How to Join FREE Shenzhen Tour

This is hands down the easiest way to explore Shenzhen in 1 day tour—Trip.com runs a free guided tour for Bao’an Airport entry travelers. No pre-registration, no hidden fees, just first-come first-served seats.

✅ Schedule: Departs daily at 09:00 (GMT+8), ends at 15:00 at Shenzhen Talent Park. Important note: No return transport to the airport is provided—plan your way back with extra buffer time.

✅ What’s included: Free shuttle bus from the airport to attractions, bilingual (English/Mandarin) professional guide, and entry tickets to scenic spots (where applicable).

✅ Eligibility: All international transit passengers with valid visa-free approval/transit documents. Kids under 12 must travel with an adult.

✅ Tour Route & Must-See Highlights (tested by me, these spots are worth your time):

  • Lianhuashan Park: A calm urban green space with unbeatable Shenzhen skyline photo ops. 10:00–11:00 is the sweet spot—soft sunlight, minimal crowds, perfect for shots.
  • Nantou Ancient City: A 1,700-year-old town where traditional Chinese architecture mixes with trendy boutiques and cafes. Don’t miss local snacks: braised pork ribs rice and coconut jelly are absolute must-tries. The free Nantou Ancient City Museum is great for a quick history dive (closed on Mondays).
  • Shenzhen Talent Park: The tour finishes here, with panoramic views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Shenzhen’s futuristic skyline. Spend 15–20 mins strolling the waterfront before heading back to the airport.

Shenzhen Layover - Visa & Transit Policy (TWOV)

Shenzhen Layover - Visa & Transit Policy (TWOV)

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport

You can leave the airport during your layover—this policy applies to Shenzhen, and it’s one of the most flexible transit rules in China, letting you explore Shenzhen and the whole of Guangdong Province visa-free for 10 days. I’ve used this policy multiple times, and it’s straightforward as long as you meet the requirements.

  • Eligible nationalities: Citizens of 55 countries (EU nations, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, and most Southeast Asian countries included).
  • 240-hour window calculation: Starts at 00:00 (GMT+8) the day after your arrival. For example: Arrive on Jan 1 → your 10-day window kicks off on Jan 2 (gives you a full 10+ days to explore).
  • Required documents: A valid passport + an onward ticket to a third country/region (a return ticket to your home country does NOT qualify if it’s the same as your arrival destination).
  • Entry ports: Shenzhen Bao’an Airport (SZX), Shekou Ferry Terminal, and all major ports in Guangdong Province.
  • Entry process: Follow the Visa-Free Transit signs to the dedicated immigration counter (T3 International Arrivals Hall) → hand in your documents → finish inspection (5–10 mins; 15+ mins during peak hours) → collect luggage and go.

What to Do during Shenzhen Layover (7h, 12h, 24h)

What to Do during Shenzhen Layover (7h, 12h, 24h)

The best activities during your Shenzhen layover depend on how much time you have. Below are tailored itineraries that balance exploration and convenience, so that you have enough buffer time for return travel and airport security checks.

  • 7-Hour Layover: The full Shenzhen Express tour fits perfectly here. Time breakdown: 08:30 (arrive at Trip.com counter) → 09:00 (tour departure) → 15:00 (tour ends) → 15:30-16:00 (return to airport by taxi, 25-30 minutes).
  • 12-hour stay: Combine free tours with more attractions. After the tour ends at 3 p.m., take a taxi to Ping An Finance Center (15 minutes, ¥30-40) and enjoy a 360-degree city view from the 116th floor observation deck (¥180 per person). Take the subway (40 minutes, ¥9) or a taxi (30 minutes, ¥60- ¥80) back to the airport.
  • 24-hour stay: In-depth exploration of Shenzhen's culture and cuisine. After the Shenzhen Express tour, head to Dongmen Pedestrian Street to taste street snacks and do some shopping (50 minutes by subway, 8 yuan), then have a meal at a seafood restaurant in Shekou (30 minutes by taxi, 40 to 50 yuan), and take a stroll along the seaside. Stay at a hotel near the airport (such as Shenzhen Airport Hotel, 400 to 600 yuan per night), and return to the airport the next morning.

Our whole family came from Hong Kong to celebrate our child's birthday. We pre-ordered a cake online and had it delivered to the hotel. We informed the concierge beforehand, and they were incredibly thoughtful, helping us receive it and carefully placing it in the fridge to keep it fresh, saving us a lot of hassle. The family room we booked exceeded our expectations; it was fully decorated with charming cartoon themes and even had a small tent, which our child excitedly played with the moment we walked in. The hotel lobby has claw machines, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The concierge also proactively gave us detailed recommendations for kid-friendly attractions nearby. The room itself was spacious and bright with a great view from the window. The interior decoration was cozy and soothing. There was a variety of pillows on the bed, including neck support pillows and soft pillows, ensuring a very restful sleep after our long journey. The staff were all very kind and attentive, from helping store our cake to offering comprehensive advice on local activities. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, our birthday trip was very relaxing and comfortable.

Facilities: The rooms are a bit dated, and the TV casting quality isn't great. Cleanliness: Relatively good. Breakfast: The congee (生滚粥) and noodles (线面) were delicious. Overall, the hotel is pretty good. Check-in was quite slow; I had to wait half an hour after the official check-in time for the room to be cleaned and the key card to be issued.

Room was a little musty and quite rundown. More than great enough for just sleeping. Bathtub was peeling, had mold in areas, and just could be.. cleaner. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff were also very helpful and kind. Nice gym, pool was very cold as the sun is blocked by the building ( though I guess its well shaded) Very close ride to Link City mall

Had a great stay at Hilton Shenzhen Futian. The location is excellent, with direct access to Gangxia North Train Station and plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view overlooking Shenzhen's CBD, and the lobby was elegantly decorated, giving the hotel a luxurious feel. The executive lounge also hard a few alcohol selections, breakfast tasted great and offered many options. A special thanks to Zoey and Layla for reaching out before my arrival and ensuring everything was ready for my stay. Their thoughtful and attentive service made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality.

I had a profound experience of a long-standing five-star hotel's pursuit and dedication to quality, and I highly recommend everyone to check it out if you get the chance. It's often said that a mountain doesn't need to be high to be famous if an immortal lives there; similarly, five-star hotels aren't just about endlessly competing on hardware and decor. Focusing on enhancing soft service skills is what truly attracts consumers, and I felt this deeply during my stay. From the efficient handling by Front Desk Manager Zhang Zhiying, to the warm concern of the duty manager, the female manager with the code 066FOLIYA on my checkout bill (didn't catch her name), the staff at the buffet restaurant, the reception at the business center, and the guidance from the housekeeping staff... many details confirmed my impression: the Shangri-La brand still strives for true five-star hotel standards, and I highly commend them.

Pros - Both our rooms at level 10 were relatively close to each other facing the Wong Tee Plaza. It might be a way of the said front desk staff allocating these rooms to us to compensate for our unpleasant check in experience (see below). Spectacular views and we managed to spectate the night light show on Saturday without needing to go to the Civic Centre. - Facilities are great including 24-hour well equipped gym and sauna (best of all hotels in China we experienced so far). - Rooms are relatively new and fully equipped with necessities, has a dyson air dryer, Toto automatic toilet, automated curtains and a steamer to iron the clothes. - Breakfast had a lot of varieties to offer (personally loved the oden and sushi section), good service too. - Housekeeping was amazing. As I was leaving my room, Joy asked if we were interested in their laundry services and we declined as we do not have much laundry to do. After the first day of housekeeping, she noticed we did simple laundry (1-2 pieces of undergarment) and offered us a complimentary mini laundry detergent. We appreciate her thoughtfulness despite the fact that we initially declined her services. - Check out was relatively seamless, I believe it was the front office manager that managed our check out and explained the deposit refund procedures accordingly. - Concierge was decent too as they suggested we are better off getting a Didi to transfer our move to our next destination, and helped us load our bags to the Didi. Cons The only downside experience was check in. We requested if it would be possible to have interconnecting rooms (all good if not, at least as close to each other as possible within the same floor). We were advised that given interconnecting rooms are not available for the same type of rooms: 1.The staff provided an offer (upgrade to one of the bigger rooms that has interconnecting room with free 3 days hotel breakfast for 2 out of 4 pax). The quote/offer was outside of our budget hence we declined the offer and we just accept our original booking via Trip.com with no interconnecting rooms. 2.After we declined, the staff informed us that she miscalculated the price (from RMB 31k down to RMB 20k) for the same offer. This is very odd/confusing to us especially with the price difference due to miscalculation, and she was trying to push this offer to us again which we declined. At this point, whatever price quoted to us of this offer lost its credibility and we proceeded to stick to our original booking. 3.The staff said that she will notify us via WeChat (she added us on WeChat) once the room is ready. Understood at that time it was before check in time (i.e. before 3pm) hence we decided to grab lunch and come back after the check in time. It was past 3pm and we heard nothing from her upon returning to hotel and had to approach the front desk to ask for an update. The same staff managed to provide us key card for one of the rooms while the other room is still not ready (it was past 3:20pm at that time). She said that she will arrange one of her coworkers to deliver the keycards to us once that other room is ready. Around 3:50-4:20pm, we heard nothing (I walked past the other room and noted the housekeeping has finished cleaning up the room and left). I had to go to the front desk to request an update and eventually obtained the keycard. I am not sure if the above stems from the individual's motivation or if this is part of the hotel's standard procedure to aggressively upsell (even if we already said no) or if the front desk is pressured to meet monthly KPIs, but that left us an unpleasant check in experience and obviously did not represent the check in hospitality standards of the hotel itself. Aside from the check in, we loved everything hence we had to give 4 out of 5.

It's true that all hotels in Shenzhen, including the Four Seasons, are primarily business hotels, giving off a strong business vibe rather than a resort feel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially its proximity to Futian Station, making it super cost-effective for same-day return trips to Hong Kong for meetings. The service at the Four Seasons is, as expected, impeccable – appropriately warm and meticulous. Cleanliness is a given. There were only two minor discomforts: first, we were initially given a corner room, and my wife had nightmares staying there at night. When we asked to switch, they didn't clearly inform her that the new room would incur an upgrade fee. They quietly deducted it from my deposit, which felt a bit uncomfortable. They could have been upfront about it instead of doing it discreetly. BTW, the Zhuo Yue Xuan at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious, but remember to ask for less white wine in the char siu.

Facilities: While not new, you can tell the facilities were top-notch in their day, especially the thick walls which provide excellent soundproofing. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was a pleasant surprise. My child crawled around and played, and we didn't spot any overlooked dirty corners. We also visited the kids' play area. Although it's just one room, it was very clean – I didn't find a single hair in the ball pit. Service: The service was also great. Lily, the restaurant manager, and Lena from the lobby were both excellent, attentive without being intrusive. Additionally, breakfast was good; it wasn't crowded, and the variety and taste of the dishes were impressive. The noodle chef was also very kind. The Chinese restaurant doesn't use pre-made meals; the quality was high, and the flavors were a delightful surprise!

Regal Hotel is my top choice for accommodation when visiting Shenzhen. Its location perfectly caters to tourists' needs! It's right next to the Dongmen Old Street metro station, making it super convenient for night markets, trying out local food, and shopping. Plus, you can reach all the major attractions directly by subway. The rooms are very spacious, and the suite layout feels open and airy. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the mattress is just the right firmness, allowing for a good rest after a long day of travel. The hotel staff provide thoughtful and warm service, and the public areas are beautifully decorated with lush greenery, creating a great ambiance. The gym and lounge areas are well-equipped. Considering its location in the core business district of Luohu, the price is incredibly reasonable. It's a perfect choice for both convenience and comfort. Staying at this hotel is becoming a lovely tradition for me – this is my second visit. This time, I came with a friend and we booked a twin room on the sixth floor, which had a stunning sea view. Breakfast was included and served as a buffet, with a huge selection and everything was delicious. There’s both an indoor and outdoor pool, and every half hour a little shuttle bus takes guests to a private beach where you can swim. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it’s clean, modern, and I’m fairly sure I’ll be back again.

We spent two exceptionally pleasant and comfortable nights at your hotel. The room was spacious and offered an excellent stay. We would like to highly commend the housekeeping staff; the room was immaculately clean, and they were incredibly attentive—not only providing us with extra bottled water but also neatly organizing our charging cables. This level of service deserves high recognition. Furthermore, equipping the room with an air purifier was a very thoughtful detail. The hotel is very well-maintained, and our room featured an open, bright layout with a pleasant partial sea view. Regarding breakfast, we had noted other guests' positive feedback prior to our arrival, and the spread truly lived up to its reputation. There was a wide variety of selections, and as a vegetarian, I highly appreciated the extensive range of vegetarian options available. However, a minor point for improvement would be the temperature of the congee and oatmeal, which were only lukewarm. Additionally, the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, resulting in a slower turnaround for clearing tables, as several tables remained uncleaned after guests departed. This is an area that might benefit from operational adjustments. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and will certainly choose to stay with you again in the future. Thanks for the rose, appreciated.

This was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

Downstairs is MixC City, which makes shopping incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of other places to explore nearby. The decor and furnishings are pretty standard for a high-end hotel, and the service was warm and attentive; they addressed any needs promptly. The only minor issue was that dinner and breakfast times during peak hours required a bit of a wait, but that's understandable during a holiday. As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! 2 minutes of a walking distance to the Sea World. The room was clean. And the laundry service was available as well. Personally, I used the iron and the ironing board. But there were some disappointing facts about the shower cabin. The water pours and leaks out of the cabin which makes the floor so wet, so no towels can help, and I had to collect it with my slippers apparently. And there was shampoo in the shampoo and conditioner containers both which means I just washed my head twice. I’d recommend the hotel stuff mind these details. I specifically sought him out, and he kindly assigned us a high-floor room on the 48th floor and even offered complimentary breakfast for the children! A big thumbs up for that! 👍 **Room** The website stated 43 square meters, which felt about right, a standard size. The in-room tea was Twinings tea bags, both green and black tea. The fixtures, like the faucets and showerhead, seemed newer than those at the Hyatt in Dongguan. The hairdryer was a Lefein, with strong airflow, a big plus! The shower pressure was excellent, another thumbs up! 👍 The linens were standard, and housekeeping was very prompt; our room was already clean when we returned from breakfast. The twin beds were 1.2 meters wide; though small, they were firm and could be moved together. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the toothbrushes; I recommend bringing your own if you're particular. The air conditioning was quite noisy. **Food** The dinner buffet was fantastic! The chef team spoke Cantonese, and the hot Cantonese dishes were on point, especially the black char siu – delicious! The stir-fried vegetables were all good, and the boiled beef in chili oil was excellent! You could also get clay pot garlic seafood made fresh on the spot; you pick your ingredients and hand them to the chef to prepare. Sashimi was readily available on platters for self-service without waiting. The grilled beef at the live station was incredibly tender; my child had three servings! There were also grilled squid and other meats, with a short wait of only three or four people. Desserts included Napoleon cake, cheesecake, and durian mille-feuille, all made fresh by the chefs. The individual serving was steamed lobster with glass noodles, and the meat was springy and very fresh! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the lack of freshly squeezed juice. In comparison, breakfast was slightly disappointing. During the May Day holiday, if you arrived at the restaurant a bit late, you had to queue. Also, later on, the freshly squeezed juice dispenser was empty and not refilled. The noodle bar only offered minced meat and green beans as toppings, and there was no good chili sauce. The variety of Chinese hot dishes was limited. The highlight was the freshly made wontons; although they took a while to cook and there was a long queue, they were amazing when I finally got to eat them! The soup was incredibly flavorful! Breakfast was just about filling, but the quality was a bit lacking. **Public Areas** The lobby on the 31st floor offered beautiful sea and mountain views. The gym was outsourced but truly professional and spacious! There was even a 24-hour gym! The swimming pool was smaller than expected, with shallow water, and was an outdoor heated pool. Children's facilities were minimal, almost non-existent. There were parent-child activities, such as handicrafts, which we didn't participate in. After dinner, you could walk to the seaside boardwalk; though crowded and noisy, it was sufficient for a stroll. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Bitongdao on Wutong Mountain, making it convenient for hiking. Staying at the Hyatt in Yantian during the holiday ensures good food and accommodation, allows for hiking, and offers easy access by car or metro to OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) or Dameisha/Xiaomeisha for an enjoyable trip!

Window of the World/Shenzhen Happy Valley Shenzhen|8.42km from city center
This is an old five-star hotel. Overall, I'd give my stay a 7 out of 10. Let's start with the pros: The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Window of the World and with a mall downstairs, perfect for entertaining kids. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but it covered all the basics you'd expect from a five-star hotel. However, the jianbing guozi (savory Chinese crepe) station seemed to be unstaffed before 8 AM. Now for the cons, and there are quite a few: 1. I called twice to request an early check-in, and the front desk staff sounded like an AI chatbot, giving me nothing but canned responses. Is it really that hard to just say 'yes' or 'no'? Their repetitive, unhelpful answers only made me more frustrated. 2. The parking garage only has mechanical spots, which are a real pain to use. 3. There's a severe lack of accessibility. There are three sets of stairs from the underground parking lot to the elevator lobby, completely disregarding the needs of guests with strollers, wheelchairs, or large luggage. On top of that, the exit of the elevator lobby on the first floor was blocked by tables from the self-service restaurant, which was a very poor experience.

I checked in late, after a concert, and even for a short stay, it was a good experience! The room had a great view, and I could even watch planes take off and land during the day! The best part was direct access to the terminal, which saved me a lot of hassle for my morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, especially the steamed chicken feet. However, when I went back for more, the chef at the station said they were out and was very grumpy about it. While this minor flaw was annoying, I can overlook it and it doesn't stop me from giving 5 stars, but others might not be so forgiving. I hope they improve this aspect! I would definitely stay at Hyatt hotels at airports again, it's so convenient!

The entire stay was a fantastic experience. From the moment the concierge guided me in, to the smooth front desk check-in, everything was seamless. Housekeeping was incredibly meticulous; there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. A special shout-out to the duty manager, Elliott, who was incredibly quick in resolving any issues I brought to his attention. The common areas were clean and quiet, and the service was genuinely warm. It made my business trip feel both reassuring and effortless.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, all thanks to the attentive arrangements by our butler, Jason. He was incredibly responsive to all our requests, making communication easy and pleasant. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust in any corner; the overall cleanliness was really reassuring. Traveling with children, I prioritize family-friendly amenities, and this hotel was exceptionally well-equipped – my little one had a blast. The hotel environment was incredibly quiet, with no noise at all, ensuring excellent rest. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful; I couldn't find fault with either the room comfort or the amenities. I genuinely feel this stay was incredibly worthwhile. Next time I visit, I'd love to have Jason as our butler again. Highly recommend to families traveling with kids!

We had a good family stay at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay. The hotel has a beautiful seaside location, a pleasant resort atmosphere, nice views, and many family-friendly facilities. Our child especially enjoyed the children’s activities, the pet area, and the pools. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and overall the hotel feels like a good choice for a short family getaway near the sea. However, there were two points that disappointed us. First, we were surprised to find out only after arriving at the beach that swimming was not allowed at the beach area next to the hotel. The hotel explained that this is a public beach and the decision is made by the government, which we understand. But this important information should be communicated more clearly in advance — at check-in, in the room information, or near the beach entrance. There were no clear signs or explanation beforehand. Guests choosing a seaside resort naturally expect to understand whether swimming in the sea is actually possible. The alternative public beach we were directed to was deeper, much more crowded, and unfortunately had visible trash in the water, including plastic bags and bottles. Second, one of the outdoor pools turned out to be a VIP pool. This was also not clearly explained before arrival or at check-in. We only found out after already going there with our child, which was a bit disappointing and awkward. This kind of information should be clearly shown on the hotel map, in the room, or explained by the front desk. Overall, we still had a nice stay and enjoyed many parts of the hotel, but clearer communication about beach access, swimming rules, and pool access would make the experience much better for families. For us, this was a good stay, but not quite a perfect one.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel it was different from other business hotels. There was no cold, procedural feeling; the concierge proactively remembered my surname and greeted me softly when I passed by. During check-in, the front desk, based on my booked room type, automatically arranged a room with a better view. The lobby even had iced lemon tea to cool me down from the heat of my journey. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise. The freshly made wonton noodles had a rich broth, and the pleats of the har gow (shrimp dumplings) exuded authentic Cantonese flavor. Even the Western croissants were baked to a perfect crispy outside and tender inside. The gym and pool facilities were also quite good. On the day of checkout, because I was rushing for my high-speed train, the front desk prepared my invoice in advance and had the concierge take my luggage directly to the parking lot. This kind of 'subtle and seamless' service is more comfortable than any forced attempt to please. From now on, when I come to Shenzhen, Mission Hills Resort & Hotel will definitely be my top choice!

Absolutely amazing! This is my sixth time staying at White House Guesthouse. It's right by the sea, so you get to experience the ocean view, breeze, and sound of waves up close. The beach is clean, quiet, and not crowded. In the morning, you can step right out to collect seashells, pebbles, and play in the sand. Back in your room, you can relax in bed listening to the waves as white noise. Whether you're here to take great photos by the sea or just for a pure vacation, even a week-long stay is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. They also have a restaurant with a varied menu, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food is delicious. This time, my partner and I stayed for four days and three nights, and it was a truly thorough rest and relaxation. We enjoyed ourselves while also getting some great shots both inside and outside the room. There are plenty of great food options nearby too. The guesthouse manager is very thoughtful and provides a guide to local eateries, and you can even order delivery to the guesthouse. I'll definitely choose White House for my next vacation and rest! 👍

Huaqiangbei Area Shenzhen|3.08km from city center
During the summer vacation, I brought my family to Shenzhen and chose this hotel near Huaqiangbei. It's right next to the electronics market and very close to the subway station. Huaqiangbei Pedestrian Street is just across the road, and the AviCity mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. The room hygiene was decent, the air conditioning cooled well, and the hot water supply was pretty stable. The soundproofing was just okay, but it didn't disturb our sleep at night. The summer pricing was budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. It's a great base for family trips.

The room facilities are complete, and there's a gym on the 11th floor equipped with instruments like an oximeter, ensuring high safety. They even upgraded my room type. Zoe at the front desk was gentle and approachable, and the aunt responsible for breakfast was also very warm. All the staff were great and greeted me whenever we met. Five-star rating, highly recommended!

Excellent value, fantastic service, and a great location! I had a very pleasant stay at the Sentosa Taoyuan Hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem – it feels like a luxury boutique property but at a very reasonable price. The value for money is outstanding. The service truly made the difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk who checked me in; she kindly gave me a free upgrade to the ”Elegant Suite.” The suite was spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen and a very functional desk that made working remotely a breeze. She also went out of her way to help me print an important document, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for video calls. The location is another big plus – it's close to Shenzhen University, Taoyuan metro station, and the Bank of China. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby, including authentic Chinese restaurants and even a Burger King for a rare Western treat. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located right next to a park, which is perfect for families with kids. We were very satisfied with our stay in all aspects. After dinner, we enjoyed a lovely evening stroll along the seaside boardwalk, which was incredibly relaxing. Ms. Wang at the front desk arranged a room for us with a fantastic view of Yantian Port, and the expansive scenery was truly beautiful! We'll definitely be back next time!
