I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

Having stayed at a few Four Seasons hotels, this one in Shenzhen didn't quite meet the brand standards I've come to expect. It's definitely an older hotel; nearly all the countertops and table edges in the room were uneven. The only place to find tissue paper in the entire room was by the sink, and the mirror was quite oxidized and blackened. There were no welcome fruits either. These aren't huge issues, but the main problem was cleanliness. On the cabinet wall next to the hangers, there was a large area of a sticky substance, like unremoved glue. Inside the wardrobe, you could feel a noticeable grittiness, like un-wiped dust, which made me hesitant to hang my intimate apparel. The spout of the kettle for boiling water was already green... These kinds of issues just shouldn't be present in a Four Seasons hotel. On the positive side, the front desk service was very warm and friendly, and the buffet environment was excellent. I hope the hotel considers a renovation.

The male staff at the fitness center were very enthusiastic and provided professional and thorough guidance. But the changing room cleaner, an old man, would work right next to you, silently trying to shoo you away, and when asked a question, his tone was sarcastic… My companion mentioned that the female attendants were bad, ignoring her and chatting/playing on their phones nearby. I also observed the same situation during my visit 😅. The afternoon tea at the lounge was quite sparse (though it seemed better for foreigners**), but the evening service and food quality were excellent and attentive. Overall, if I hadn't been unable to book at Dongwan, I wouldn't have bothered going here. Every staff member at breakfast was professional, thumbs up. Some facilities in the executive room were showing their age; the minibar had a rusty smell 😂, likely due to prolonged disuse without replacement, but the room attendant was still enthusiastic. The hallway carpet was old, and the air freshener had an unsettling, somewhat rancid smell. Overall, for 5k a night, it felt worse than some 2k-3k-a-night hotels. To an NPC, this is the most disappointing fan I've ever stayed at. Now I understand why my boss specifically said not to sign a contract with this place.

I recently stayed in the Luxury King Room at YingShe Light Luxury S Hotel, and the overall experience was fantastic! The room is spacious, featuring a minimalist yet luxurious design with great attention to detail. It was impeccably clean, and the delivery robot was very convenient. The hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of Sea World, and is very close to K11 and the Shekou Cruise Center. After finishing work in the evening, I enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the seaside boardwalk. The surrounding area offers a complete range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, yet the environment remains quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for both business trips and vacations!

An amazing vacation experience!! I'm a loyal Hyatt fan and previously loved staying at Hyatt Centric. I always find Hyatt's food excellent and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I was inspired to visit Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian after seeing a blogger's video of the sunrise there. I decided to stay for my birthday, and the hotel arranged a room upgrade, a birthday cake, and birthday decorations. Special thanks to the two front desk ladies, Dai Yongjun and Chang Xiwen, and the Director of Rooms, Zhuo Wei. Even during the busy Golden Week, the hotel's service, dining, and cleanliness were exceptionally well-organized, with no sense of overcrowding or chaos. This speaks to their highly effective hotel management. This vacation met and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, the Executive Lounge dinner was tasty, the cake was good, and even the free-range chicken from room service was delicious. I'll definitely consider coming back for a weekend getaway. Being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the hotel was wonderful. The weather wasn't ideal for a sunrise glow this time, but I did manage to capture a beam of light hitting the ocean. Wishing everyone happiness and joy!!

The hotel is located right opposite the Window of the World, inside Yitian Holiday Plaza, and is right next to the subway station, making transportation and dining extremely convenient. Check-in is on the 2nd floor; the front desk was fast and efficient, and the room allocation was excellent. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the chef at the noodle station was warm and hospitable. Luggage storage was convenient, and the doorman even helped with the bags.

As a first-time guest, I felt that clearer directional signs would have been very helpful—specifically regarding how to get to the hotel from Exit 16 at the airport, and how to access Exit 18 to enter the airport when leaving. Also, the lobby is on the 1st floor, while airport transfers are on the 3rd floor. It would be great if they could add a check-out counter on the 3rd floor as well. When checking in at the lobby, please speak a bit slower for guests who aren't familiar with the process; at the time, my husband and I were the only guests there. Maybe a rather ”cool” attitude is just your style, but I didn't quite get it. As a guest, I really didn't want to listen to a detailed explanation of why overseas credit cards can be tricky to use. Our card failed when paying for dinner at the 3rd-floor Chinese restaurant, and at the lobby check-in, we had to try several different machines before the payment finally went through. Fine! Every Hyatt might have slightly different payment processing details, but honestly, I just wanted reassurance that I could use my overseas credit card, rather than having staff assume the guest was at fault. We stood there with our heavy backpacks, looking foolish while the front desk staff processed things expressionlessly, until my husband decided to put our luggage aside and come back to continue standing there like we were being punished. Fortunately, a staff member in a light blue uniform eventually took the initiative to guide us to the elevators, and that was when we finally started to feel welcomed. On the hardware side, the soundproofing deserves high praise. I couldn't hear any outside airplane or street traffic noise at all, which made for a great night's sleep, and even the entry-level room felt spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality food, though it would be a nice touch to have labels indicating the specific type of meat.

The service attitude was great, and the hotel has a very good location with convenient transportation. The hot water for the shower came out instantly. The hotel offers a variety of pillows to choose from, and although the duvet is relatively thin, I slept very comfortably.

This is probably the most comfortable Hilton I've ever stayed at, and specifically the Nanhai Wing. It's the renovated old-school Shenzhen's first five-star Nanhai Hotel, and it even has a small garden downstairs, giving it a full retro resort vibe. The Wanghai Wing, on the other hand, is more postmodern in style. The front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast. The kids' toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes were also adorable. Room service was excellent. The Nanhai pool is 2 meters deep, perfect for a comfortable swim, and it wasn't crowded even during the National Day holiday. The public areas also have a sauna, hot tubs, and relaxation areas. The Wanghai side has a shallower outdoor pool suitable for kids and a dedicated children's pool, which tends to be a bit busier. There's also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The shuttle service between the two hotels is frequent, but they're actually very close, just a 3-minute walk apart. The suite in the Nanhai Wing offers excellent value for money compared to equivalent room types in the Wanghai Wing. It has two large balconies and a sofa bed that can be opened up, easily accommodating a family of four. The room design is great, with the bathroom, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet each being independent spaces that can be separated by sliding doors. Getting around from the Nanhai Wing is also very convenient; the elevator is very close to the lobby entrance, and you don't need to go up and down hills within the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the Sea World commercial area nearby. I'd definitely recommend the Nanhai Wing for a super chill holiday next time.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation with Outstanding Staff Service! We recently stayed at the InterContinental Shenzhen for a family trip, and it is hands down one of the best choices for families in the city. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, providing the perfect comfortable environment for us to relax. The kid-friendly amenities are exceptional. Our children spent hours at the water park and the indoor ball pit, which kept them fully entertained throughout the entire stay. The dining options were another major highlight; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Utopia restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious options that catered perfectly to both adults and kids. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the personalized service. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a wonderful birthday cake! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Dafne López from the staff. She went completely above and beyond to help us, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel incredibly special. We highly recommend this resort to any family visiting Shenzhen!

Feels like Philippines / Thailand — I never expected Shenzhen to have such a beautiful beach resort. It’s only about an hour from the border, which made it incredibly convenient. We stayed in a Superior two-bedroom room with a balcony. Although we didn’t get a sea view or pool view, it was perfectly fine since both are easily visible from other parts of the hotel. We also booked a package that included five free photos. The photographer was clearly professional — you’ll be able to tell which shots are his just by looking at them. The only hiccup was with in-room dining. The restaurant staff told us the food would arrive in 20 minutes, but it actually took a full hour. When we called to follow up, they said we’d need to wait another 20 minutes, and no one had bothered to update us until we chased them. That said, the overall stay was amazing and I’d love to come back again!

I stayed at the White House Resort last year and switched to the White House Meisu this year—it felt even better! The rooms are cleaned to perfection with a direct 180-degree ocean view, and the service is warm, attentive, and meticulous. We stayed for two days and two nights and had most of our main meals at the all-day pizza restaurant. Although the breakfast portions aren't huge, the variety is well-balanced and more than enough. Plus, having breakfast facing the ocean put me in such a great mood. Overall, I am extremely satisfied! 👍

We stayed in the Deluxe sea view king room with a balcony. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly smile from Zoe and Jessica who were always really thoughtful, attentive and ready to help. The front house staff are an asset to the hotel. The apartment features an open-plan design that feels larger than a standard hotel room, complete with home-like comforts including a washer/dryer machine which allowed us to refresh our clothes. A clothes hanger along with detergent is provided by the hotel again providing ease. The views from the balcony were stunning. Large windows across the rooms and the hotel offer fantastic, sweeping views of the surrounding area and waterfront. The sleeping and living spaces are kept spotless and hygienic by the housekeeping team. Situated close to 2 metro stations and local shopping options and residential conveniences, making daily errands simple. This was our first time in Shenzhen and will most definitely won’t be our last a special thank you to all at Hampton :)

Hotel was clean and staff we're very helpful. Even gave me a room upgrade for free, I was shocked when the staff member told me it was free. The room was a suite with a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. King size bed was comfortable and clean. Pool pictures serve it no justice as it is much bigger then what I thought, bring a cap since you are not allowed in the pool without one and if you dont have one the staff will provide you with one.

I planned a deep dive into seaside exploration and stayed here for several nights, becoming more and more satisfied with each passing day. The hygiene was impeccably maintained, and the room had great natural light. The self-service laundry room on the sixth floor was always available, making it convenient for long trips without having to pack a ton of clothes. The hotel also has a gym, so I didn't have to interrupt my daily workout routine while traveling. Its location is close to seaside attractions, making getting around very easy and ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay. Excellent service!
