Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel has been open for a while now. Even though it's been renovated, some parts do show their age, which is to be expected. However, the cleanliness is consistently good, and the rooms are generally very spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Service: The staff are very welcoming. The only minor inconvenience is having to report your car plate to the front desk every time you leave the parking lot.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was a truly delightful experience. The service was impeccable, as gentle and refreshing as a breeze, with prompt and considerate responses to all my needs. The smart delivery robots were incredibly convenient and efficient, perfectly blending technology with a human touch. Even the coffee latte art was exquisite, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The elegant environment and outstanding quality make this hotel a reliable choice for business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

It's been over half a year since our last stay on the executive floor. We always look forward to coming here to enjoy the executive lounge's snacks, and the breakfast offers plenty of choices. The location is superb, right in the heart of Futian CBD, just a 1-2 minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient with the bustling Huangting Plaza and Link Central shopping malls nearby, offering a wide array of food and entertainment. So, whenever we have free time, we love bringing our kids here for a wonderful weekend [applause][hug]. We really like it here; although the hotel's facilities show their age, you can still see the former grandeur and luxurious decor, with crystal chandeliers and understated, elegant wood accents. Coco Park, a beautiful indoor and outdoor shopping center with many dining options, is also just a 5-7 minute walk away. The service at this hotel is excellent 👍.

Huanggang Port and Futian Port Shenzhen|3.55km from city center
I planned a trip during the Chinese New Year and compared several hotels before finally choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen. I was drawn to its location, and we arrived as scheduled on the fifth day of the New Year. Our group of six took a taxi from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport to the hotel, which took about half an hour. I guess there wasn't much traffic due to the holiday. Upon arrival, I noticed it's in the Futian Free Trade Zone, and Futian District is Shenzhen's city center, close to Futian Port. The hotel has a fairly large footprint. The lobby has an old-money vibe, which is understandable as it's one of Shenzhen's older five-star hotels, so it's a bit dated. We booked one Deluxe King Room and two Select Twin Rooms. The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing. The Deluxe King Room was in the East Wing, and the Select Twin Rooms were in the West Wing. It's worth noting that the two buildings are quite far apart. You can access the East Wing directly from the lobby floor, but for the West Wing, you need to take an elevator up to the 5th floor, then navigate three corridors, walking for about a minute to reach the West Wing, and then use your key card to go up to your floor. It's a bit of a trek and not a direct elevator ride. I suspect the West Wing was added later. The Deluxe Room was slightly smaller and only had a bathtub. The king bed was 1.83 meters, quite large. The Select Room, I believe, is an executive room; it was very spacious, probably around 30 square meters. The twin beds were 1.35 meters, which is good compared to the 1.2-meter beds in other hotels. The bedding was very comfortable and soft. The bathroom had a shower. Although the hardware is a bit old, the service is excellent. The soundproofing in this room is genuinely good; we stayed for four nights and didn't hear any noise. Especially the surroundings of the Select Room – it was high, spacious, and open, creating a very comfortable and un-claustrophobic environment. The cleanliness was also superb. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly; it definitely lives up to five-star service. The breakfast was standard, meeting the hotel's expected quality. If you don't include breakfast, it's 88 RMB per person for the buffet. Getting around is also very convenient. Taxis and subways are readily available, and there are plenty of shared bikes (Mobike, Ofo, etc.) nearby. We cycled around the city many times. In February, Shenzhen was already warm enough for short sleeves, making cycling very pleasant. For those going to Hong Kong, you can reach Futian Port by shared bike in 3 minutes to take the subway to Hong Kong, or take a taxi for 10 minutes to Futian Station (Gate 12A) and take the high-speed rail for 14 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon. Crossing the border is also very quick now. This trip to Shenzhen was a great experience, mainly because I slept so well due to the excellent soundproofing; there was no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen, which is why I'm leaving this review. The hotel offers a station transfer service (shuttle bus): Didn't get a chance to use it.

Our four-generation family spent Chinese New Year in Shenzhen, and the New Year's Eve buffet, Yee Sang tossing, and the lion dance on the first day of the New Year were all fantastic experiences. Everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, loved it. The hotel's location is also super convenient; the train station downstairs gets you to Hong Kong West Kowloon in just 14 minutes. Our preschooler even drew a lucky 'fu' character, which was adorable!

I booked two rooms for two nights over Chinese New Year, both advertised with 'city views.' However, we were given low-floor rooms that looked directly onto the large roof of the exhibition center across the street. We decided not to change rooms as they were otherwise decent. The hotel is 17 years old, and while the lobby shows a bit of age, it's very well-maintained. Our entire 7th floor had been recently renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. The gym is excellently equipped with a wide range of machines. The rooftop outdoor pool is also very comfortable. Location-wise, it's right in the heart of Futian District, surrounded by 6-7 malls, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable; everyone greeted us with a smile! We had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn't quite ideal. While there was a good variety of items, it would be perfect if the taste could be refined and improved.

Service: I absolutely have to highlight this! If you're big on hotel service, you can't go wrong with this place. We arrived quite early after flying from Nanjing to Shenzhen, and there was a huge temperature difference. The staff were incredibly patient, helped us with our room, and even proactively asked if we needed a place to change clothes. Ms. Nancy was so gentle and patient during check-in, and her handwritten welcome card really touched me. The local tourist map she provided was also super useful. Plus, the duty manager at the front desk that day was very helpful, sharing insights about the nearby commercial areas – truly excellent! Ambiance: The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the Futian Exhibition Center. You don't have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment, as everything is easily accessible. Getting around is convenient, and there's even a border crossing nearby for trips to Hong Kong. Facilities: Four Seasons is a relatively well-established hotel in Shenzhen. After staying at one in Hong Kong, I was curious to experience their mainland China offering. It has everything you'd expect, and it all works perfectly. I was very satisfied. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom floor – it's anti-slip but not abrasive, so no need for a bath mat, and the drainage is incredibly fast. It's the best experience and most functional bathroom I've encountered in a hotel so far (my focus points might be a bit odd, I know!). My two stays at Four Seasons have truly won me over. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This trip to Shenzhen was delightful and comfortable.

Facilities: Old-fashioned, but the location is a big plus. Cleanliness: The staff actually clean quite diligently, but there were still small flying insects in the room. They probably haven't done this year's pest control yet. Environment: Average. Service: I booked two rooms with cash, and they didn't even upgrade one to a larger room. Instead, they gave us two small, run-down rooms at opposite ends of the same floor. Pretty stingy.

The hotel front desk provided excellent service. All the rooms are suites with a separate living room, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is located near Dongmen, directly opposite Dongmen Market, and it's also very close to the pedestrian street for shopping. Transportation is convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. I really like the rooms here, especially having a spacious living room. The front desk staff were all very helpful. It's also very convenient for shopping, and there's a free gym and laundry room on the 5th floor. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Extremely satisfied! For this price and location, there's nothing to complain about. We booked an executive suite and they provided an extra bed for free, so it was very spacious for two adults and two children, and it even had two bathrooms. It happened to be my husband's birthday, and even though we didn't mention it, the concierge called to deliver a cake. When we returned to the room, we found a birthday towel arrangement. This level of service far surpasses that of Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel (thinking about HK Disney just makes me angry!). Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained. On the last day of the Chinese New Year holiday, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and service was a bit slow. The executive lounge was also very busy during the holiday. On our second night, which was a weekday, there were fewer people and the experience was much better; even the quality of the food in the lounge improved. The lounge breakfast was more refined and tastier than the restaurant downstairs. The à la carte menu had limited options, but the Eggs Benedict and French toast were delicious.

This deserves a full five-star review! My stay here far exceeded expectations; it was comfortable and full of pleasant surprises from start to finish ✨. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The staff proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade, paying attention to every little detail, which immediately made a great impression! The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and relaxing. The pool was clean and comfortable, giving a real holiday vibe. The best part was being able to take the hotel shuttle directly to the Intercontinental's exclusive beach. It was so convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy a quiet, private ocean view – truly delightful~ Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The service, dining, and amenities are all top-notch. If you're looking for a holiday in Dameisha, Shenzhen, this is definitely the place to choose. Had a lovely trip to the cabins! The newly renovated rooms were clean and tidy, with lush greenery right outside – it felt like being embraced by nature. Waking up early, breathing in the mountain air, and feeling recharged by nature was wonderful. The cabins are right next to the scenic area, which is definitely a paradise for kids. Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted me. Ambiance: The hotel is right next to MixC, which is super convenient for shopping. To separate it from the commercial area, the lobby is located on the top floor. You then take an internal elevator down to your room. While it's a bit of a hassle to go out each time, it ensures guest privacy, so overall it's a good setup. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I'd say it's one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. There's a huge variety of dishes, the space is open, and the environment is lovely. I'm planning to come back and try the dinner buffet next time.

The building is old outside, but the room is nice. There is a hot spring on the balcony where three people can soak together. There are two sets of kimonos in the room for taking photos. The air conditioning is not very good. 19 degrees is not very cold. The outdoor temperature was 23 that day.

This guesthouse has a great design, with a bright exterior and cheerful room colors. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and the room was clean and hygienic. It featured floor-to-ceiling glass windows with electric blinds, and a toilet with an automatic lid, separate from the shower room. The low-lying futon-style bedding took some getting used to, and with only one chair, the room felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was a Western-style sandwich with bacon, sausage, and juice. The guesthouse is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk, and there are many attractions and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, I had a good experience.

So quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

We booked Villa No. 1, which was quite good. The overall environment is probably among the best on this beach. While it's located amidst local villagers' houses, it's very convenient, just a three to four-minute walk to the beach. Other accommodations in the area are typically just regular village homes. The service was excellent; it operates like a guesthouse with a dedicated host who goes out of their way to fulfill any needs. My only minor suggestion would be to further enhance the cleanliness and make it a bit more thorough. The room design is very warm and cozy.

As a luxury hotel that's been open for many years, its overall quality remains outstanding, showing no signs of age despite its long history. From the elegant decor of the lobby and the well-maintained public areas to the facilities and layout of the rooms, everything still exudes a sense of luxury and refinement. The rooms are spacious and grand, with excellent natural light. The bedding is comfortable and soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional, with attention to detail evident throughout. The staff are professional, polite, and friendly, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The overall service standard is consistently high. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the environment is quiet and private, ensuring a very pleasant stay. This is a truly classic high-end hotel that stands the test of time, offering both luxury and comfort. It's highly recommended, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

This is an old hotel, and while the facilities are reasonably well-maintained, the sofa cushions were disgustingly dirty – covered in stains that looked like maps. Waiting over 20 minutes for breakfast was annoying enough, but what really frustrated me was being told both at check-in and again by the front desk via phone the next morning that breakfast was until 11 AM, only for the restaurant to say 10:30 AM. This is a very basic operational error. Since we eat slowly, everything was already cleared away when we wanted more food, so neither the adults nor the children ate enough. The 'butler service' was completely non-existent throughout our stay. At other hotels, the butler always contacts me in advance to add them on WeChat, but I didn't see a trace of one here. I even had to call to ask for the welcome fruit before it was delivered. To be fair, some staff members provided excellent service. I left something behind when I checked out, and after I contacted them, they very responsibly searched for it twice and helped me find it.

For those businesses travelers, remember to set up the VPN to use the internet, otherwise you can only access the Chinese apps. ☘️ A kind suggestion for the business owner: you can sell the VPN Package for the international tourists to access the global apps. The room was spacious with a great view. It's quite convenient, only a 10-minute taxi ride to Dameisha. The staff were all very welcoming and someone helped with our luggage. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. The self-service breakfast restaurant also boasts a fantastic view. It would have been even better if the room provided plastic slippers, as the fabric disposable ones were uncomfortable to wear. Also, the quality of the noodle soup broth could use improvement. I stayed for three nights, and the broth for the first two mornings was supposedly seafood soup, but I didn't see a single shrimp, and the rice noodles were basically flavorless. The first photo was taken from the hotel room. The second photo was taken at the hotel restaurant. The third photo is of Dameisha Outpost.

This stay at the hotel was for celebrating my and my wife's anniversary. I had added the contact information of the hotel front desk in advance. The front desk helped me decorate the room and assisted me in booking the cake and flowers. The hotel is located in a prime location. The subway station is downstairs. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall. The Happy Valley and the World Window are nearby the hotel.

A stay to remember: The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen. Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

We were originally scheduled to fly back to Hubei from Jieyang. My child is an airplane enthusiast, and I spontaneously found this hotel where you can see and photograph planes, so I decisively changed our plans. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The environment is great, and there's a large platform where I could take my child for a stroll. We were also able to play billiards and enjoy other recreational activities, which perfectly met our needs when traveling with a child. The hotel's buffet was delicious, and breakfast was excellent too. Overall, this hotel was the most satisfying part of our trip! La la la la la. Hotel, you're super classy! I was so happy staying there, I felt like a phoenix singing! Yep, hotel, you're awesome! (The last few sentences were added by my child.)

The South China Sea Wing suite is perfect for a family of three; the 1.35-meter sofa bed in the living room is spacious enough for an adult. Most of the sea views from the 6th floor of the South China Sea Wing are obstructed, with more blockage on the right side. It's better to choose a room on the left side, or if not available, opt for room 6028 next to the elevator. The South China Sea Wing is quite simple overall. The indoor pool is closed in winter, and the gym has many external users. It's better to take the hotel's shuttle to the gym and pool at the Wanghai Wing; riding in the shuttle with a cool breeze really gives you that vacation feeling! Staying in Shekou is so pleasant, with the Sea World Culture and Arts Center and Prince Bay being great places for a stroll.

Overall, it was very good. Our butler, Jason, was extremely polite and even provided us with his self-made travel plans, which were very helpful and prevented us from taking unnecessary detours. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the kids' club with its fine white sand beach and clear water. It's perfect for families with young children; you can leave the kids to play all day at the kids' club while the adults relax on lounge chairs, sleeping and sunbathing.

Cleanliness: The hotel isn't new, but the rooms and public facilities are well-maintained, including the outdoor pool which wasn't in use in February. The green coverage is high. Service: I was extremely impressed with the hotel's dining service. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, and the prepared food was meticulously cut. Most importantly, the seating management during peak breakfast hours was well-organized. Even during the busiest period from 9-10 AM, there was hardly any waiting time. What's even more commendable is how proactive and attentive all the staff were in anticipating guests' needs. They cleared plates promptly and thoughtfully, constantly scanning the room for any requirements. Similarly, during the dinner buffet, the food was fresh, with excellent beef hotpot and seafood quality. The authentic Cantonese-style rice noodle rolls and clay pot rice were also highlights. While you could tell the restaurant was mindful of costs, they still offered everything you'd expect without sacrificing quality or the overall dining experience. They even allowed a small amount of leftovers to be packed for my child who wasn't with me, which speaks volumes about the management's generous and accommodating service philosophy.

Staff is so accommodating, worried about our comfort during the stay. We left 2 days earlier without an announcement, and the receptionist ran at the last moment before we set in the taxi, she asked, if we want a refund these ”non-stay” days. Our booking was non-refundable, anyway the lady resolved this issue from the hotel side and we did get a refund during 30 minutes after leave. Appreciate the help and wish the hotel staff all the best. Thank you very much!

My colleagues used to stay at Sentosa when they came for business trips, and this time my relatives came, so I arranged for them to stay here too. During check-in, Front Desk Agent Xiao Cui kindly upgraded us to a suite. Our whole family was there to send off our elders, and we even sat in the room for a while – it was a real lifesaver!
