Overall, I'm very satisfied. What I appreciated most was the room cleanliness and room service. We stayed for three days, and whenever we needed fresh towels or bottled water, someone would quickly bring them. It was excellent! Food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot.
However, the pillows were too flat, and even the 'firm' one was quite soft, so my son didn't sleep very well.
The swimming pool was good too. It had a shallow area on one side and a very shallow area on the other, convenient for young children, as well as a deep end for proper swimming. My only thought was that in the evening, having only two white spotlights felt a bit simplistic; adding some decorative lighting would make swimming much more enjoyable.
Traffic downstairs was very congested. It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port, but due to the traffic, the driver suggested we get off at the previous intersection and walk for 3 minutes, which was fine by me as I didn't want to wait. When we left, the taxi app showed an estimated fare of 15-21 yuan, but no cars responded, so we hailed a taxi which cost 26 yuan to the port. The traffic wasn't a huge problem though, as there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance, as well as a newly opened large shopping mall, which is super convenient.FromMXN865

First, a big thank you to Nicole for her warm hospitality, the welcome fruit, and the room upgrade. I prefer quiet, high-floor rooms, and Nicole chose a great one for me, which made for a very restful stay. Much appreciated.
**Location:** Ideal for travelers heading to Macau or Chimelong. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Hengqin Port and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making border crossing very convenient. The hotel is also connected to the Novotown shopping mall, so dining and shopping are just downstairs.
**Room:** The guest room was spacious with good natural light and well-maintained overall. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the toiletries were of good quality.
**Dining:** The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Cantonese congee, noodles, and dim sum. The live cooking stations produced good quality food. It can get crowded during holidays, so I recommend going early.
**Facilities:** Features both indoor and outdoor pools, a well-equipped gym, and Camp Hyatt children's playground, making it family-friendly. I particularly loved their outdoor pool; it was beautiful at dusk.
**Summary:** Overall, the hardware is excellent, making it suitable for short trips to Zhuhai and Macau, and for exploring Hengqin and Macau.

This time visiting Zhuhai, I specifically chose the InterContinental Zhuhai, and rather than just staying at a hotel, it felt like giving my mood a real vacation. Located right next to the Gongbei Port, you can cross right over to Macao. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety. I must give a special shoutout to Rona Pan—she carefully asked about our needs, was so gentle and attentive, and even sent us complimentary fruit and cake! We stayed for two nights and it was extremely comfortable~

The hotel's location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient whether you're taking a bus for a city tour in Zhuhai or crossing the border to Macau.
The hotel service was also very satisfying. The ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly attentive. They always greeted me warmly and were always ready to help with anything, which was really heartwarming! The gentlemen at the concierge on the first floor also took excellent care of my luggage; the luggage storage service gave me great peace of mind!
And the hotel environment was an even greater surprise. The view from the gym was absolutely stunning and a real eye-opener!

Isa Amy at the hotel provided excellent service. She was prompt, thorough, and very polite in her replies. She decorated my room for my child's birthday and even sent a small cake. I booked an executive grand suite and called ahead to request a high floor, and all my requests were met.
There was a slight hiccup: the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. I was a bit tired, but Manager Fulbert was incredibly good at managing guest emotions 🫶. Seeing that we had waited a long time, he immediately came over to comfort us and quickly offered me and my child some small compensation, which made me very happy, haha.
🛏️ The executive grand suite was spacious enough, with a great layout. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely top-notch. The executive lounge also had a fantastic layout. During the National Day holiday, there were even children's craft activities.
The amenities plus the service made the value for money truly excellent.

When we left the amusement park, it was still raining, and the resort thoughtfully arranged shuttle buses to take guests back to the hotel. The resort's pet park isn't small, and it's kept very clean with no strong odors. If you're unsure what to eat, you can try the buffet on the second floor of the hot spring area for 50 per person, which offers a good variety of food. The hotel's location is a bit remote, so if you want to drive out for food, it'll be quite a distance. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us.
After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip.
The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love.

The hotel's location is super easy to find, and we got free parking during our stay. It was so nice and convenient to just walk five minutes south from the hotel entrance to reach the beach. The room itself was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, perfectly meeting our family's needs. The lounge area in the room was great for playing cards. As for breakfast, it was plentiful, and this is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed at that served meat at breakfast – a big plus for me! The hotel lobby manager was incredibly helpful, quickly and thoughtfully addressing any concerns we had. Truly a reflection of the practical and friendly nature of Cantonese people. Catching the last bit of summer vacation, I brought my child to Zhuhai this time to watch Toy Story 5 in Cantonese in Macau. I specifically chose this Qianshan River View Hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint!
【View】 We booked a river view twin room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view. After having seafood in Wanzai for lunch, it took just over 10 minutes to drive here and check in. Perhaps because the hotel we stayed in the night before was too small, this one felt incredibly spacious by comparison today. And indeed, it is very large. It could easily accommodate 4-5 people... (hahahaha) The room has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. When opened, you can see the swimming pool downstairs and Huafa New City on the opposite bank, as well as the Gree School downstairs.
【Room】 The twin room is very spacious, and with the two beds pushed together, it can comfortably fit two adults and two children. There's plenty of space when sleeping with a child. The carpet in the room is clean, and the sofa area allows you to lie down and enjoy the view. The bathroom has marble countertops, and the wet and dry areas are well-separated. The independent shower has good water pressure, and toiletries are complete.
【Facilities】 Every time my child stays in a hotel, they ask for a pool. Here, the outdoor pool is right within the hotel, so there's no need to change and walk around. With the river and mountains nearby, it's great for taking photos. The pool area has deep and shallow sections, making it very safe for children to play in the water. The surrounding greenery is also good; older people can go downstairs and cross the road to a greenway for a comfortable stroll. We also ordered the hotel's buffet breakfast, which wasn't particularly outstanding, just basic offerings.
【Location】 Located on the east bank of Qianshan River, it's very convenient to get to Gongbei Port, Huafa Shangdu, and All City. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Wanzai Port. Suitable for a short weekend getaway.
Summary: The view, cleanliness, and service are all excellent, especially the river view room which offers great value for money. For families with children, I recommend choosing a high-floor river view twin room for its great view and spaciousness. From the parking lot security guards to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage. The security guard even helped stop traffic to help my child cross the street, which was so thoughtful. Although it's an older, established hotel, the facilities are extremely well-maintained. Hengqin Zhenlin Hotel is a great place to take the kids out for a walk during the May Day holiday! The seaside embankment and wetland park are right outside the door, and the air is super good. It is especially comfortable to take the kids on a bike to see the flowers and stroll along the beach. It is very close to the Starland Amusement Park, and the children don't want to leave after playing! The hotel restaurant is great, with fresh Cantonese cuisine and seafood, and both adults and children enjoy the food.
