The surrounding area is well-developed, so whether I'm meeting clients or traveling to and from transport hubs, I don't have to spend a lot of time on the road. For tight business schedules, this saves a lot on commuting time. After adding Joy on WeChat, many minor issues didn't require a special trip to the front desk. If I needed to confirm information or coordinate simple requests, I could handle it directly online, without having to take time out of a busy schedule to go to the lobby, saving me the hassle of running back and forth. The room maintenance is quite good; it's always clean and tidy each time I check in. For short business trips, it's just a temporary stop for rest, and a consistent room condition helps avoid many unexpected small problems, allowing me to relax peacefully after a long day. The entire check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth, with no unnecessary or complicated procedures.

Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, a good mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, including freshly made Cantonese dim sum like Chee Cheong Fun and Koay Teow. The food quality is consistently good, and the dining environment is comfortable. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, and ample parking space in the underground car park, including charging spots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. As a Marriott five-star hotel, it offers good value for money overall. It's suitable for both business trips and travelers commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Taking advantage of a break before the National Day holiday, I traveled solo to Shenzhen and stayed at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian. Getting around and transferring was convenient, and the surrounding commercial area was well-developed, making my trip very enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, with many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, making it easy to go out for a walk and find food in the evening. The room was clean and tidy inside, the bathroom drainage was smooth, toiletries were complete, and there were no strange odors. The soundproofing in the room was decent; with the door closed, I could barely hear corridor noise, and the lighting adjustment was also very handy. Check-out at the front desk was quick, and the luggage storage service was also very smooth. Just a small piece of feedback: the number of lockers in the pool changing room isn't very large, so during peak evening hours, you might have to wait a little. Overall, the hotel's hardware, hygiene, and service all meet five-star standards, making it a very suitable place for a solo traveler.

Loved my entire stay with my husband! It’s my first time in China and we opted to explore Futien in Shenzhen as our first stop just to familiarize myself with the area.  The location of the hotel was perfect, literally walking distance from the high speed train station, which we appreciated.  Our room had an incredible view and the space inside the room was huge! The bathroom had a tub, we had a walk in closet and had a very comfortable bed. The temperature upon entering the rom was also perfect - can’t say that abt other hotels!  We opted to include breakfast buffet as part of our stay - and it did not disappoint. The selection and quality of food exceeded our expectations and all staff were very friendly, the ones we came across were so warm, friendly, and very accommodating!  Thank you Shangrila Futien for the most perfect first time in China experience. ♥️

Shenzhen has cooled down these past few days, it's not as hot anymore. My friend and I went to climb Wutong Mountain. I highly recommend climbing Wutong Mountain these days; the weather is great, and you can catch both the sunrise and sunset. After coming down, it's right by the subway, and the subway goes directly to the hotel downstairs with only one transfer, making transportation extremely convenient. I also slept very well at night. The hotel rooms are suite-style, which means they are spacious. The front desk service was excellent.

From the room, we had a panoramic view of the yacht club and the ocean – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The hotel rooms aren't directly on the private beach, but there's a scheduled shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. It's only a 3-minute ride to the private beach, which is very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were extended until 10 AM, which is especially great for families who enjoy a leisurely meal or sleeping in. The staff were very helpful, and overall, we had a fantastic resort experience. I highly recommend it for family trips.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Ivy from Guest Relations was especially friendly and attentive, and she even arranged a lovely fruit platter for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room has a nice layout, with a comfortable bathtub and good-quality amenities. We also appreciated the helpful service from the Club Floor reception, who assisted us in arranging a foot massage at a nearby spa. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with attentive service and a well-maintained environment. The warm hospitality from the staff, especially Ivy and the Club Floor team, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

Last night was my first stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen, specifically to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, hence the 4.9-star rating. Upon reaching the lobby on the 96th floor, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking view of the Shenzhen cityscape. You could even see Sheung Shui, Hong Kong, in the distance – the view was truly superb. A special thank you to the hotel for knowing it was a birthday celebration; they prepared some decorations and a birthday cake. While not overly extravagant, it was a thoughtful gesture that added surprise and a sense of occasion to the birthday. The room itself was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Given the location, the view, and the service, the price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The only minor regret this time was not being able to try the hotel's buffet, which is why I'm holding back 0.1 points. I'll definitely try it next time if I have the chance. Finally, a big thank you to all the hotel staff; from check-in to check-out, they were all warm, professional, and attentive – truly top-notch service. I will definitely be back!

We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby. They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room. We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea. Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food. Overall, we loved everything, thank you!

Hyatt has always been my favorite, and the experience is always fantastic, especially at the Shenzhen Airport location. My flight was delayed that night, but as soon as I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She quickly processed my check-in and even thoughtfully asked about my plans for tomorrow, recommending some delicious local food. At 12:30 AM, I suddenly remembered I'd forgotten to print some work documents that I urgently needed for early morning. I called guest services just to try my luck, and Annie Huang was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. She color-printed over a dozen pages for me, meticulously organized them with paperclips, and even put them in a kraft paper bag. I was so touched when I received the documents – that's the warmth of Shenzhen! This city is truly welcoming, and this trip felt even happier because of Hyatt and Annie Huang. I'll definitely stay at Hyatt again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Thank you, Hyatt and Annie, for your homely service.

This is probably the most comfortable Hilton I've ever stayed at, and specifically the Nanhai Wing. It's the renovated old-school Shenzhen's first five-star Nanhai Hotel, and it even has a small garden downstairs, giving it a full retro resort vibe. The Wanghai Wing, on the other hand, is more postmodern in style. The front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast. The kids' toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes were also adorable. Room service was excellent. The Nanhai pool is 2 meters deep, perfect for a comfortable swim, and it wasn't crowded even during the National Day holiday. The public areas also have a sauna, hot tubs, and relaxation areas. The Wanghai side has a shallower outdoor pool suitable for kids and a dedicated children's pool, which tends to be a bit busier. There's also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The shuttle service between the two hotels is frequent, but they're actually very close, just a 3-minute walk apart. The suite in the Nanhai Wing offers excellent value for money compared to equivalent room types in the Wanghai Wing. It has two large balconies and a sofa bed that can be opened up, easily accommodating a family of four. The room design is great, with the bathroom, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet each being independent spaces that can be separated by sliding doors. Getting around from the Nanhai Wing is also very convenient; the elevator is very close to the lobby entrance, and you don't need to go up and down hills within the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the Sea World commercial area nearby. I'd definitely recommend the Nanhai Wing for a super chill holiday next time.

We stayed at the Intercontinental from August 31st to September 3rd – two adults and children aged 16 and 10. We chose a deluxe room with a garden view (which actually offered views of both the garden and skyscrapers) with two double beds. From the pictures, the beds looked large, but in reality, they were more like 1.5-person beds. The room itself was decent, but upon arrival, we had concerns about the cleanliness. We asked the staff for a cleaner room. They asked us to wait, and given our initial disappointment with the room, the hotel decided to compensate us with an upgraded room. That's when the magic began, as we found ourselves in an apartment! It featured a beautiful living room, a large master bedroom, and another room with two separate beds. There were two bathrooms and three toilets. It was a very spacious and beautiful room; we can't even imagine how much it costs. This upgrade was arranged by a hotel staff member named Dafne. She was so concerned that we were upset and wanted to make our stay more enjoyable. She certainly succeeded, as the room was simply magnificent. Additionally, we were constantly asked if everything was alright and if we were satisfied. The hotel breakfasts were excellent, with everything you could need. Fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurts, omelets, meats – you definitely wouldn't leave hungry. They also served delicious coffee and many fresh juices. The hotel has a fantastic pool and water park; even at 40, you can still enjoy the slides! It was our daughter's birthday, and Dafne helped us order a cake and arrange a lovely presentation during breakfast. Of course, the hotel isn't new, but it has a great atmosphere, is cozy, and the staff tries their absolute best. We really appreciated the attention. A big thank you to Dafne for her care and concern!

Aria Pan was incredibly helpful during check-in.😇 During our two-day summer family trip, both my 3-year-old and 13-year-old kids enjoyed a packed schedule of activities and kept exclaiming that they wanted to come back! At check-in, the front desk provided a summer activity guide, and we basically checked off every activity and were very satisfied. The hotel is huge with lots of activities, and different areas have play zones with corresponding rest areas, making the kids happy and the adults comfortable. The staff were very enthusiastic in providing directions, which I greatly appreciate. They take 'water safety first' very seriously. There are staff members present at both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the beach, to provide guidance. For instance, staff at the beach would prevent people from getting too close to the water outside of operating hours. The children's amenities and birthday decorations I requested in advance were all pleasantly arranged, adding a wonderful memory to our trip. Thanks again to Kaisa Group Marriott Hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe sea view king room with a balcony. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly smile from Zoe and Jessica who were always really thoughtful, attentive and ready to help. The front house staff are an asset to the hotel. The apartment features an open-plan design that feels larger than a standard hotel room, complete with home-like comforts including a washer/dryer machine which allowed us to refresh our clothes. A clothes hanger along with detergent is provided by the hotel again providing ease. The views from the balcony were stunning. Large windows across the rooms and the hotel offer fantastic, sweeping views of the surrounding area and waterfront. The sleeping and living spaces are kept spotless and hygienic by the housekeeping team. Situated close to 2 metro stations and local shopping options and residential conveniences, making daily errands simple. This was our first time in Shenzhen and will most definitely won’t be our last a special thank you to all at Hampton :)

The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the natural light and view were excellent, creating a great ambiance. The only minor drawback was a slight obstruction in the view, but it didn't detract from the overall positive impression. I'll definitely consider bringing my family here next time~
