This time I traveled from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for a business trip and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian. Joy, who was my contact person, was very reliable and handled all my issues quickly and efficiently without any fuss. The room cleaning was done properly, and both the bathroom and bedding were clean, allowing me to get a good rest when I returned to the room. All the in-room facilities worked well, and the WiFi speed was stable, so I could easily handle work in the evenings. The soundproofing of the room was decent, meaning I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to take a taxi to Futian Station for the high-speed rail. The entire check-in process was smooth, and I didn't encounter any problems. There weren't many fancy services, but they focused on fulfilling guests' basic needs well. As someone who frequently travels between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, my overall experience here was good, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Shenzhen.

This hotel is incredibly convenient. The B1 level connects directly to a shopping area and a metro station, featuring everything from coffee shops and a snack street to anime stores – it's super handy. The lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The huge curved floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Shenzhen's nightscape. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable, and the gym is professionally equipped, with a full range of clean and hygienic machines; it's quite busy, but the atmosphere is fantastic! The executive lounge offers a great selection of food with excellent service; they even delivered meals to our room when we didn't want to go out. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable overall, and the room was spacious and bright with excellent hygiene. The bed was soft and I slept very well. The staff were all warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return, and I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

Met up with an old classmate I hadn't seen in ages and chose to stay at this Hilton. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in, as well as requests for extra drinking water, were handled swiftly. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops and restaurants – afternoon tea spots, street food stalls, and popular Instagrammable places are everywhere. The room layout was spacious and the bed was big enough, ensuring a good night's sleep after chatting with my friend. Highly recommend for social gatherings and trips.

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

It's been a while since I brought my family to stay at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. On the day of check-in, Max contacted me and enthusiastically arranged for us to check in directly at the Executive Lounge on the 29th floor, which felt very welcoming! He also helped upgrade us to a suite on the 30th floor and thoughtfully arranged a small bed and a little tent for the child. Previously, he made a personalized key card for me, which I still carry. This time, he made a cute bear-themed key card for my child with her name printed on it, and she absolutely loved it! I've also stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou, Tianjin, and Beijing before, and they were all excellent! But I feel a special connection to the Four Seasons Shenzhen; every time I come back, it feels like returning home. Perhaps this is the true essence of a top-tier hotel. The Executive Lounge has seen some changes; breakfast is now served as a set menu, which is quite good. They prepare just enough portions for the number of guests, which is quite eco-friendly. I feel the entire hotel has a very strong environmental consciousness, including the packaging of toothpaste and the wooden toothbrushes, etc. APEC Shenzhen is coming up soon, and the Four Seasons should be the official hotel, meeting very international standards. The Bose sound system in the room is also a nice touch. The Executive Lounge experience was great this time; the supervisor, Cecilie, was very warm, and Chadi even came over personally to greet my family during dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. Oh, and the outdoor pool was open in the summer with a perfect water temperature. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying again!

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.46km from city center
This is an old hotel that's been around for decades, and you can tell that the furniture used back in the day was top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with various facilities. However, with time, it's a bit outdated now; the lack of smart toilets is a noticeable drawback. But on the bright side, the spacious rooms, elegant decor, and comprehensive facilities, along with meticulous cleaning, really allow us to sleep soundly and comfortably without a worry. I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out for the hotel's service and food! 👍 **Service:** It was Dragon Boat Festival, which coincided with my mother's birthday and Father's Day, so I came back to Shenzhen to celebrate with my parents. Since the booking was quite last-minute, I messaged the hotel, just hoping, to ask if they could arrange a birthday setup. The hotel staff readily agreed and did an amazing job with the birthday decorations! Upon arrival, we were informed that both rooms had been complimentary upgraded to high-floor deluxe rooms, and the birthday decorations inside the rooms were perfect! I'm incredibly satisfied! 😊 **Food:** Breakfast is served at the all-day dining restaurant, the Beer Bar on the 3rd floor. IHG members can move to the Prego Italian restaurant for a quieter atmosphere. The continental buffet breakfast offers a rich variety and excellent quality, including a noodle station and made-to-order omelets. The omelets and black truffle scrambled eggs were particularly amazing! For lunch, we used a dining voucher at the Fu Lin Men restaurant on the 2nd floor. Note that the voucher can only be used for à la carte stir-fries; it's not applicable for tea or dim sum, and cannot be combined with member discounts or group purchases. The dim sum at Fu Lin Men is excellent; the shrimp dumplings are smooth and tender, the tripe is crisp, and the stir-fries are consistently good. After using the voucher, the total cost for three people was 210 yuan, which was a very satisfying meal overall! 😋 Great value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Luohu!

The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were authentically delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.

I brought my family of four to the Kingkey Palace Hotel Dameisha during the summer vacation, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! Even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff's response time was still very fast. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing attentive and thoughtful service. You absolutely must try the Tian Tao Xuan restaurant at the hotel. The dishes taste great, and it offers excellent value for money – affordable and delicious. We ate there twice! The family-friendly facilities were an even bigger surprise. The family rooms were filled with toys and picture books that kids love, and both the indoor and outdoor playgrounds offered a wide variety of activities, with slides and play equipment galore. There were so many activities that one day wasn't enough to enjoy them all. I recommend booking at least two days to take your time and experience everything. My two children had a blast the whole time, and I didn't have to worry about planning any activities. The environment was clean and comfortable, and with dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place, it's perfect for a family vacation. It's already on my list for our next holiday!

Coincidentally, a typhoon hit, and my original plan was to travel to areas around Shenzhen for the weekend. Due to the typhoon and high-speed rail cancellations, I had to change my plans and opted for a staycation in Shenzhen. I was drawn to THE LANGHAM's unique British charm, and after much deliberation, I chose this hotel. Although it's been open for a while, I was a bit worried the facilities might be outdated. However, comparing it to the most beautiful lounges in London, I impulsively booked an executive room. Upon arrival, a small hiccup delayed my check-in. Afterward, a thoughtful male staff member at the front desk noticed and guided us to the executive lounge on the 22nd floor to check in. There, Peter, who assisted us, was incredibly warm and demonstrated the professionalism expected of high-end hotel staff. He thoughtfully asked about our preferences and led us to a comfortable spot in the lounge. Throughout our time, the lounge staff — Emily, Via, Yulia, and Caron — also showcased what a 'most beautiful lounge' should be, with attentive service and impeccable attire. The variety of drinks and other offerings in the lounge was extensive; we basically didn't want to leave. Stepping into the room, a strong British ambiance immediately enveloped us, truly reflecting the brand's unique character. The room offered panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay through its 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to experience the city's vibrancy even from bed. The hotel breakfast was also rich and varied; I tried the beef noodles, which were excellent, and the desserts were a big plus. Thanks to the professional service and the brand's distinctive style, I felt the joy of a vacation without even leaving Shenzhen. THE LANGHAM is truly worth it!

This was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby. They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room. We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea. Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food. Overall, we loved everything, thank you!

Although Meisu is a little distance from the subway station, there are beaches/snack stalls along the way, so it's okay. The estate itself feels old, and the swimming pool is deserted, but once you enter the house, you’re in another world; The cleanliness is better than expected, the bed sheets, towels, quilts, sofa and bathtub are also clean and tidy; Customer service contacted us via WeChat, and the Wifi, door password, and how to get to Meisu were all clear. Even nearby attractions are introduced one by one. Although the response is not immediate, you don’t have to wait too long; The facilities are very complete. The bathroom supplies are all there. The refrigerator can freeze (which is good for a normal hotel). There is a giant screen with movies to watch, but VIPs can't watch them. However, you can use Air View, and you can prepare your own movies if necessary. There are two sets of kimonos for everyone to take photos, and the surfaces are very clean. There are also sufficient charging stations in the room, and a charging cable is provided. The bathtub is on the terrace, with disposable bath bags provided. Draw the blinds at night, turn off the terrace lights, and people downstairs won't see you when you stand up. Japanese style, comfortable and beautiful

The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!

Two adults and one child. The room size was very satisfactory, and we could even make tea. The environment was clean, new, and quiet. There was a complimentary sweet soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They paid attention to details, with an online concierge before and after check-in. We had a very comfortable stay. We'd definitely prefer this type of accommodation for future visits.

Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|2.72km from city center
This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

This was my first stay at a St. Regis, and overall I was very happy and comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to check in, I experienced a signature St. Regis feature: butler service. The staff at the front desk were very patient during check-in. The room itself was very comfortable with great views, and staying at the St. Regis saved me a lot of hassle.

It was okay. It's close to Sea World, which makes getting around easy. Late-night congee: They offer it, but I didn't try it. Cleanliness: It was decent. Service: They upgraded me to an Executive King Room. The Deluxe room I originally booked felt smaller than a standard room.

Room: Excellent! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, and the high-floor view was fantastic. It was so relaxing to sit inside and watch the sea. The twin beds were easy to push together, making it very family-friendly for those with kids. Location: Unbeatable! ❤️ Our main goal this Dragon Boat Festival was to explore the Yantian coastline. The hotel is super close to the subway, making Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Xichong all easily accessible by metro. It was also convenient to walk to Yating Bay to catch the Haishan Line to Enshang Wetland Park. We had a very fulfilling three-day holiday. Facilities: The hotel isn't specifically geared towards families, so we only tried the pool, which was good. However, with One City Mall right downstairs, you have everything you need, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast: Very satisfied! 😘 Everything was great, except for a bit of a wait during peak hours. They had freshly made wontons and waffles, as well as fresh squeezed juice. All the breads were delicious. Overall, highly recommended! ~

This is a long-standing five-star hotel that I always choose when I visit Shenzhen. The facilities are very well-maintained. They have a swimming pool with plenty of water activities, which my kids absolutely loved. I felt that the breakfast had improved this time, it was really good! However, it gets very crowded on holidays, so it's best to go early. Our butler, Alison, proactively checked in with us after we arrived to see if we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch.

We love staying here when in Shenzhen. Perfect for early afternoon flights or travel by bus and metro. The hotel is very well-presented and the breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to the De Luxe Suite. Lots of space. Big bathroom area. Separate storage room. Nice and quiet, like all the rooms we've stayed in here. Reception has always been service-oriented and helpful. We will definitely come back here when we are in Shenzhen again.

This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The staff at all levels are incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional service. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. I want to give a special thank you to my room attendant, Aggie, for her meticulous care. She treated us like family, being both friendly and polite. She helped us resolve every issue that came up during our stay promptly and efficiently, and ensured all the room facilities were perfectly arranged. She deserves high praise! The room was tidy and clean, with ample facilities. If we needed anything added or replaced, we could contact the room attendant immediately, and the efficiency was absolutely superb. The most attractive feature is undoubtedly the hotel's beach pool. The kids played all day and didn't want to leave. The soft white sand was specially imported from Hainan Island. The lifeguards tirelessly watched over the children's safety in the pool, even under the hot sun. Don't miss out on the other kids' play facilities either. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also a must-try; it was a pleasant surprise, especially the freshly squeezed customizable fruit and vegetable juices. The variety of food could rival a dinner buffet. To fully enjoy these exquisite facilities and delicious food, it's best to stay for several days.

## View & Hygiene: Initially, I was given the room shown in picture 2, which was almost a corner room, a good 10-minute walk down the corridor. I had booked a direct sea-view room, so having a big tree blocking the view was completely unacceptable. I immediately contacted the front desk, and it took them 20 minutes to arrange the room in picture 1 for me. However, it was already 5 PM, and the room still hadn't been cleaned, which was ridiculous. The room didn't have any musty smell and was well-maintained. There were urine/water stains on the sofa, and when housekeeping came, they simply flipped the sofa cushion over to hide the stains, and that was it. ## Service: The hotel staff were quite enthusiastic, and there were many activities, making it suitable for families with children. The public areas were also great for photos. You couldn't go to the beach at night, and there was only a fire dance performance. The pool closed at 8 PM, so there was nothing to do but stay in the room at night, which was very boring. ## Facilities: The outdoor pool was very small, only suitable for children. If you wanted to swim outdoors, you had to pay an extra 40+ yuan for the Sky Pool, which only opened at 5 PM and came with complimentary drinks. There was no private beach (they said the government didn't allow it). To get into the sea, you had to join the crowds of other tourists. Also, you couldn't swim in the sea here; the waves were big, so you could only ride the waves on a swimming ring, which was more for kids. ## Dining: There were McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks nearby, but nothing else. We had all three meals at the hotel, costing around 100-200 yuan per person. Breakfast was over 100 yuan per person, and it was very ordinary. A bowl of noodles was literally three mouthfuls – incredibly stingy. There was a bit of fruit and bread that was edible, but we had no choice but to make do. ## Other: The parking lot had no charging stations, making it unfriendly for electric cars. Overall, 3/5 stars, with the beachfront environment being a major letdown.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel it was different from other business hotels. There was no cold, procedural feeling; the concierge proactively remembered my surname and greeted me softly when I passed by. During check-in, the front desk, based on my booked room type, automatically arranged a room with a better view. The lobby even had iced lemon tea to cool me down from the heat of my journey. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise. The freshly made wonton noodles had a rich broth, and the pleats of the har gow (shrimp dumplings) exuded authentic Cantonese flavor. Even the Western croissants were baked to a perfect crispy outside and tender inside. The gym and pool facilities were also quite good. On the day of checkout, because I was rushing for my high-speed train, the front desk prepared my invoice in advance and had the concierge take my luggage directly to the parking lot. This kind of 'subtle and seamless' service is more comfortable than any forced attempt to please. From now on, when I come to Shenzhen, Mission Hills Resort & Hotel will definitely be my top choice!

My two-day, one-night stay at the Quchuang Hotel (Futian Huaqiangbei Metro Station Branch) was incredibly comfortable, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend it. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Huaqiangbei Metro Station. The bustling commercial district is within walking distance, offering a wide array of dining options and shops, making commutes and shopping exceptionally convenient. It's perfectly suited for both leisure travelers and business guests on short stays. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, handling both check-in and check-out processes efficiently and smoothly. Their service was attentive and gentle, and they proactively helped with travel inquiries, making me feel truly valued. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with a tidy and spotless environment. The bedding was changed promptly and was free of any unpleasant odors. The room layout was well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was stable. All daily facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment at night for a restful and relaxing sleep. The common areas were neat and orderly, and the rooftop even offered complimentary laundry facilities, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. Considering its prime location in the bustling Futian area, the hotel's pricing is very reasonable, and both its facilities and service level offer exceptional value for money. This brief stay was a fantastic experience. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again on future visits to the Huaqiangbei area in Shenzhen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers.
