Good location, walking distance from Wangfujing. Excellent stay. Smooth check-in for my prepaid booking (1,000 RMB deposit required). The hotel features beautiful classic decor and spacious rooms. I booked a suite, and the room was spacious with decent bedding, and the service was good. However, the lobby, the breakfast restaurant on the basement floor, and the dinner restaurant on the second floor were all incredibly cold. I had to eat wearing a coat! Are they that stingy with the air conditioning? Also, the colorful lights on the bedroom TV wall and headboard made it look like a KTV, it was quite startling at night. What kind of design is this? Is there no sense of aesthetics? I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've seen such a gaudy headboard – it was really creepy. The electric curtain switches were broken, so one large curtain couldn't close. I couldn't even close it manually because the sofa was right against the window… Speechless. The afternoon tea looked nice but tasted terrible. The lion and turret were made into big chocolate lumps, there wasn't a single slice of cake, and there were four rock-hard scones. Apart from the fruit, nothing was good. It was so subpar and didn't match the price. In summary, aside from the large room and good hygiene, the hotel lacked character and felt very dated. I wouldn't recommend it for the price. I strongly suggest immediately removing the red and blue background wall and fixing the electric curtains!

This time, I brought my child to the hotel. I'd inquired beforehand and knew they couldn't provide a crib, so I made do by pushing the sofa and bed together to create a safe sleeping space. The hotel's service attitude was good, and the room was very spacious. I tried out the pool in the morning; it's connected to the gym. There weren't any staff around, so no towels were provided, but the water temperature was lovely and warm. The pool itself is small but very quiet.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside a shopping district and subway station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it was so quiet at night that I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast had a great variety of Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

We drove from Shanghai to Beijing, and this hotel is conveniently located right by the Second Ring Road. Compared to many other hotels in this area that charge for parking, the Chang Fu Gong offers free parking when booking through Trip.com, which is fantastic value for money. The Jianguomen subway station is directly opposite the hotel, just a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. Across the street are several consulates. Despite the elevated highway nearby, the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The rooms feature a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) and disposable exfoliating mitts for showering. The hotel staff are incredibly responsive and helpful with any requests. The doormen at the entrance are very observant; they open the car door and help with luggage as soon as a car arrives. Downstairs, there are various dining options like Ziguan Garden, Lawson, and McDonald's, catering to different tastes. Overall, the hotel boasts an excellent location, great value, and superb service. It's a place I would definitely choose again. I'm very grateful to have had such a wonderful hotel experience during my Beijing trip.

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.86km from city center
1️⃣ The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Subway Line 2 is right at the entrance, and Tiananmen Square is only about 1.5 km away by bike, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although it's a bit far from the Summer Palace, the location itself is genuinely great. 2️⃣ Now, about the service. On the night of the 30th, perhaps because the hotel is older, the soundproofing was exceptionally poor. Why do I say exceptionally poor? It was to the point where you could hear conversations from the next room crystal clear. This wasn't a huge issue until a man checked into the room next to us on the night of the 30th. His snoring was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep. It was already past midnight, so I called the front desk. It seemed to be an intern who answered, and they very pleasantly moved us to another room, which was an upgraded room with an outer window. However, after the switch, the upgraded room was actually a bit smaller than the original one we were in. Since I had a 30-inch suitcase, it was quite cramped and difficult to move around once opened. Also, the room lacked an air purifier. All in all, the upgraded room was significantly less comfortable than the original one. I asked the intern at the front desk if they could offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation, but perhaps the intern didn't have the authority, so they didn't agree. A few minutes later, the lobby manager called, explained the differences in the upgraded room, apologized, offered a complimentary breakfast, and arranged for housekeeping to deliver an air purifier and a humidifier (they initially sent the wrong item, so comrade Jianjun from housekeeping had to make two trips at such a late hour, which I felt very bad about, but comrade Jianjun's attitude was consistently good and not impatient at all, and I really want to praise him for that). (The room was a bit warm, and I asked the front desk several times if there was a way to alleviate it. One reason was the central air conditioning, and the other was the in-room AC. Even after turning off the in-room AC, it was still very stuffy, and no other solutions were offered. However, the lobby manager on duty on the night of the 30th suggested bringing a humidifier, which felt very thoughtful. Overall, the solutions were very comforting). The room is a bit old, given its age, but most of the staff are very enthusiastic, and transportation is convenient. I would still choose this hotel next time I visit Beijing.

Whenever I'm in Beijing, I usually book at Communal. The location is excellent, and getting around by subway is super convenient. They even upgraded my room to a suite with a living room, fully equipped with everything I needed. The humidifier and air purifier were a really thoughtful touch. The soft drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary too. No need to worry about dry skin either, as they provide a large bottle of body lotion. The gym is on the 16th floor; you can get a good half-hour strength workout in. The hotel breakfast is also great. Although the space isn't huge, it's very refined. This time, I discovered the cold chicken breast salad was really delicious. I hope the quality remains consistent. I'll definitely return if I have the chance.

I chose the Li Ting Hotel for my business trip this time, and it was absolutely the right choice! As a star-rated hotel, it truly delivers on luxury and provides an exceptional experience. The location is definitely worth praising; it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to Metro Line 1 and Line 5, making getting around completely effortless. Just 50 meters to the left after exiting the hotel, there's a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options that it's hard to choose, easily satisfying all your retail and food cravings. The room was an even bigger surprise. It was incredibly spacious and bright, with fantastic natural light. Especially the floor-to-ceiling window, which offered an amazing view – it was incredibly comfortable just lying there and enjoying the scenery. The amenities were also complete, and the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable. I slept like a baby, straight through till morning, and it was incredibly rejuvenating. Breakfast also deserves a mention. There was a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, with plenty of options. I was able to eat a satisfying meal every morning. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive, always thinking of the guests' needs. Their service was incredibly thoughtful, and they deserve a huge thumbs-up! Exceptional hospitality and the best stay in Beijing! I stayed at the Kerry Hotel for two nights from January 26th to 28th, 2026, and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I entered the room, the manager’s welcome message and cookies made me feel genuinely valued. Since I had to check out at 5:00 AM on the 28th, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us. I was so touched by this thoughtful gesture. I also want to mention the concierge staff—their English was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful not only in calling a taxi but also in explaining how to get back, which made our trip to Sanlitun very enjoyable. 'A special thank you' goes to the doorman on duty(Jan 27th around 5pm) when I returned from Sanlitun. I encountered a sudden internet issue and couldn't use Alipay. I only had a 100 RMB note, but he quickly sensed the situation and exchanged it for smaller bills so I could pay the taxi driver without any conflict. His quick thinking and flexibility saved the day, and I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves. The hotel’s Adventure Zone (kids' club) was also fantastic. The staff members positioned throughout the area kept my 7-year-old son safe, and the facility was clean and not overcrowded. It was definitely a highlight of the trip for him! The location is perfect as well. I could see all the major CBD buildings at a glance, and the view of the CCTV headquarters from my room was breathtaking. I will definitely choose Kerry Hotel again for my next trip to Beijing. It felt like every staff member was doing their absolute best to take care of the guests. I've stayed here twice now, and the room's floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent light, making it very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct access to the China World Mall, and it's home to Nanmen Hotpot and Ma Liu Ji. The basement connects directly to Metro Lines 1 and 10, which is super convenient. Line 1 goes straight to attractions like Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Military Museum. Beijing traffic can be bad, so having easy subway access is a huge plus. This time, I also noticed a significant improvement in the hotel's service. We're a family of three, and we pushed the two twin beds together to sleep. When the staff cleaned the room, they thoughtfully put a thick bed sheet over them, so the person in the middle didn't feel the uncomfortable gap between the two beds, and we slept really well. Plus, every day they'd provide extra bottles of mineral water and tissues based on our habits, and when I asked for a band-aid, they proactively offered iodine swabs, which was very thoughtful. 👍

Had a fantastic weekend stay at the Marriott乐多港! A special shout-out to our dedicated butler, David – his service was incredibly professional and attentive. He was super responsive to all our questions and handled everything efficiently and thoughtfully, accurately meeting all our needs, which made our stay completely stress-free. The hotel facilities are excellent overall, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and family trips. Marriott's five-star service truly lives up to its reputation. I'll definitely be coming back, especially because of David's thoughtful service. Highly recommend!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Although there was a notice in the room about hotel maintenance, it didn't actually cause any inconvenience. There were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Either that, or the kid next door was just incredibly loud. They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock! The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays. The call went to an automated customer service. I explained my request, and the AI said it understood. However, no one came to collect them until I was about to leave around 6 PM. Luckily, a staff member came to do the turndown service and took them away for me.

An absolutely fantastic stay, truly deserving of five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the staff's warm hospitality. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful; they patiently explained the hotel facilities and offered recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was spacious, bright, and exquisitely decorated, spotless and immaculate. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly washing away my travel fatigue. Both the convenience of its location and the overall experience were impeccable. This hotel has definitely made it onto my top choices for future trips. I highly recommend it and will certainly be back!

This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city. Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you. And yes they do accept foreigners

I booked a deluxe king room and arrived past 1 AM, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a deluxe junior suite. The space was very generous with a great design aesthetic, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for an excellent rest. The overall environment was very clean. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The Courtyard Two-Bedroom was truly excellent, a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. Our housekeeper, Danika, contacted us back in late September and helped us prepare delicious fruits and Forbidden City-themed desserts. The biggest surprise was the anniversary cake she arranged for us! The room was on the second floor with a fantastic view. Our family of four enjoyed watching TV in the living room – the screen mirroring was very convenient – while sipping tea and snacking on desserts. It felt so cozy and like home! Breakfast could be delivered to the room. Judy, the breakfast staff, was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, helping us take photos and showing great patience 👍. Having breakfast in the courtyard was a unique experience! Many thanks to Danika for her kind service; she responded instantly to messages and was very responsible and dedicated in her work 👍👍! The package included a spa treatment. The overall ambiance was lovely. Vivian was very meticulous, and Angela and Mary gave excellent massages!

The room was clean and tidy, and upon check-in, there was tea and a candy souvenir, which really added to the New Year's festive atmosphere. The facilities were also very complete. I especially loved the late-night congee service.
