My stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was truly satisfying from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a sweet and friendly smile. They patiently answered all my questions during check-in, and even a simple greeting in passing made me feel incredibly welcome. What truly surprised me was the hotel's gym – the equipment was top-notch and comprehensive, featuring everything from professional cardio machines to a wide variety of strength training gear. Everything was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The lighting and ventilation in the workout area were also excellent, making my daily workouts a real highlight of my trip. Even more commendable is how attentive the hotel is to guest feedback. During my stay, I mentioned wanting more yoga mats in the gym, and to my surprise, new mats were neatly arranged in the corner the very next day. This kind of efficient response and dedication to guest needs is truly rare. With such thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a willingness to listen, this hotel is definitely my top choice for business or leisure in Shenzhen. It's already on my list of 'treasure hotels,' and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

My girlfriend and I came from Guangzhou to Shenzhen for a two-day trip and stayed at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian. It really lives up to its reputation as a well-established five-star hotel in Shenzhen. The concierge service at the entrance was excellent right from the start, proactively helping with our luggage and assisting with check-in. The front desk lady was also very thoughtful and upgraded us to an Executive King Room. The view from the 22nd floor was fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Plus, Bitcity Dimension Town is right downstairs, which was great for exploring. My girlfriend said she was extremely, extremely satisfied! 😌😌😌

I've stayed here many times. It's in an excellent location, right across from Hong Kong. Transportation is very convenient, being close to both Huanggang Port and Futian Port, which makes getting around easy. The hotel breakfast is great, and the room facilities are excellent. Overall, it's a very good experience.

Honestly, I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. It holds memories and stories from my very first visit to Shenzhen. From being a new user to a Ctrip Black Diamond, and now back to Gold Diamond (I use some international platforms these days), no matter where I book, this is always my choice. Maybe it's a sentimental thing... I hope to see some progress in myself every time I return here. The service is excellent; at the very least, they deliver food orders directly to your room. I was able to check in early. While I didn't get a room upgrade, I was very comfortable on my own. The view from the higher floor is exactly the same as I remember from my very first stay. The location is also fantastic. See you next time, Hilton Shenzhen Futian!

This was my first time staying at a Shangri-La hotel, and honestly, it wasn't as good as I'd imagined. The complimentary water in the room was Ice Dew, and there were only two bottles. That's incredibly stingy. For a five-star brand hotel, you'd expect at least Nongfu Spring or Wahaha. They're cutting costs to the point of no return. The last time I encountered Ice Dew in a five-star hotel was at the Gran Meliá Xi'an, about seven or eight years ago. I also tried the hotel's spa, and the price definitely didn't match the service. The woman at the front desk was also the masseuse, and frankly, her technique was very unprofessional. I ended the session early because of it. I would absolutely never choose it again. A good spa should add value and reputation to a hotel's brand. This one felt like it was outsourced. I'm guessing they charge too much for rent, and without making a profit, they just end up trying to fleece guests. I definitely won't choose it again.

The service was great; someone helped with our luggage right from check-in. The room facilities were excellent overall, with an old-money aesthetic. I particularly loved the scent of the full set of Diptyque toiletries in the bathroom. The Executive Lounge is definitely worth it, offering fantastic city views perfect for relaxing and gazing out. Drinks are available from noon, which is a great perk for those who enjoy a tipple, and the desserts were delicious. I especially want to commend Mandy's service—she was incredibly warm and friendly, really adding to the experience. I'd love to come back and try a new room next time.

Service: I absolutely have to highlight this! If you're big on hotel service, you can't go wrong with this place. We arrived quite early after flying from Nanjing to Shenzhen, and there was a huge temperature difference. The staff were incredibly patient, helped us with our room, and even proactively asked if we needed a place to change clothes. Ms. Nancy was so gentle and patient during check-in, and her handwritten welcome card really touched me. The local tourist map she provided was also super useful. Plus, the duty manager at the front desk that day was very helpful, sharing insights about the nearby commercial areas – truly excellent! Ambiance: The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the Futian Exhibition Center. You don't have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment, as everything is easily accessible. Getting around is convenient, and there's even a border crossing nearby for trips to Hong Kong. Facilities: Four Seasons is a relatively well-established hotel in Shenzhen. After staying at one in Hong Kong, I was curious to experience their mainland China offering. It has everything you'd expect, and it all works perfectly. I was very satisfied. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom floor – it's anti-slip but not abrasive, so no need for a bath mat, and the drainage is incredibly fast. It's the best experience and most functional bathroom I've encountered in a hotel so far (my focus points might be a bit odd, I know!). My two stays at Four Seasons have truly won me over. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This trip to Shenzhen was delightful and comfortable.

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.46km from city center
Let's start with some general comments before getting to the strong complaints. The room decor felt quite dated, probably because it's been nearly twenty years since the last renovation. The vanity chair was tilted to a point where I didn't dare sit on it, and the carpet, though fixed, felt lumpy and uneven even with shoes on. However, the hygiene was good, mineral water refills were generous, and it was generally quiet. On the other hand, the Executive Lounge was very disappointing. I went at 2 PM for snacks, and while I can't say there were *no* snacks, there were indeed only two broken prawn crackers. Both breakfast and dinner had limited variety and were quite bland. The funniest part was that I purchased a pre-sale package on Trip.com that included afternoon tea at Prego. According to the instructions, I called a day in advance to book and was told no reservation was needed, just provide the room number. I suspected the person on the phone might have confused my afternoon tea with the Executive Lounge's自带 snacks, so I specifically re-confirmed with the hotel's online customer service on Trip.com. The next day, upon arrival, I was initially directed to the Beer Bar. After I showed my booking information to the restaurant staff, they then took me to Prego. However, no one at the restaurant had been informed about my afternoon tea. They repeatedly confirmed my situation, contacted the front desk internally, and even asked me to call the reservation line right there to confirm. The confirmation came back that only the Executive Lounge was available. I almost laughed out of frustration. To their credit, the restaurant staff were very polite and promptly went to the kitchen to prepare some new tea items, but the internal organization, checking, and handover processes were clearly unprofessional. But it didn't end there. After sorting out the first day's afternoon tea, I specifically emphasized that they should remember to prepare the second day's afternoon tea and deliver it directly to my room. The next day, I returned to find nothing in my room. I went to the third floor to inquire, only to find out that a male staff member had, in his wisdom, tried to substitute it with Executive Lounge access for more guests or red wine. I was utterly baffled. Of course, I had booked the Executive Lounge for the correct number of people when I made the reservation. I stressed it repeatedly the day before, and *this* is how you flexibly adapted, right? He even tried to explain that the reason it wasn't prepared the day before was because Trip.com had listed the wrong product, and it wasn't their fault. Haha, your internal mistakes are irrelevant to me, and even if that were true for the first day, why were you still messing around on the second day? Hungry, I returned to the hotel with no snacks to eat and had to forage in the Executive Lounge. Halfway through my meal, this guy came back and offered us drinks as compensation. We asked for two hot chocolates. A little while later, the same guy brought over the honest-looking restaurant staff member and asked if chocolate syrup mixed with milk would be acceptable. I looked at it and realized it was the same bottle they put out for spreading on bread during breakfast. Seriously...

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The male receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and arranged a room for me on the 10th floor, which I was very happy with. It was quiet and spacious enough, and the cleanliness was excellent. The housekeeping staff were also very kind. The hotel is located near Dongmen Old Street, making transportation very convenient. I booked this hotel a month before the Mid-Autumn Festival. I stumbled upon it by chance and was surprised to find such a secluded paradise in downtown Shenzhen. Although the hotel has some history, it's very comfortable inside. We even received a complimentary unlimited-access pass for each person to the attractions. While the overall facilities are a bit dated, our deluxe triple cabin room had been recently renovated, and the bathroom facilities were brand new. My favorite part was the balcony; enjoying the moon there that night had a special charm. Interestingly, we ordered takeout, and the delivery guy was so captivated by the beautiful night view that he lingered at the front desk taking photos after dropping off our order.

Stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Joy called me in advance and knew I was arriving early with a child, so the room was ready early and set up according to my preferences. The service was prompt, thoughtful, and attentive. The room was meticulously clean, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view of Shenzhen's iconic landmark, KK100. The food was also delicious, and the Executive Lounge was superb! Booked the executive package, which was great. Even the standard room was 70 square meters, which was more than enough. Had lunch at the East Bay restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, though the char siu puffs were a bit too hot. The executive lounge had a good selection of drinks, and the corn chowder at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style with no à la carte options, and the variety wasn't extensive. Had a spa treatment, which was decent. Didn't receive a welcome fan, so I bought one myself from the 2nd floor before leaving. Overall, it was a good experience and worth trying.

I rarely stay in guesthouses, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. First off, it's much more stylish and cleaner than the places nearby, which I really appreciated. The room type I stayed in was a bit small, but acceptable; I'll try a different room next time. The staff, especially one young lady, was excellent and very polite. When checking out, she even offered to help me, a man, with my luggage! Of course, I couldn't let her, but I really appreciated the gesture. We had two breakfasts, and my family was quite happy with them. The best part is that they even proactively made a separate portion for my child. What more can I say? I felt a genuine respect for children. Dongshan Village is also nice, close to Jiao Diaosha and Yangmei Keng. For two days, there were few people and no traffic jams. Overall, it was a fantastic trip (I didn't take any photos).

I'm starting to dislike the hustle and bustle of big hotels, and instead, these tucked-away mountain guesthouses are much more soothing for the soul. While they might not be as luxurious, the quiet surroundings, lush greenery, and the sounds of birds and cicadas bring such a sense of peace. The air is fantastic too! The guesthouse manager was also very amiable and easy to talk to. After checking in, they provided detailed instructions for everything. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's the perfect place to unwind when you're feeling stressed.

Checked into JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen and once again, I was deeply impressed by Marriott's service quality. A special thanks to Kiki for her thoughtful service throughout my stay. From the warm guidance during check-in to her proactive care during my time at the hotel, Kiki truly embodied Marriott's service principle of anticipating guest needs and being flexible. She was not only well-versed in the hotel's facilities and surrounding amenities, accurately answering all my questions, but also quickly responded to and properly resolved any impromptu requests. The entire service experience was professional yet warm, maintaining Marriott's standardized service level while incorporating thoughtful, personalized touches. This truly maximized the joy of my trip and further solidified my appreciation for Marriott's enduring core philosophy of 'People, Care, Service'.

The hotel is a bit old, and the decor is a little dated, but it's very clean overall! The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it tastes pretty good. Our room was right above an elevated highway, so it was quite noisy at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid rooms facing the highway. The elevator is also a bit old and slow.

The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100 Shenzhen|5.01km from city center
Our last stop was the St. Regis, the tallest hotel in the world, and also the tallest in Shenzhen. Facing Hong Kong, it gave off a nostalgic vibe. The toilet wasn't electric, but an old-fashioned one that felt cold when you sat on it, and the hairdryer was also an old model. The room lighting was a nightmare to control 😤. However, for TV *******, you could even binge-watch in the bathroom! It's a shame that the 100th floor is now exclusively for Super Marriott VIPs (I guess I'll have to earn millions before I'm eligible 😅). Just looking at photos of the top floor's architectural beauty makes me regret why I booked three nights here. I really miss the previous two hotels (where I only stayed two nights). Thankfully, the floor-to-ceiling window offered beautiful day and night views. I called for the robot to deliver water, and it was so cute and polite! It could even control the elevator. We kept pressing the close button, thinking the old elevator was broken, but it turned out the robot needed to come in and remotely control the elevator to enter and select its floor. I guess I'm behind the times 😅. The hotel was packed with guests, pretty much at full capacity, as it's in the city center. KKMALL is right downstairs, so they only provided milk, tea, coffee, and water, with welcome fruit on the first day. For our last stop, of course, we had to check out the hotel's restaurants. We had a light meal at the cafe. Although it was expensive, we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, along with the intricate architectural aesthetics. We also tried the Italian restaurant on the 99th floor. The set meal was quite generous, so much so that we needed a night walk to help digest it. For our last night, we opted for the buffet dinner. The oysters were huge, both cooked and raw, and there was also hotpot. It was my first time cooking my own lobster and large crab claws, and also my first time trying caviar yogurt – absolutely delicious! The creamy, non-alcoholic cocktail was also fantastic. Guangzhou's expensive hotels just don't have this level of quality. Highly recommend! 👍

The hotel room was average, but its saving grace was the beautiful view from the window, offering stunning sea and mountain bay views from the sea-view king room. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making transportation quite convenient. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, which is great for dining and shopping. The beach is just a three to four hundred meter walk away, and the scenery there is delightful.

Overseas Chinese Town Shenzhen|8.42km from city center
The hotel's location is super convenient. It's very close to the coastal boardwalk of Shenzhen Bay Park, about a 20 RMB taxi ride away. Across the street is Window of the World, and on another side is Overseas Chinese Town (OCT). Happy Valley is also nearby; I saw its sign, but I'm not sure of the exact location. The hotel is connected to the adjacent mall, and you can access the mall directly from the hotel lobby. B2 of the mall houses the subway station with lines 2 and 8, which can take you straight to Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Dongmen Old Street. There are also plenty of dining options around. One day, I ate in OCT and only realized how incredibly close it was when I walked back to the hotel. There are also restaurants just a street away from the hotel, and more inside the mall. You can even take the subway to Leyuan Road near Dongmen Old Street, which has a famous seafood street. The staff provide excellent service. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady, who was very patient and thoughtful. She even shared some tips with us on how to dry clothes in the room. This hotel seems popular with business travelers; I noticed many people on business trips during breakfast. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the hotel even sent up a small cake!

The cleanliness, hygiene, and service at the Shenzhen Pengnian Wanli Hotel left a deep impression on me. From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the pervasive cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail. The lobby floor was spotless and gleaming, the air fresh and pleasant, and every corner was immaculately maintained with no trace of dust or clutter. The hygiene standards in the guest rooms were exceptionally high: the bedding was crisp and white, the bathroom facilities sparkled like new, and even the windows were spotless, allowing guests to relax with complete peace of mind. The maintenance of the hotel's public areas was equally outstanding. The corridor carpets were clean and plush, the elevators were regularly sanitized, and the gym equipment was neatly arranged and clean. In the restaurant, tables and chairs were orderly, and the tableware was sparkling clean and well-sanitized, making dining a reassuring experience. What particularly stood out was the hotel staff's attention to hygiene details; they consistently cleaned promptly, with light and professional movements that maintained tidiness without disturbing guests. For business travelers, such a pristine environment is especially crucial. A clean and orderly space not only boosts work efficiency but also provides a peaceful and comfortable sanctuary amidst busy travel. The Pengnian Wanli Hotel understands this perfectly, excelling in its environmental hygiene services and making every guest feel warmly cared for. Attention to detail truly shines here, making me very willing to choose this hotel repeatedly as my base in Shenzhen.

Facilities: Quite old, and the room lighting was dim. The TV wasn't smart and the picture was blurry. Environment: Excellent. It's a 2-minute walk to Sea World Culture and Arts Center, a 10-minute walk to Sea World Cruise Terminal, and about a 35-minute walk along the way to K11. There are also clear cycling routes for shared bikes, and it's not too crowded. The only downside is limited options for food delivery. Service: Friendly, and they proactively asked about my stay experience. Breakfast: Good.

The hotel environment is fresh and clean, and the public areas are very well maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and it's especially quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. Coming during the off-peak season (non-holiday) was a great experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and starts at 6:30 AM. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes, and since there are so few people, it feels almost like having a private beach. Tengfei Park is right next to the hotel, which is great for kids to burn off some energy. Special shout-out to our butler, Aria, for her warm and thoughtful service. The hotel room was more comfortable than I expected; they even upgraded my room at check-in. As soon as I walked in, I saw an adorable giant mushroom. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the golf course, so you could watch people playing during the day. The room was well-maintained, and the bathroom was huge, with a bathtub for soaking. The housekeeping department even provides bath salts. In the evening, I tried the Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious! It was so comfortable staying here that I didn't want to go out at all.

This time, I really hit the jackpot! The guesthouse is right by the beach. You can just open the courtyard gate and go beachcombing, or watch the sunset while walking along the waves in the evening. At night, you can sit by the door, feel the sea breeze, and listen to the sound of the waves. This is truly the life I've always dreamed of. Phoebe, the owner, is so enthusiastic, which made the experience absolutely perfect. I'd love to come back with a few friends for a get-together and vacation when I get the chance.

The view from the window is great, and the surrounding transportation is convenient; it's close to the border crossing, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. There are plenty of food options downstairs. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Disposable toiletries were provided in the room.
