We upgraded our rooms facing Songbei River on the executive floor and it was totally worth it. The river view was amazing and we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset view while having a drink and snacks inside. My husband was quite drained from the coldness outside and it was relaxing to sit and view sun island from a vintage point. Thank you Shangri La. They also gave my children an adorable Dongbei Shangri la tiger. A lovely cherry on the top to our stay at the hotel.

This stay was fantastic! The lobby is beautifully decorated, very elegant and grand. The location is absolutely perfect; there's a Metro Line 2 right outside the door, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Central Street and the Ice and Snow World. The facilities are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is definitely up to par. The bedding was soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming; their floral vests had a festive Northeastern charm. They even proactively helped me arrange a courier service for my luggage. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety of dishes. I'd definitely come back again! 🎉

The room was quite warm, and the twin room was very convenient as the two beds could be pushed together, which is great when traveling with kids. The buffet was also delicious, especially the desserts – I've never had such good desserts at a buffet before. Plus, they offer a free shuttle directly to the main scenic spots, which is incredibly handy. The outdoor scenery is also excellent; the panoramic king room offers a night view of the Ice and Snow World, just make sure you don't book the wrong one.

Spent New Year's Eve at the JW Marriott Hotel Harbin! The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-10 minute drive from the Ice and Snow World, Polar Park, and Siberian Tiger Park. All the amenities provided are of very high quality. Plus, when I checked in, the front desk attendant gave me a room on a high floor with a fantastic view – I could see the Ice and Snow World in the distance, and the Ferris wheel at night, which was so romantic! This made my entire four-day stay incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast selection was very rich, with many local specialties. The housekeeping staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all requests. A special thanks also to the patient and enthusiastic pandemic prevention staff member. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and tidy. I stayed here for three days and had a new, unique experience each day. Harbin in winter is truly romantic, offering a feeling that no other city can. I think everyone can relate to this: when you're happy with your accommodation, you naturally have a better time exploring. Their butler service was incredibly attentive, showing genuine care both before and after check-in. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. Five stars for them!

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Seine House was a warm and comfortable place to stay, especially after being out in the cold. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly, and they went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian breakfast for us, which was much appreciated. The rooms have a European Russian style decor with solid wooden furniture, giving the space a classic and cosy feel. The rooms were very clean with no noticeable dust, which made the stay even more comfortable. They are spacious, well heated, and felt like a real relief after long days outdoors. The bed was comfortable, there was a bathtub, and a humidifier was provided, which really helped with Harbin’s dry winter air. The overall atmosphere is homey rather than hotel like. The location is very convenient, close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street) and Zhongshan Street, and also near the cable car that crosses the Songhua River to Sun Island. It is worth noting that the hotel is officially non smoking throughout, but some guests did not follow the rules, and the smell occasionally drifted into the corridors and rooms. This was not due to the hotel’s policy, but rather guest behaviour. Overall, Seine House offers spacious, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and a warm, character filled stay in a good Harbin location, with only minor discomfort caused by guests not observing the non smoking rules.

The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the toiletries were of high quality, and thoughtful amenities like a tea set and tea bags were provided. The breakfast offered a rich and varied mix of Western and Chinese options that never repeated. The 24-hour laundry room and robot room service were incredibly practical. Every staff member greeted guests with a smile and was responsive to every request, making for a truly warm and considerate experience. Whether for a business trip or leisure travel, it's a comforting haven that I've come to cherish. It has become my top choice for accommodation, and I will definitely be back!

The suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning.

First time at this hot spring resort and it far exceeded my expectations! The family room was huge, and it included unlimited access to the hot spring area for 2 adults and 1 child. The outdoor hot springs were so invigorating – it looked cold, but it was really warm once you got in. After a relaxing soak, you could head to the food street or get a massage in the lounge area. Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

Five-star review! The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was great. It's super convenient for getting around, very close to the subway. Our check-in experience was fantastic. My friend and I came for a trip and definitely didn't pick the wrong hotel. The bed was really soft, and the room was spacious and bright. There's even an amusement park within the resort, so if you get tired of staying in the hotel, you can go wander around – it's all very interesting. The entire park has a European castle architectural style, which is beautiful and perfect for photos. Plus, all the staff were wonderful, with very friendly service. There's also a shuttle bus within the park, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was incredibly rich and awesome! We even happened to catch a newly opened venue within the park and went to check it out – it was so dreamy and huge, you could even do cosplay! It was amazing.
