Booked the family room with an adjoining kids' room. The room was quite spacious, and the night view of the Macau Tower from the sea-facing window was beautiful. They even gave us three delicious egg tarts! The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way, and the uphill walk can be tiring. However, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This was my first time staying at your hotel, and I'd like to thank Mark for arranging the room. The dinner buffet was rich and delicious, and the breakfast buffet was even better! It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't visit many places. I'll definitely book Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 again next time.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It's right next to the Sands Hotel; you can take the Sands shuttle from Gongbei Port, and after getting off, the hotel's back entrance is just across the road. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Macao Science Center. If you want to explore the city center, public transport is convenient; to get to The Venetian, you can take a shuttle from the Sands Hotel. The hotel has a lovely Portuguese flair, with a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms remind me of the Royal Park Hotel in Hong Kong. The front desk staff were very polite, attentive, and warm. Seeing that I was traveling alone with my child, they proactively asked if I needed a king or twin beds and checked for available rooms for early check-in. When I needed extra water or pillows, housekeeping responded very quickly. The restaurant service was also great, with a nice Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. Breakfast was busy, requiring a short wait, and the dishes were more Western, but my child said the bread and pastries were delicious, and there was a good selection of juices. The lobby staff were also excellent; they proactively opened doors for guests and even gently reminded children not to run in the lobby. The only thing I think could be improved is that the mattress and pillows are a bit too soft.

Facilities: The hotel lobby and elevators all have a pleasant, high-end fragrance. The hotel's transportation is convenient with a shuttle bus service, and it's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Cleanliness: Meets the standards for the hotel's price; it is indeed very clean. Environment: The Broadway style is noticeable as soon as you enter the hotel. StarWorld and Broadway Macau are connected, making the hotel a one-stop destination for shopping, a water park, a Ferris wheel, dining, and even a concert venue. It's perfect for families with children who want to stay and play within the hotel for a few days. Service: Housekeeping is prompt every day, and the service is very timely and enthusiastic.

People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

Located in the heart of Chongwenmen, this hotel offers direct access to subway lines 2 and 5, making it incredibly convenient for reaching Beijing Railway Station and major commercial districts. The hotel boasts a rich heritage with a grand and elegant lobby. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom facilities are excellent, with hot spring amenities that really help unwind after a long journey. The hotel also features a well-equipped restaurant and gym, and the breakfast is genuinely authentic. The front desk staff is efficient and responsive, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. For business travelers, this hotel perfectly balances convenience and comfort. A reputable four-star hotel that truly lives up to its name.

The hotel has a nice and friendly old Charme. It was built in 2008. So it's a new hotel built with old style. The rooms have been clean. The service was friendly. The area is great, close to the main shopping street and tourist attractions. Anyhow the interior has reached some age. Carpets show colorized spots, the swimming pool missing tils. And during a heavy July rain parts of the front roof parted.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wangfujing. There are many snack shops, restaurants and a few hair salons next to and in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with hailing a taxi and showing us how to get to the various attractions. The hotel even provided a small map to guide us on foot to and from the Palace Museum. Very special is this hotel very family friendly, the have connecting room for the family to stay in, for us, we can take care of our girls without open the door and go to another room. The daily housekeeping was very thorough. The female housekeeper responsible for our rooms 715 and 716 was particularly friendly, attentive, and responsible. My daughter accidentally spilled soy milk on the carpet and bed; I informed her, and she promised to handle it. When we returned to the room that evening, the carpet and bed were spotless, without any smell or stains. We were very satisfied with the hotel's service. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Beijing again.

Staying at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wangfujing for my Beijing Forbidden City photoshoot was the perfect choice! The location is unbeatable, right on Wangfujing Street, with direct walking access to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It's also super close to the Wangfu Century Ancient Style Makeup Studio, so after getting my Qing or Ming dynasty look done, I could head straight into the park for photos – everything flowed incredibly smoothly. The hotel was exceptionally generous with complimentary bottled water; I've stayed in countless hotels and never seen so much provided, so I didn't need to bring any of my own. The lobby amenities were thoughtful and complete, with a 24-hour self-service coffee machine and even building blocks for kids. It really maximized comfort for traveling with elderly family members and children. This is definitely my top choice for travel and photography trips!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the New World Department Store building, with Chongmun Station on Subway Line 5 just downstairs. There are numerous large shopping malls nearby, lots of great restaurants, and it's convenient to get anywhere. The room's cleanliness was also very good. I particularly liked their hairdryer; it's very powerful, which is great for people with long hair. The only thing I was unhappy with was their internet 🛜 – it's really bad and often disconnects, especially in the bathroom. As soon as you enter, the Wi-Fi drops. I hope they can switch to a better network provider. Everything else deserves five stars!

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly attentive, without feeling at all perfunctory. Check-in was quick upon arrival, and they proactively informed me about all the hotel's amenities. The staff had excellent professionalism, being friendly without being overly intrusive. The check-out process was simple and efficient. When I accidentally left a small item behind, they called me immediately and even helped mail it to me. Their handling of the situation was thorough and thoughtful, showing great care in the details. My entire stay was particularly comfortable. They could even help receive express deliveries for luggage and deliver them to the room, which saved a lot of hassle and time and effort. The hotel environment is decent, clean enough, but nothing to write home about. Its biggest advantage is the excellent location; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it super convenient for commuting and sightseeing. However, the breakfast experience was really poor – limited variety, mediocre taste, and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel for the breakfast.

I've stayed at the Aviator Hotel Beijing for multiple business trips to Sanyuanqiao, and it's always my go-to choice. What impresses me most are the exceptionally well-maintained facilities and the excellent front desk service, especially from Heyao and Linyan. It's an older five-star hotel, but they do an outstanding job with upkeep. The rooms are very spacious, the water pressure is stable, and you get hot water instantly without having to let it run. There are plenty of power outlets and USB ports conveniently located by the bed and desk. The curtains offer great light blocking. The mattress and bedding are high quality, and they offer two types of down pillows (soft and firm). The central air conditioning maintains a very precise temperature, so it's never too hot or too cold. Plus, there's ample parking. The overall facilities are mature and reliable, built with solid materials. Both the in-room amenities and the public recreational facilities far exceed those of other hotels in the same price range and location. I can't find a single fault with the hardware; it's truly the top choice for business travelers.

Changping Town/Shisanling Resort Beijing|40.96km from city center
This is our third time staying at Marriott Beijing Changping, and this time we opted for the 'Flying House' themed family room. The room features a bunk bed with a slide, which completely captivated our child, keeping them entertained for a long time. The room is well-equipped with children's amenities, including a baby toilet seat, a step stool, toiletries, and bathrobes. The only downsides are some safety concerns: the stone edges of the indoor hot tub are very sharp and lack corner protectors, and the upper bunk's guardrail is quite low, requiring parents to closely supervise their children. The hot spring area offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pools, all clean, with different depths, slides, and ball pits. The water temperature is perfect for kids, satisfying their desire to play in the water. The indoor kids' play area feels a bit old, with many damaged soft mats on the floor. There were no staff members supervising or assisting during playtime, so parents with young children should definitely accompany and watch them closely. The hotel is conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza, which has plenty of dining options and children's entertainment.

Badaling Great Wall/Badaling Wildlife Park Beijing|56.95km from city center
Finally checked into the Commune by the Great Wall, a Hyatt Centric property – specifically, the Bamboo House. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, so I'm sharing an honest review for anyone considering a visit. The exterior features tightly packed natural bamboo poles, complemented by a black sloping roof. Walking along the forest path, you can see the building softly blending into the mountains and woods from a distance, without appearing out of place at all. The most stunning feature is the independent outdoor bamboo tea room. Bamboo columns enclose a semi-transparent space with white sand covering the ground. Through the bamboo gaps, you can gaze at the mountains and forest. Sitting quietly and enjoying tea here creates an incredibly atmospheric experience, perfect for photos. The public areas boast large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the green trees outside like natural landscape paintings. During the day, light and shadows filter into the rooms through the bamboo poles, creating ever-changing scenery. Practical Tips for Your Stay: 1. The room offers excellent privacy. It's a standalone building surrounded by dense trees, away from the hustle and bustle of public areas. It's ideal for those seeking quiet relaxation, couples on a getaway, or small gatherings of friends. 2. The building materials are natural bamboo, so there's a natural bamboo and wood scent. If you're sensitive to slight color variations or textures in natural materials, please be aware of this beforehand. The gaps in the bamboo create a soft, translucent feel; if you require ultimate privacy, simply pull down the indoor blackout blinds. 3. The hotel is located in a valley, so the temperature difference between morning/evening and daytime is greater than in the city. Remember to bring a light jacket if you plan to sit in the outdoor tea room in the evening. 4. The resort grounds are very large. I recommend driving in, as walking to and from the restaurant can be quite far. For dining, you can choose the hotel's restaurant or bring your own snacks and enjoy them in the outdoor tea room. Areas for Improvement: When I checked in, the room had just been cleaned, and there was still water on the floor, suggesting a rushed and less-than-thorough cleaning. The 'Old Beijing style' afternoon tea, which looked great for photos in the lobby, consisted of pre-bought items of generally mediocre quality.

Miyun reservoir Beijing|70.35km from city center
Pros: 1. The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering fresh air and truly beautiful surroundings. It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, and the hotel's decor and maintenance are quite good. Our butler, Bella, was incredibly meticulous and thoughtful, taking care of every little detail. She met all our needs, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. 2. There's a wide array of facilities and activities, including a mountainside hot spring, indoor pool, Hatha yoga, singing bowl therapy, a gym, and a kids' club. It's perfect for families, and the kids' club is large and newly renovated – it just reopened in May. It's definitely more fun than the kids' clubs at other hotels I've visited. Plus, children aged 4 and up can be supervised for free, which made my little one super happy! 3. The room key card came with a park map, showing hiking trails. There's an easy 5-kilometer mountain boardwalk, perfect for families, where you can visit the Eight Planets viewing platforms. 4. The breakfast was impressive! They had steaks, lamb chops, and a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. However, the cured meats were generally a bit too salty. Cons: 1. For a 5-star hotel, there was no safe in the room. 2. While there's an abundance of kids' activities, most of them come with a fee. 3. Since the kids' club was newly renovated, the smell was quite strong, making my eyes and throat uncomfortable. Overall, we were still very satisfied. I imagine it would be even more atmospheric to visit in winter for the hot springs, though I expect it would be extremely crowded.

We booked a family-themed package that included daily hot spring passes for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast, one full buffet meal, and late-night snacks. The hot springs are very distinctive, especially the fish therapy and ******* medicine pools. They even provide face masks and hot compresses. The food selection is incredibly rich, with a seafood theme, and the cold drinks feature Häagen-Dazs. The second and fifth floors offer numerous family-friendly activities like go-karts, bowling, billiards, hopscotch, and a petting zoo – you'd need more than a day to try everything. The hot springs also offer overnight packages, with a variety of spacious and uniquely designed pods on the second floor and B1, offering excellent value for money. The biggest surprise this time was the 'pet companionship' service in the room. We were lucky enough to meet the adorable Ragdoll cat, Qiuqiu, who spent an unforgettable hour with our children. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and we'll definitely return if we get the chance!

It was freezing outside in winter, but super warm inside – I felt like I could wear a T-shirt, the air conditioning was excellent. The service was generally great. My child threw a beanbag up onto the ceiling, which was about three or four meters high, and the hotel staff even managed to get it down for us. I'm very grateful for that. I deducted 0.5 points for service because the front desk staff seemed clueless; when I asked where to feed the alpacas, they said they didn't know and that it was handled by the hot springs area, implying it wasn't under their management. They mentioned the hot springs and entertainment were outsourced. However, we found the alpacas just a short distance outside the hotel lobby entrance, along with geese, ducks, and chickens. There were three large and two small alpacas, and they were adorable. Do bring them some carrots and greens; they looked quite hungry. For breakfast, go early, before 8 AM, as it's very abundant. If you go later, you'll miss out on the delicious cream cakes. Dinner was a buffet due to New Year's, and the seafood was quite fresh for the hotpot. The hot springs were a bit crowded, but the kids had a good time, mostly hitting each other with ocean balls. There weren't many indoor hot spring pools, making it a bit cramped. The temperatures were all high, but it was very clean. They said there were outdoor pools too, but we didn't go as it was too cold.

As a star-rated hotel, the sense of luxury is absolutely top-notch, and the experience was fantastic. The location truly deserves praise; it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. You can walk to Metro Lines 5 and 1, making travel completely effortless. Just 50 meters to the left from the hotel entrance, there's a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options that it's hard to choose. All your shopping and eating needs are easily met~ The room was an even bigger surprise. It was exceptionally spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window offered an excellent view; lying down and admiring the scenery was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were also comprehensive, and the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable. I slept like a baby, straight through till morning – the relaxation was first-class. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. There was a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of choices, making every morning meal very satisfying. The staff were consistently warm and polite, always thinking of the guests, and their service was incredibly thoughtful. They definitely deserve a big thumbs up! I had such a pleasant stay these past few days. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit~

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure. It truly delivers a five-star experience in every aspect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage, situated right in the heart of the Guomao CBD, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers. However, I'm not sure what event Mercedes-Benz was hosting, but the lobby area on the first floor was swarming with their staff, making it impossible to find a seat on the sofas. It was very crowded and made waiting for a taxi a terrible experience. The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym, a heated swimming pool, and even a kids' play area, offering a wide range of recreational facilities. In summary, if you're traveling for business and prioritize location, this hotel is a good choice. However, there's still significant room for improvement in terms of hardware and service.

I stayed at the Kempinski for a local getaway, and overall it was a great experience. On the day I checked in, the male manager at the front desk even upgraded my room! The in-room facilities are quite new, apparently recently renovated. For its location in Beijing, it offers excellent value for money. The bed was also a super king-size, 2 meters wide, and very comfortable to sleep on. The next day, I came back late after running errands, and the hotel was kind enough to extend my check-out time. The hotel also has a brewery and a very famous bakery. If you pay a deposit upon check-in, you can enjoy discounts there. I ate a lot of bread and cakes over these two days, and it was also very pleasant to have a drink at the brewery in the evening! The overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I frequently stay at this hotel, but this time was a huge disappointment. The front desk staff who checked me in made the whole experience very unpleasant. First, parking costs money, up to 80 yuan. Second, they still require a deposit – seriously, who still does that these days? Third, you have to go down to pick up your own food deliveries. Fourth, there wasn't enough hot water. And finally, the soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear conversations from the next room.

Five-star review! I stayed at the Sofitel Beijing Central for four consecutive days, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The location is excellent, close to Jianguomen subway station, making it very convenient to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested very well. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was prompt and responsive; communication was smooth whenever I had a request. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained. Traveling with children, staying here made getting around and sightseeing worry-free and convenient. It's a great choice for exploring urban Beijing, especially since the young lady at the Chance hotel front desk upgraded our room for free and gave us a breakfast voucher for one adult and two children for one day, considering our late arrival. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing – it truly exceeded my expectations!

Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Amenities: They have an air purifier and a bathtub where you can enjoy a bath with a city view. At night, you can also watch movies as there are many free films available on the TV. Service: I booked a week in advance and requested a high-floor room with the front desk. When I checked in early, there wasn't an available room yet, so I left my luggage there. When I checked in later that afternoon, the front desk provided service with a smile throughout. We were three people, and I had booked two breakfasts, but the front desk kindly gave us an extra one. Surroundings: It's about a seven-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao Metro Station, so transportation is convenient. Due to a tight schedule, I didn't have time to take photos.

The room is a compact, drive-in style with a well-thought-out layout. The dry area of the bathroom is a bit cramped, barely okay for a single person. The lounge chair is a bit awkward as you can only sit upright in it. The desk, however, is large enough, making it suitable for business trips. The location is excellent, with views of CCTV and close proximity to China World Mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Line 1 isn't too far either, making it convenient for exploring Chang'an Avenue. The breakfast offers a decent variety, though nothing particularly memorable. The juicer is a nice touch, allowing you to choose fruits for your own custom juice blend.

Halfway through my trip, I rarely write reviews, but the Rosewood Beijing truly exceeded my expectations. Initially, I had only planned to stay for one night, but I ended up extending it to three nights! Here’s why: 1. The service was incredibly attentive. From check-in to room amenities and the hotel's comprehensive facilities, including the tranquil executive lounge, it’s an ideal choice for a summer family trip. Despite a few minor hiccups, Pauling's thoughtful arrangements truly highlighted the Rosewood's brand charm. My top choices for Beijing used to be the Mandarin Oriental, The Peninsula, or the Four Seasons, but now I’m definitely a Rosewood convert. 2. I particularly loved the 6th-floor wellness area. The pool and gym are separated, and the interplay of sunlight and water reflections is both beautiful and relaxing. The gym is spacious with diverse equipment. One afternoon, I even coincidentally saw a top-tier Chinese celebrity discreetly working out there. 3. The aesthetic design is excellent. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the attention to detail in its maintenance is evident. Having stayed in many luxury hotels in Beijing, the Rosewood consistently earns my trust across all aspects. Special thanks again to Pauling, Jessi from the executive lounge, and Betty from the lobby. I look forward to my next stay!

I arrived a bit early on check-in day and my room wasn't ready yet. However, after speaking with the front desk, they kindly upgraded me to an executive floor room for free! A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff for their warm service! The room facilities and hotel amenities are excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, right in Beijing's core business district, Sanlitun, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room view was beautiful, and the night view was truly stunning! The hotel staff were all incredibly welcoming. The doormen provided excellent service to every guest, really showcasing the hospitality of Beijing's residents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing – it's absolutely fantastic!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I happened to check in on my birthday, and I was so touched by how thoughtful the hotel was. 1. **Surprise Upgrade**: When the front desk staff (they/them) found out it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room. That feeling of being quietly looked after was simply wonderful. 2. **Personal Touch**: The room was decorated for my birthday, and the handwritten card really stood out. The handwriting was neat and sincere, completely unlike a generic printed template. It instantly made me feel a sense of belonging. 3. **Flawless Service**: From check-in at the front desk to the concierge's guidance, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and professional. Their warmth and expertise made me feel so welcome. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the soft skills in their service are also impeccable. Thank you for giving me such a memorable birthday. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My child chose this hotel for their college entrance exam because of its proximity to Luhe High School. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel's service throughout the exam period. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even delivering takeout directly to our room. The cleaning staff were also very thoughtful. The hotel also offered a refrigerator for storing items, and ice was provided for cold drinks. The freshly ground coffee from the front desk was also very fragrant and refreshing. Most of the guests during the exam period were students and parents, and the environment was very quiet, which was conducive to students studying and resting.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing was absolutely perfect, earning a full five-star review! I experienced both the main building and the traditional courtyard rooms. The location is superb, right next to Wangfujing and within walking distance to the Forbidden City, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's design is truly unique and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the amenities are high-quality and smell wonderful – every detail shows great care. Our butler, Willow, provided attentive and thoughtful service; she was warm, polite, and perfectly balanced, never being intrusive. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both authentic Beijing specialties and delicious Western options. The afternoon tea was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. This is definitely the top luxury hotel to stay at when visiting Beijing. Highly recommended!
