I stayed at club level in December 2023. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly to the children, they gave me children's amenities and Zootopia merchandise as gifts. The food at the Disney hotel is very delicious and very satisfying. There are many staff who can speak English. Hotel room is clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
