I was very satisfied with the treatment at this luxurious facility. I received a 120-minute mix of Thai massage and aromatic herbal massage. The aromatic massage in particular was very relaxing, with the scent and warm pompom-like massage all over my body. This is a massage that I definitely want everyone to experience. I will definitely go back next time I visit Thailand.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was crowded with tourists, but since I had made a reservation in advance from Japan, I was seated right away.
I booked the Thai massage plan for two women and we were seated together in a private room.
The treatment itself was not painful and felt so good that I fell asleep. The two hours went by in a flash.
Everyone was kind and polite, and since there were many employees, I was glad that I didn't have to wait.

Thailand is a spa paradise, and Health Land is a very famous large SPA center in Thailand, with a total of 9 branches across Thailand. Most of them are concentrated in Bangkok, focusing on SPA treatments with health as the selling point. Asoke branches are the most convenient! Having a spa in the morning makes you feel energetic. I tried the special Indian head oil drip and Indian massage, which lasted for two and a half minutes and gave you a five-star experience.

I visited without a reservation, but I was called in immediately after checking in. Even if you don't understand Thai, they will respond in English. I booked a foot massage, but they also massaged my shoulders and arms. After the massage, I was given tea.

5/5
A very high-quality massage shop, it feels high-end. There is a reception to change into slippers, and there is a private basket for shoes. It has a private room and the environment is very clean. The children were given foot massages until they fell asleep. Since the foot massage is in a different location from the traditional Thai massage I had, the staff personally took her to the room to see me after the child was done.
The Thai masseur's gestures are good and strong enough. It hurts a bit, but I don't feel uncomfortable paying for it at all. After the massage, my body is relaxed and it's very straight.
It's just that the foot massage is more expensive than the small shop, the overall price is reasonable, and other items are similar to the small shop.

Thailand Massage #3: Sky Relax Massage Center at Bangkok’s Baiyoke Sky Hotel

Have you ever imagined the luxurious experience of enjoying a Thai massage while gazing out at Bangkok’s soaring skyline? On the 69th floor of the Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok, the Sky Relax Massage Center offers a wide range of treatments—Thai massage, herbal compress massage, foot massage, shoulder and neck massage, and more. The highlight is the floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can soak up breathtaking high-rise views as you indulge in ultimate relaxation to soothe your tired body and mind.
Thailand Massage #4: Let’s Relax

When it comes to Thai massage brands, you can’t forget Let’s Relax! With branches in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, and Hua Hin—plus spots inside major malls and five-star hotels—it’s easy to sneak in a massage wherever you’re exploring. It’s also one of the safest bets for first-timers trying Thai massage. Best of all, Let’s Relax uses its own line of aromatic essential oils, and after your session you’ll be treated to a complimentary serving of Thailand’s beloved dessert, mango sticky rice. Talk about generous!

The moment you step inside, the staff greet you with a chilled drink and a towel—perfect for calming sun-baked skin and restless moods after Thailand’s blazing heat. After your high-quality massage, you’ll be offered hot tea and a cup of fresh fruit, rounding out a luxurious, pampering experience from start to finish.
Thailand Massage #6: Bangkok Amaranth Spa & Massage

Amaranth Spa & Massage is a Thai massage and wellness spa conveniently located near the popular Terminal 21 shopping mall; the nearest BTS Skytrain station is Asok. In addition to classic Thai massage, they also offer traditional Korean body scrubs and Swedish aromatherapy oil massages—but many visitors actually come for their facial massage. During the treatment, therapists deep-clean your pores and remove blackheads, then nourish your skin with products made from natural ingredients like seaweed, egg yolk, honey, grains, and Korean herbs, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
Thailand Massage #7: DIVANA Spa

DIVANA DIVINE, once named by CNN as one of Bangkok’s top six Thai massage spots, has multiple locations across the city. Each feels like a unique private villa—some are tucked away in little gardens like hidden oases, while others feature tranquil, Zen-inspired Eastern design that makes you feel deeply calm the moment you step inside. Every treatment room is themed differently—think mystical Egypt, romantic Rome, or India with an exotic, vibrant flair—so even regulars discover something new with each visit. Blending ancient Eastern wisdom with modern massage therapies, this Bangkok brand uses natural ingredients to deliver a premium Thai massage experience.
Thailand Massage #8 One More Thai Massage

Image source: One More Thai official website
One More Thai is a relatively new Thai massage brand, with its flagship store right next to Chit Lom Station. Right beside it, there’s a One More Thai shop where you can rent traditional Thai outfits. Asia Herb Association, a beloved Bangkok massage brand that’s been around for over a decade, hands you a quick form so you can choose your preferred pressure—strong, medium, or gentle—and the areas you want to focus on, making sure the experience is tailored to you. Their signature is the herbal compress massage: therapists press heated bundles of herbs onto your body, slowly and methodically like a soothing stamp, delivering the blissful combo of a warm compress and a massage at the same time
Thailand Massage #10 Diora

“Jing Diora Spa,” with a total of four branches, is one of Bangkok’s well-known massage brands. True to its name, the interiors are thoughtfully designed to evoke a Zen ambiance, offering a refined, serene sense of elegance. The treatment menu is wonderfully diverse—Thai massage, aromatherapy oil massage, full-body exfoliation, herbal compress treatments, and more—though prices trend higher, making it a splurge-worthy choice for travelers who love a pampered, upscale experience.

I’ve recommended Diora to so many friends that I can’t even count! Very cozy environment and amazing masseuses. My go-to massage parlor in Bangkok! Would love it even more if the post-massage treat could be a bit bigger lolPrice: THB 900 for 90-min Thai massage (they so have spa / aromatic massage etc but I like sticking to the traditional Thai massage)

The staff were nice and professional there. The massage was very nice with reasonable prices and the place is very clean. Will go there again in future.

Thailand Massage #11 Makkha Health & Spa Thai Massage

Image source: Makkha Health Spa official website
This Chiang Mai–born Thai massage brand has opened multiple branches in Bangkok in recent years. The Sukhumvit 33 location is just a 5-minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong station and even offers a complimentary round-trip shuttle. Makkha Health Spa leans into a sleek, minimalist vibe and uses aromatherapy products from its in-house brand, Wan Waan. Beyond a wide range of massage treatments, there’s even a bathtub for a soothing soak, and after your session you can indulge in sweet bites like mango sticky rice.
Thailand Massage #12: Oasis Spa

Image source: Oasis Spa official website
As one of Bangkok’s top picks among luxury-loving spa-goers, Oasis Spa offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off from more than 20 hotels—and they’ll even reimburse your taxi fare if you choose to ride over! The city has two locations: OASIS SPA Sukhumvit 31 leans into a Western-style vibe, while OASIS SPA Sukhumvit 51 charms with a traditional design and a lotus pond in its central courtyard. Book a massage here and you’ll experience OASIS SPA’s own fragrance brand, KIN, which you can also purchase to bring home. Our top recommendation is Oasis Spa’s four-hand massage—two therapists working in perfect sync will have you feeling like you’ve been whisked straight to heaven on earth. Pure bliss!
Thailand Massage #13: HARNN Heritage Spa

Image source: HARNN Heritage Spa official website
Thailand’s famed fragrance brand HARNN also operates a spa, located upstairs in CentralWorld—perfect for shoppers who need a rejuvenating break. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be guided to a window-side sofa to sip a welcome drink while gazing out over Bangkok’s bustling city—the pampering begins the moment you sit down. Among the many treatments, the essential oil massage is the crowd favorite. Choose from ten distinctive scents, and with cozy private rooms and a gentle, meticulous touch, it’s easy to slow your pace and escape the city’s hustle.
Thailand Massage #14 HARNN Heritage Spa

SCape by HARNN Spa, a Thai massage brand from the renowned fragrance house HARNN, has three Bangkok locations, all set within the city’s must-visit shopping malls. With a sleek, minimalist design and a soft peach-coral palette, each space feels fresh and modern. The massage menu is rich and varied, and there are combination packages to choose from—but the essential oil massage is the clear standout.
Thailand Massage #15 Urban Retreat Spa

Photo credit: Urban Retreat Spa’s official website
Urban Retreat sits right next to BTS Asok Station in Bangkok and is conveniently connected to Terminal 21 by a skybridge. After shopping until your feet ache, you can hop across for a soothing foot massage anytime—pretty much the perfect plan for travelers who love to shop! The space is simple and tidy; while it doesn’t have the lavish vibe of luxury spa brands, the massage quality is still impressively high. It’s a great-value massage pick in Bangkok!

My wife and I stayed two nights on our last trip when we were leaving Thailand, the location was great not very busy and close to the metro, within walking distance to many hotels and restaurants, the room was big enough for the two of us, the beds were comfortable and we both had two pillows which we liked, the gym was well equipped for my exercise routine and after I swam so it was perfect, we opted for the breakfast and we did not regret it there was a wide variety Chinese, European, Halal, Indian and Vegetarian options too, I would stay here again when I visit Bangkok again because the staff was very friendly and welcoming.From$76

Chidlom Bangkok|2.5km from city center
I felt like I was being treated differently. Aside from the young lady who checked me in, everyone else, especially another staff member, had a really bad attitude. It seemed like the hotel caters mostly to white guests, judging by its British decor. They only emptied the trash in my room, no actual cleaning. I brought my own towel, but used one of the hotel's to dry my hair. When I asked for a replacement, I got an old, dirty-looking one that clearly showed its age and couldn't be washed clean. The one initially provided when I checked in was brand new and good quality. I even took comparison photos. If they don't want to host Chinese guests, they shouldn't accept bookings. There's no need for this kind of behavior. I would have been fine if all the towels were old and dirty from the start, but not for them to replace a good one with a noticeably worse one.From$128

Facilities were complete, but the room's blinds weren't very good at blocking out light. I was woken up by the sun around 7 AM.
Cleanliness: Very clean. Housekeeping came to tidy up every day. The water quality was excellent; I used a filtered shower head and noticed it barely got dirty.
I spent most of my time at the hotel and ordered room service for several meals. The prices weren't expensive, but the food tasted very mediocre, almost like it was pre-made. Other than that, everything else was good.From$89

I would recommend this hotel for its amazing and high quality service. The room was completely packed and clean. The staff are amazing and very polite and friendly, very welcoming and helpful every time. The room we booked is bigger that I thought. The price is cheap and the pool is very nice. Although our room is a bit far from the entrance, I would say my family enjoyed staying here. We really liked this hotel very much. Except for the good check-in service, the location of the hotel is fine if you like tranquil accommodation in a hustle city. It’s convenient to take bus or online hailing services to get to your destination from this hotel. The gym is good enough for cardio training but heavy weighting. A minor thing needed to be improved is you have to be patient to wait room service for a short period of time. All in all, it’s still worth spending to this safe place for a vocation.From$42

I chose this hotel for my nephew’s first overseas trip to celebrate his secondary school graduation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
Location: The location is fantastic—perfect for shopping, enjoying late-night meals, exploring nearby night markets, and conveniently accessing the airport via public transportation.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Importantly, there were no bugs at all, which was a top priority for me. Towels were refreshed daily, which I really appreciated.
Facilities & Amenities: The hotel was incredibly thoughtful with its offerings. Complimentary bottled water was provided both in the fridge and on the desk. In addition, they replenished items like coke, tea, coffee, and even cup noodles every day. Everything was neatly arranged and showed great attention to detail.
Breakfast: There was a wide variety of options, including delicious traditional Thai dishes, which I really enjoyed. Even my nephew, who is quite a picky eater, was able to find plenty of food he liked.
Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

I frequently stayed at Asia Hotel and it has been 4 times within 10 months.
Location is excellent and directly connected to Ratchathewi BTS. 7/11 is just downstairs. Easily accessible to local food vendors and Thai massage.
The hotel rooms are a bit old, but you can still manage to stay here unless you are allergic to these flaws.
Staffs are very friendly and willing to help especially security guards and housekeepers. But, I found out that some receptionists are kind of rude and very straightforward. They need to be well trained to improve their services I guess.

Overall, the stay was excellent, with the housekeeping staff and concierge staff performing particularly well: the housekeeping work was meticulous and thorough, leaving guest rooms and public areas spotless; the greeters were warm and courteous, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage, providing attentive and thoughtful service, demonstrating high professionalism and deserving recognition and commendation.
However, the bar service was somewhat lacking, exhibiting insufficient initiative, slow response times, and incomplete service procedures. The accompanying services did not match the hotel's overall standards, requiring further training to enhance service awareness and professionalism.

Pratunam Market Bangkok|3.41km from city center
Every year we visit Bangkok to pay respects at the Erawan Shrine, and this time we decided to try the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, despite its mixed reviews online. I was a bit apprehensive, but honestly, my only thought after staying there was – why didn't I come sooner!
1) Service and Check-in: The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, and check-in was quick. After checking in, they not only gave us a fruit cocktail voucher for the 83rd floor but also an ice cream coupon for the kids, which was a really thoughtful touch.
2) Room Experience: We stayed on the 55th floor in a room with a 1.8-meter king bed and a 1.3-meter single bed. The room was very spacious. Although it's an older hotel, and the facilities show their age, the room was very clean. Besides a refrigerator, it also had a bathtub for the kids to play in, but the best part was undoubtedly the breathtaking, unobstructed Bangkok city view.
3) Breakfast and High-Altitude Experience: During our stay, we had all our meals at the restaurant on the 83rd floor. The food selection was incredibly rich and varied. The restaurant staff were not only very friendly but also quick to replenish dishes. Plus, with our room key, we could access the 360-degree revolving viewpoint on the 84th floor for free, both day and night, offering panoramic views, including the Chao Phraya River in the distance. The view was absolutely stunning.
4) Surroundings and Night Market: Right downstairs from the hotel is Pratunam Market, Bangkok's largest wholesale center, and next door, Platinum Fashion Mall boasts over 2,000 shops. The Pratunam Night Market is also right beside the hotel, offering endless browsing for days. Just a left turn downstairs, you'll find massage parlors, a 7-Eleven, and various restaurants. Central World and Big C are also only about a 15-minute walk away. The only minor drawback is that the street downstairs can be a bit chaotic, a stark contrast to the hotel, but its convenience and lively atmosphere make up for it. I personally love this authentic local vibe.
5) Transportation Convenience: It's a 5-10 minute walk to Ratchaprarop Station on the Airport Rail Link, which takes you directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport in 25 minutes. One stop further to Phaya Thai makes it convenient to transfer to the BTS Green Line. If you want to avoid crowded subways or BTS during peak hours, it’s also easy to hail a taxi using Grab or Bolt right outside.
In summary, while Baiyoke Sky Hotel is an older establishment, it has been renovated, and our stay was excellent. Next time we're in Bangkok, we'll definitely be back to stay here again!From$48

Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience.
The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city.
However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for.
One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day.
The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting.
Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.From$190

The hotel's location is excellent. Although it's a 10-minute walk from the subway station, they offer a free shuttle service. In the mornings, you can get a ride to the subway station or hospital anytime before 12 PM. In the afternoons, the shuttle runs every half hour and can also pick you up from Thong Lo station and bring you back to the hotel. The front office staff were extremely helpful and professional 🙌. I had a midnight flight and requested a late check-out. Me and my husband couldn’t be more satisfied with this hotel. We booked 5 nights but only spent 4 nights as our flight going back to Philippines is like 9:30 at night and we just want to make things hassle free for us without rushing to checkout (12.00 in the afternoon).
Everything we need and expected are met. From the amenities, breakfast and dinner all in. Worth the price we paid. They also have free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 near their lobby. Aside from that, we appreciate their FREE tuktuk ride going to nearby areas(big c, platinum mall, central world, etc), and it is 24/7 as well drop off and pickup on the areas where they dropped you. You do not need to worry about booking your grab as well when you go to the airport as the hotel has recommendations for that.
We will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Also how can I forget, they offer thai costume photoshoot for FREE. Mild and Som are so nice and always there to help you put up the costume and jewelries.

Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort was a perfect vacation experience. The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, offering fantastic views. My fourth time staying at Evergreen Place, this time with my family.. first time booked a 2 bedroom suite and its adequately spaced for me and my family. All essentials and amenities was available. Contacted front desk again to see which rooms available and was offered a room one floor above us. After packing our things, front desk dispatched bell boy to assist us. We had a nice experience here! Compliments especially to the friendly doorman — he left such an impression on me because he greeted us so enthusiastically every day.
Check-in was quick and easy.
Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower hot with good water pressure, and they had actual conditioner. WiFi was fast, and housekeeping was thorough every day and kept replacing our amenities even though we didn’t need it, lol. Plus we had a great view of the amazing city view nearby. So beautiful!
Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the Nana BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really. This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Nana because it’s closer to all of the places. There is also a small night market nearby, both of the food and the flesh variety, though the latter is easily avoidable if you wish (it’s not seedy tho). To be honest, the night market felt really touristy and the options were quite limited. There were also a loooot of malls and massage places in the vicinity, of all varieties and price points.From$104

I stayed at the Banyan Tree Lijiang back in 2013 and thought it was excellent quality with a great ambiance. This is my third visit to Bangkok, and overall, this hotel is still quite good. I've previously stayed at the Westin and Conrad. I specifically chose this hotel this time for its rooftop bar. The service was very good. They charged a 3000 THB deposit, and since we were only staying one night, we paid in cash. You have to walk a bit from the hotel entrance to find a 7-Eleven. The environment is nice, and I really liked the jasmine-scented toiletries. The breakfast quality was decent, not a huge selection, but enough to eat well and feel full. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, gym, or spa.From$178

This stay at a five-star hotel in Bangkok was honestly such an unforgettable experience for us. We were visiting to celebrate our anniversary, and since we’re both pretty introverted, we didn’t mention anything special when making the reservation.
When we checked in today, the staff kindly asked about the purpose of our trip, and my husband mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff truly went above and beyond to prepare such an amazing surprise for us. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite on the 47th floor with a huge living room and an incredible night view of Bangkok.
When we came back from sightseeing later that day, we were completely overwhelmed by how thoughtful everything was. The room was filled with surprises and lovely details — delicious chocolates, champagne, roses, and even two swans folded from towels. We were deeply touched and honestly felt so emotional. It made our anniversary trip even more special and memorable.From$181

Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You for Another Wonderful Birthday Stay
Dear General Manager and the Shangri-La Team,
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.
Every year in May, we visit Bangkok to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We have now chosen your hotel twice before, and this year’s stay has once again exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for your warm hospitality. We were truly touched that you prepared a birthday cake for my husband – it made his celebration even more special. We also greatly appreciated your kindness in granting us a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which allowed us to enjoy a more relaxed departure.
The breakfast during our stay was of excellent quality, and the room was maintained to a very high standard. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay comfortable and memorable.
Without a doubt, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok will always be our first choice for future visits. We are already looking forward to returning next May.
With warmest thanks and best regards,
Tam Wai Ming ChrisFrom$195

This hotel has been around for many years, so some of the facilities are showing their age, but they're still well-maintained. The service attitude is also pretty good. However, to be honest, the facilities are simply too old.
Service: Very good
Facilities: Although well-maintained, they are genuinely old.
Environment: Very convenient for finding food near the city center.

Arrived at Bangkok airport late at night and the taxi to the hotel only cost 300 THB (used a Bolt voucher). Stayed at the hotel for three nights; it was clean and hygienic. The first night was a bit noisy, probably because it's close to a main road, but I got used to it over the next two or three days. The location in Khlong Toei district is a bit far from the city center (like Siam), but it's very convenient if you buy a BTS one-day pass. There's a fresh market nearby that locals frequent; I bought mangosteens, durians, dragon fruits, papayas, etc. – all for less than half the usual price, highly recommend!From$36

Mercure is my families most favorite hotel. We’ve been there roughly 10 times. It is our go to spot. This time around we were shocked that one of the employees was very rude. Her name was KATE! She gave me an extremely hard time at checkout I was a few minutes late and had my two little children with me and she felt the need to remind me 8 times while I was checking out. In the future I will definitely deal with a different person and she almost had me choose another hotel on our way back. Horrible customer service by KATE! I will be contacting Mercure headquarters being that I have stayed at 23 of their locations. Other than that our stay was amazing.From$71

Greeted by friendly staff at the reception upon arrival. As we arrived too early, we were allowed to leave our luggages at the front desk.
Day to day cleaning was good, service was efficient and excellent when facing any technical fault.
Overall good stay and nice location.From$30

This was my first time staying here, and everything was excellent. One thing I especially want to praise is how clean and quiet the room was. I slept very comfortably. The room was spacious, and considering the price I paid, it was great value for money. There are several restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Even the housekeeping staff were very polite and kind to me.From$18

It's Thailand! The hotel is right next to Patpong and King Power MahaNakhon. When I checked in, the Thai lady at the front desk spoke a little Chinese and even asked me in Chinese if they were pretty. I took a closer look and, sure enough, one of them was very sweet and had a lovely smile. I felt quite excited and thrilled! Overall, the hotel's service and environment are good.From$70
