The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.

-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.

-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.

LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.

I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.

I love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences.
What I liked:
Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options.
What I didn’t like:
Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly.
Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place.
When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that.
The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.FromINR 11,769

We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages.
Pros :
1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime.
2. The room was clean and the view was stunning.
3. The room has a small place for room service.
Cons :
1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though.
2. Location is a little far from the main street.

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it.
