair: Asia's Largest Home and Building Show

The China International Building Decoration Fair runs 8 to 11 July 2027 across the Canton Fair Complex and PWTC Expo. It covers the whole chain of a building's interior: whole-home customisation, doors, windows and façades, smart home systems, sanitary ware, hardware, and kitchen and bathroom fittings.

It is the show to attend if you are in building materials, home improvement retail, or the renovation supply chain, and it is increasingly where smart home brands launch hardware for the Chinese market. The July timing is the least comfortable of the year in Guangzhou, so build rest into your schedule rather than planning fourteen-hour days.

CIBE: Beauty, Personal Care and the Supply Chain Behind It

The China International Beauty Expo is the largest beauty trade show in Asia and runs twice a year at the Canton Fair Complex, 10 to 12 March and 4 to 6 September 2027. It splits roughly into finished beauty and personal care brands, the professional and salon side, medical aesthetics, and the upstream supply chain of ingredients, packaging and OEM manufacturing.

For international buyers, the supply chain halls are usually the reason to come: contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers and formulation houses that do business in export volumes. The brand halls are busier, more cosmetic in both senses, and best visited with a specific shortlist.

Other Guangzhou Shows Worth Knowing

Beyond the five flagships, several shows are worth building a trip around. Auto Guangzhou, the 24th edition, runs 27 November to 6 December 2026 at the Canton Fair Complex, with 27 November as media day, 28 to 29 November for trade visitors, and 30 November onwards open to the public. Sourcing events run about 20 to 22 May 2027 for hospitality equipment, coffee and food service, roughly 4 to 6 March 2027 for packaging and printing, and there is a health and nutrition expo in mid-March. Guangzhou Design Week sits in early December and uses PWTC Expo alongside the main complex.

All of these are provisional except where noted, and Chinese exhibition dates are often confirmed only six months out, so check the organiser's site before committing to travel.

Line 11, the loop line, also stops at Pazhou, which helps if you are coming from Guangzhou East or the Tianhe area. During big shows the station staff turn some exits into one-way traffic, so follow the signs rather than your memory of last year.

Getting in from the airport and stations:

  • Baiyun Airport: the intercity railway from Baiyun Airport North (Terminal 2) or Baiyun Airport East (Terminal 3) reaches Pazhou in about 30 to 55 minutes for USD 3 to 4. Metro Line 3 plus Line 8 takes 60 to 75 minutes for about USD 1.30. A taxi is 40 to 70 minutes and USD 20 to 26.
  • Guangzhou South Railway Station: the intercity rail station underneath the concourse is called Panyu, and it reaches Pazhou in about 14 minutes for USD 2. The metro alternative is Line 2 to Changgang then Line 8.
  • From Hong Kong: high-speed rail from West Kowloon to Guangzhou South takes 44 to 70 minutes, then the intercity link above. Allow three hours door to door.
  • Within the city: Line 8 is almost always faster than a taxi during show opening and closing hours, when Xingang East Road is at a standstill.

Do You Need a Visa to Attend a Trade Show in China?

China has widened visa-free entry considerably, and most trade show visitors from Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore currently enter under either a unilateral visa-free arrangement or a visa-free transit scheme. Travellers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and a number of other countries typically rely on the 240-hour visa-free transit, which allows a ten-day stay without applying for a visa in advance.

The transit scheme has conditions that matter for a trade trip:

  • You need a confirmed onward ticket to a third country or region, departing within 240 hours. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan count as third territories. A simple return to where you came from does not qualify.
  • The 240 hours start at midnight on the day after you enter.
  • Short business visits and attending exhibitions are within the permitted activities. Paid employment is not.
  • Entry must be at a designated port, and Baiyun Airport is one.

Visa rules are reviewed periodically and eligibility lists change, so confirm your own case with the National Immigration Administration or the Chinese embassy in your country before you book, rather than relying on a list in a blog post. If you need a standard visa, note that many organisers issue invitation letters on request, and you will usually need one with your application.

How to Register and Get Your Buyer Badge

Registration is the one part of a Chinese trade fair that is easier than you expect.

  1. Pre-register online on the organiser's official portal before you travel. For the Canton Fair, that is the BEST buyer service platform, and it is free.
  2. Have your passport details, a recent passport-style photo and your company's business card information ready.
  3. Collect your badge either at a remote counter or at the venue. For the Canton Fair, remote counters operate at Baiyun Airport Terminals 2 and 3, Guangzhou South Railway Station, the Pazhou Ferry Terminal, selected partner hotels, and on site.
  4. Bring your passport and your badge to the gates every day. Entry uses a turnstile with identity verification.
  5. If you arrive without pre-registering, expect an on-site service fee of around CNY 200, about USD 28, and much longer queues.

Specialist shows have their own registration processes, usually simpler, and most issue e-badges that you show on your phone.

When Should You Book Flights and Hotels?

For the Canton Fair, three to five months ahead is normal, and it is not an exaggeration. Pazhou hotel rates for April, May, October and November run two to three times their usual level, and the closest properties sell out months in advance.

For the larger specialist shows, two to four months is a sensible window. For GILE, CBD Fair and CIBE, booking six to eight weeks ahead usually still works, because the city has enough hotel capacity outside the Canton Fair weeks.

Flights are a different calculation. International fares usually bottom out one and a half to three months before departure, and multi-city itineraries, which many buyers end up booking, need more lead time because availability has to line up across several flights. Book the hotel early and the flight in the normal window, rather than trying to do both at once.

What to Bring, and How to Work a Chinese Trade Show

What to Bring, and How to Work a Chinese Trade Show
  • Your passport, your badge, and business cards. Cards printed in Chinese on one side get a noticeably better response.
  • WeChat installed and set up before you arrive. It is how suppliers, translators and drivers will contact you, and it doubles as a payment method.
  • Alipay or WeChat Pay linked to an international card. Almost everything from metro gates to lunch is paid by QR code.
  • A power bank with a valid 3C mark. Power banks without it are confiscated at security on domestic flights, and foreign certifications do not count.
  • Comfortable shoes, and more of them than you think. A day at the Canton Fair is easily fifteen kilometres of walking.
  • A portable fan and a water bottle for June and July shows, and a light rain jacket, because Guangzhou's summer rain arrives without warning.

On the floor itself, two habits pay off. Book your meetings before you fly, because the best suppliers on the biggest stands are fully scheduled by day two, and leave the last morning free for follow-ups you did not plan. And take photographs of business cards together with the stand, since a bag of four hundred cards is worth very little once you are home and cannot remember who was who.

Shipping Samples and Products After the Show

Most exhibitors will ship samples for you, and most buyers end up using a freight forwarder rather than the postal system. Two practical notes.

First, decide before you leave the venue whether you are shipping or carrying. Courier and air freight costs from China are quoted per kilogram with a volumetric calculation, and a bulky low-value sample can cost more to ship than it is worth.

Second, if you are carrying goods home, check both your airline's baggage rules and your own country's customs allowance before you buy. Large quantities of commercial goods carried in personal luggage can be treated as a commercial import, and the paperwork is not something you want to start at the airport.

🔥[Discount] Where to Stay for a Guangzhou Trade Show

Pazhou hotels are the most convenient and the most expensive. Properties connected to or beside the complex, including the Westin Pazhou, Shangri-La Guangzhou and Langham Place, are the ones that sell out first, and their rates during Canton Fair sessions routinely double or triple.

Three alternatives that work well:

  • Along Line 8 west of the complex, in Chigang or Kecun, where you are five to fifteen minutes from the halls by metro and paying a normal city rate.
  • Zhujiang New Town or Tianhe, the central business district, which is 20 to 30 minutes away and much better for client dinners, shopping and evening entertainment.
  • Serviced apartments across from the complex, which suit longer stays, groups and anyone travelling with samples.

Two things make a real difference. Many hotels in Tianhe, Yuexiu and Haizhu run free shuttles to the complex during show weeks, so ask before you book. And several partner hotels host official buyer badge counters, which lets you collect your badge at the hotel instead of queueing at the gate on day one.

For my business trips to Guangzhou, I always choose Jianguo Hotel. It's conveniently located with easy access to a bustling commercial district. The lobby bar on the first floor has an elegant atmosphere, perfect for client meetings. The complimentary handmade freshly ground coffee is excellent, and the price is great. I was also very satisfied with the follow-up service from the customer service representative.

Excellent location near to Grandview Mall. The hotel is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and washer. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are also spacious and clean. The reception at level 15 helps to collect our parcels and the security at level 1 helps to keep a look out for our digi. Just take note that ******* deliveries cannot be sent up to the room, must be collected at level 1 desk or from lockers just outside the door. Fabulous stay for us.

Very close to the East Station, which was convenient for catching an early train the next morning. The room's amenities were excellent, clean and tidy. My stay at the Marriott Zhengjia Plaza was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Zhengjia Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Teemall and Parc Central are also within walking distance. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout. The concierge proactively helped with luggage, and these thoughtful details made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and all amenities were well-stocked. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, and the quality was excellent. The heated pool and gym facilities were well-maintained. Overall, the hotel maintains a high standard, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Before the end of the summer vacation, I brought my kids to Guangzhou and booked two deluxe twin rooms at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel for two nights. Hotel Location: It's right by Exit D of Tiyu Xilu metro station. The hotel's first floor connects directly to Teemall, and Parc Central and Grandview Mall are also linked, making transportation very convenient. Whether it's malls, restaurants, or various community cafes, everything is nearby – extremely convenient. Room Facilities: We stayed in the most basic twin room, which was quite spacious and roomy. From our 15th-floor room, we could see the pool, offering a nice view. The room facilities were well-maintained, practical, and functional. Food and Beverage Service: The kids couldn't get up early in the mornings, and we wanted to try dim sum at nearby restaurants, so we didn't book breakfast. We bought a 3-drink pass at the lobby cafe and enjoyed coffee there, which was quite pleasant. Hotel Service: It was standard five-star service. After we arrived at the airport, my child realized they had left something in the room. The hotel proactively contacted us and arranged to have it sent home. We're very grateful for that. The hotel's location is excellent, so there are many business travelers and tourists. The first floor of the hotel is always bustling with people, which is great – where there are people, there's business.

I extended my stay for two more days in the morning, and when I returned to the hotel about half an hour later, my room was already spotlessly clean. Passing through Guangzhou on our way back from an October holiday, we decided to stay for a night. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town. It's surrounded by all the amenities you could need, with shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. If you want a late-night snack or need to pick up some essentials, you won't have to go far. Transportation is also a breeze; it's close to the subway station, making it convenient whether you're catching a high-speed train or exploring the city. No complicated transfers needed, which is a big plus for those on a layover. The room itself is typical for a business hotel, with a clean and straightforward decor. All the usual facilities are there, and it was spotless. The room was very spacious, and the courtyard environment was quite pleasant with almost no insects, making evenings quite comfortable. However, could the bed linen, living room pillowcases, and chair cushions be changed more frequently? They were a bit dirty; I didn't even dare to sit on them. The hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Overall, I'd say the hotel lacks generosity. I probably won't be booking here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at a type C suite with superb amenities like bathtub, big shower and a private pool 😍 Upon our arrival, the staff (Ally) was highly proficient and gave us a quick brush up on what to expect on the resort. She accompanied us to the room and even drove the golf cart herself. The most amazing person in the resort was Anna, their Customer Service Manager who went above and beyond by personally touring us inside the resort - Museum, temple as well as the presidential villa. She even took our photos and passionately shared about the resort and it's history. She is highly proficient in Mandarin despite being from Russia and not a native speaker. The hot springs were the highlight. We. Went there every day for 3 days and the amenities were too notch. We practically had the springs to ourselves. Bonus? We played tennis in one of the resorts 2 courts. Service was excellent too! While it rained that day, they mopped the court so we can play. Thank you to the staff for their dedication, excellent service and heart. We had an very good time with the free photography (3 photos) and paid extra for the other beautiful photos worth 2,000 yuan🤣 Well it was for a unique experience 👍 We would love to be back and being the kids!

This is a 4-star hotel with 5-star service. The front desk staff, 0643 and 0321, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even upgraded our entire family! The team management is excellent, and the restaurants on the 3rd and 27th floors are also great!

Staying at W Guangzhou was a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special compliment goes to Vicky at check-in, who greeted me warmly and handled the entire process swiftly and professionally. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, offering top-tier comfort. Breakfast featured a huge, high-quality variety of options to start the day. The location is ideal with excellent restaurants and relaxing spas nearby, and the on-site club makes it effortless to party all night on the weekend. I look forward to returning!

I took my mom to Guangzhou, and it truly exceeded our expectations! My mom kept asking me how I found this hotel. It's surrounded by malls, and the moment we arrived, all the fatigue from our journey melted away, replaced by the soothing sound of flowing water. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive. The front desk ladies always greeted us with genuine smiles, and the bellmen on the first floor were always quick to open and close our car doors. The housekeeping sisters not only cleaned thoroughly but were also very detailed and warm. This hotel made me fall in love with the city. Every time we returned to our room after being out, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, ensuring a good, quiet night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast milk tea was a bit cold; it would be perfect if it were warmer. The XO sauce fried pig intestine noodles were incredibly delicious, with a texture similar to dry-fried beef noodles. My mom loved the hotel's glutinous rice chicken. The restaurant staff were always quick to clear our trash and were always there when needed. The shower in the hotel room was fantastic; showering felt like therapy. I absolutely love this hotel! I will definitely stay here again next time!

I stayed at the hotel with my child over the weekend, specifically for the outdoor pool! So, after checking in, we headed straight there! First, I was quite impressed with the hotel staff's attitude. Before our arrival, knowing we were traveling with a child, they helped set up a small tent in the room, which my child really liked! The rooms are all above the 50th floor, spacious, and have great views! The only minor downsides, in my opinion, are that the bathroom lighting is a bit dim and the hot water takes a while to come on; I had to wait a few minutes for hot water in the shower! The outdoor pool isn't very big, and it wasn't crowded, but it's a bit of a walk to get there, and you have to pass through the banquet hall! This design seems a bit unreasonable... My child and I had already changed into our swimsuits and bathrobes in the room, planning to go straight to the pool. We didn't realize we'd have to walk through the banquet hall, where there was a wedding party setting up, with bridesmaids and groomsmen everywhere. Walking through the middle of them was truly mortifying! So embarrassing... I think if this is the case, guests should be informed at check-in; otherwise, it really detracts from the experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and a Great Location for Families We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton and had a wonderful experience, especially because of the warm and attentive service from the hotel staff. A special mention goes to the team at the 礼宾室 (Concierge). Since I had ordered quite a lot of items online during our stay, I ended up visiting them many times to check on deliveries. They were always patient, helpful, and welcoming, taking the time to assist me with checking the packages and greeting us warmly every time. Their attitude really made us feel welcomed. The housekeeping team also deserves special praise. Whenever we were heading out, they would kindly remind us to bring water and check the weather for the day. Since we were travelling with a baby, they also thoughtfully provided additional towels and toiletries, which was a very nice touch and showed genuine attention to our needs. The location is also excellent. The hotel is around 1 km from 北京路步行街, which was an easy and pleasant walk for us. There are also plenty of local eateries nearby. I especially enjoyed visiting 广银肠粉 for 艇仔粥 and 嘉琪饼家 for 菠萝包 — I ended up going to both almost every day! Overall, this was a very comfortable and family-friendly stay, made even better by the genuinely friendly and attentive staff. The service really stood out to us, and we would be happy to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton again.

Had a really enjoyable stay at China Hotel Guangzhou. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. I also liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it feels classic but still comfortable. Nothing to complain about during our stay. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Guangzhou.

Close to the airport, free shuttle every 30 minutes. Despite this, walking access is difficult, recommended way to access the airport is on a vehicle. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Rooms are clean. There is a fridge, bathroom robes, umbrella, tea and coffee. There is even suger and sweetener as well. Interesting: glass wall between room and bathroom, it can be covered by a curtain if necessary. Positive: very quiet despite its proximity to the airport, swimming pool for the guests, shuttle bus starts airport transfer at 5 a.m, breakfast starts at 5:30 a.m. Negative: too few electrical sockets, one of two beds had no sockets at all (!), absence of Type C sockets at all.

My stay this time truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk service at Super Wang. From the moment I walked in, I could feel a very professional and comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me the most was that the staff member, not only had excellent professional skills but also showed incredible patience. During our discussion of my needs, he didn't just try to upsell me; instead, he listened attentively to my ideas and offered many sound and practical suggestions. The entire service process was very smooth, and the attention to detail was exceptional. It was clear that he genuinely considered things from a customer's perspective. In this fast-paced era, it's rare to encounter someone who provides such thoughtful service. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, completely stress-free, and the final outcome left me very satisfied. I sincerely recommend Super Wang to anyone who needs their services; they are absolutely trustworthy! I will definitely return next time I have a need, and I will recommend them to my friends as well.

As a Guangzhou native, Shangri-La has been at the forefront for two decades. This time, I wanted to experience the swimming pool, and upon checking in, Mia Zhang at the front desk was warm, professional, and meticulous in helping me choose my preferred room type. I felt truly at home. The service standards of this long-standing five-star hotel haven't slipped one bit, which is commendable. The room was very clean and offered the best view and location. The swimming pool is quite large and comfortable for a hotel, with both indoor and outdoor options. Nancy Li from housekeeping also provided detailed and thoughtful service, trying her best to fulfill any requests. The quality of the staff reflects the high-level training provided by the hotel management. I had originally purchased a package, but due to health reasons, the hotel promptly canceled one night, which I appreciate. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts in making my stay a perfect experience. Highly recommended when visiting Guangzhou! (#^.^#)👍🏻

Very satisfied! The front desk staff was beautiful, gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service was also very thoughtful and convenient. The only minor drawback was that the lighting was a bit dim; it would be even better if it were brighter. However, that doesn't overshadow the overall excellent service. I'll definitely come again.

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is 3 minutes from Shiqiao station. There is a bus line in front of the hotel that takes you to Shawan old town and other sites. It is across from a local mall with a lot of eateries. My only complaint is the cloth drier is hard to use without WeChat pay. Anyway, it is a good stay at this property.
