The weather in Zhuhai in February 2026 was pretty good 👍. It was windy and could easily cause headaches, so bring a hat. There was a street parade at 3:00 PM and fireworks at 8:00 PM.

Evaluation of Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Zhuhai Going with friends, the overall experience is good! The park environment and scenery are beautiful, the various marine life galleries and performance projects are quite exciting, the fun index is high, very suitable for relaxing and taking photos with friends. However, tickets and in-park consumption are relatively expensive, and the value for money is average. If the budget is sufficient, it is still a place worth visiting!

Not only was it made of transparent glass, but the blind for the glass was actually *outside* the bathroom. This means someone in the room could easily pull back the curtain and see into the bathroom. Luckily, I was only staying with family this time. I can't imagine how awkward it would be for someone on a business trip to stay in a room like that!

Upon arriving at the Hyatt Regency Hengqin for check-in, Nicole immediately noticed our situation and prioritized the needs of my elderly relatives. She assisted us with a priority check-in and helped arrange a room closer to the elevator, reducing the need for them to walk long distances. She explained in detail the elder-friendly facilities in the room, such as the call device and bathroom grab bars, and informed us about the hotel's medical room and emergency assistance channels. She patiently explained the suitable light meals for seniors at breakfast and also pointed out the restaurant's accessible routes. Throughout our numerous questions and confirmations, she remained patient and never showed any sign of impatience. The hotel's overall facilities are comprehensive and very friendly to elderly guests. I was initially worried that traveling with elderly family members would be difficult, but Nicole's thoughtful and attentive service relieved a lot of our stress. Many thanks to Nicole, and I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Hengqin for families traveling with elderly loved ones.

This is my second consecutive three-night stay at InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort. This year, there was a minor unpleasant incident due to a discrepancy in information, but sometimes you need something to go wrong to truly test a hotel's service! A special thanks again to Emily for her excellent and genuine service! My schedule was very tight, so I usually arrived back at the hotel late at night or even early in the morning. On the last day, I decided to stay in and explore the hotel rather than going out. Regarding breakfast: I used to think hotel breakfasts were just about 'filling your stomach,' so I never bothered eating at the hotel, especially with many famous breakfast spots nearby. However, this time, I discovered that InterContinental Sanya's breakfast is absolutely worth every penny! Not only is there a wide variety, but most items are made to order! For instance, the preserved egg and lean pork congee has its shredded pork and other ingredients added and cooked on the spot! There were about four or five different types! The wontons are also freshly wrapped and cooked, and the taste is superb! The meat is incredibly springy! The bread and pastries are also outstanding, but unfortunately, my stomach can only hold so much. Next time, I'll definitely book a room with breakfast included! 🤣 I don't even need to mention the environment – the breakfast area, executive lounge, and swimming pool all offer almost 360-degree sea views! When the weather is good, it really brightens your mood. Facilities: The hotel gym equipment is all top-brand, very smooth, well-maintained, and extremely clean! Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel's culture. I noticed a row of small stalls near the front desk, initially thinking they were just hotel products. I stopped for a moment and found the first stall particularly charming. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was a charity project. I saved the details, planning to make a purchase to support it! My next stay at InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort will definitely be in the near future!

The biggest feeling this time was how hassle-free it was – there are shuttle buses in the park, just a phone call away, so you barely need to drive. I had seen reviews mentioning a lot of mosquitoes, but my actual experience was fine, not as exaggerated as I expected, so you can rest assured. The park activities are very rich; the fireflies and fishing are highly recommended. Breakfast is served until 2 PM, which is super friendly for families with kids – you can sleep in and still catch it. The rooms are not only clean but also very interesting, like being in Africa, with all the necessary parent-child items; if you need more, you can scan a QR code to request additional deliveries. Before check-in, the housekeeper proactively contacted us, registered our license plate, sent the location, and explained the activities – very detailed. During check-in, we met Uncle Chita in the lobby, who took great care of us these past two days. When we left, we specifically went to say goodbye, and he even prepared a gift for my child, which made the kid super happy. I highly recommend this parent-child hotel; we will definitely come again.

The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's close to Gongbei Port, about a 15-minute walk, or you can take a bus right outside for just two stops, making border crossing to Macao super easy. For Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I recommend taking a Didi (ride-sharing app), which costs around 30-40 yuan. We spent half a day strolling and digging in the sand by the beach, which was absolutely delightful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel-recommended traditional dim sum place was delicious. Plus, it's only a few minutes' drive to the high-speed train station and Zhuhai Airport terminal, making it perfect whether you're catching a train or a flight. The room layout is well-designed, spacious, and comfortable, and it even has a bathtub – a relaxing soak after a long day was wonderful. Planning a one-day trip to Zhuhai Chimelong, I checked into the hotel a day early and booked a shuttle for the next day, departing at 9 AM and arriving in about 45 minutes. Check-in was quick, and I even received a room upgrade. While the hotel's decor felt a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. There's only an outdoor pool, with the main pool being 1.5m-1.7m deep and a kids' pool at 0.6m. Amenities include a billiards room, game room, kids' play area, gym, and TCL washing machines. The lounge is quite minimalist, and breakfast was decent. Overall, it's a recommended stay, and I'd come back again!

This hotel had two standout positives: 1. **Excellent Location:** It's incredibly close to the beach. Downstairs, there are public buses to all the attractions, as well as tour buses. 2. **Great Convenience:** Staying here felt very convenient. They provided a full range of items, such as free rental of sand-digging tools, tape for sending packages, nail clippers, plastic slippers, and chargers – truly everything you could need. However, there were also two significant negatives: 1. **Cigarette Smoke in the Room:** When trying to sleep, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke around the bed. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault directly, but rather due to inconsiderate guests smoking in the room. The smoke had absorbed into the velvet headboard and carpet. This really highlights the need for the hotel to implement stricter management and clearly enforce a no-smoking policy in the rooms. 2. **Poor Soundproofing:** Late at night, I could constantly hear loud shouting, laughing, and yelling from the neighboring room. Again, this was due to encountering rude guests.

The room was a bit old-fashioned, so I didn't take any pictures. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor sections. Soaking in the outdoor springs with a sea view was really enjoyable. The resort's amusement park is quite large, but unfortunately, we encountered a typhoon and couldn't enjoy any of the rides. When we left the amusement park, it was still raining, and the resort thoughtfully arranged shuttle buses to take guests back to the hotel. The resort's pet park isn't small, and it's kept very clean with no strong odors. If you're unsure what to eat, you can try the buffet on the second floor of the hot spring area for 50 per person, which offers a good variety of food. The hotel's location is a bit remote, so if you want to drive out for food, it'll be quite a distance. I'd recommend just eating at the hotel; they have套餐 (set menus) that are quite good value.

The hotel's location is super easy to find, and we got free parking during our stay. It was so nice and convenient to just walk five minutes south from the hotel entrance to reach the beach. The room itself was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, perfectly meeting our family's needs. The lounge area in the room was great for playing cards. As for breakfast, it was plentiful, and this is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed at that served meat at breakfast – a big plus for me! The hotel lobby manager was incredibly helpful, quickly and thoughtfully addressing any concerns we had. Truly a reflection of the practical and friendly nature of Cantonese people. Even though it's an older five-star hotel, the service is beyond five-star, surpassing even InterContinental and St. Regis in my opinion. The handsome gentlemen in the lobby proactively helped elderly guests and children get in and out of cars, and everyone greeted us with a smile. The facilities aren't the most high-tech, but they have everything you need. The ability to control the air conditioning directly from the bedside is a great design feature, so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust it. The room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The gym is open 24 hours, and the kids' play area on the second floor is also great for passing the time on a rainy day. The breakfast was plentiful, the congee was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh and made to order. There's also a free shuttle service to and from Chimelong. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was our first time staying at this hotel for a family trip. The lobby design is very luxurious. When we checked in, Miss Wu at the front desk was smiling the entire time and provided excellent service. Seeing that we had two young children with us, she proactively upgraded our room and even specifically arranged a high-floor, non-smoking room for us, which felt very thoughtful and warm. The in-room service was also excellent; shortly after we entered our room, they immediately brought up two extra sets of amenities for the kids. A big thank you again to Miss Wu and to the warm service provided by the housekeeping team. The soundproofing in the room was fantastic; we slept very comfortably all night. The breakfast was also very abundant and filling. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai.

A fantastic choice for a stay in this part of Zhuhai! The location is great with a mall just 5 minutes away and plenty of eateries all around. The rooms are big and comfortable, offering a good breakfast along with round-the-clock ice cream and coffee. Nansha provided incredible service at the reception—she takes extra care of guests if you message her for any requirement, and the entire front desk staff is top-notch. My only real gripe is the excessive use of packaging; all towels and bathrobes are tightly wrapped in plastic bags, which causes major environmental pollution and detracts from an otherwise great experience. I think this is a good hotel. But it’s really out-of-the-way. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood though, so I like that it’s not noisy at night. I really like how comfortable the king size bed was. It’s pretty clean as well, but some of the furniture is old. There is a slight moldy smell  in the room because they gave me a smoker’s room.  I just slept with the window open. Overall, I think this is a good hotel, but I just prefer a more modern look.

Absolute five-star review! Choosing this hotel for a trip with kids was definitely the right decision. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, no strange odors, and enough space for the kids to run around. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so the kids slept soundly at night.
